Worst pharmacist ever! The pharmacy tech Thomas does not even know how to properly administer a vaccine and his preceptor couldn’t even be bothered to walk out from behind the counter to supervise him! He injected the vaccine too high up and now I can barely lift my arm! If I could rate him a zero I would! An IM injection is given 2-3 finger breaths below the acromion process and he gave it way to high!

One star for the young man who works at pharmacy, he is always nice and very intellegent. He is fast and shows he cares for customers needs. Other than him I have to agree with other reviewers, Pharmacist are not what I would exspect from walgreens. They seem bothered do not explain changes in prescriptions as far as doseage or refills. Have to check with doctor. Was better when it was rite aid. It is close to my home so I have been a customer for years just very dissapointed with pharmacy and I see I am not alone.

I came here for my Covid shot, had different pharmacists each visit, second time I came in the Pharmacist was rude.

Really nasty pharmacists. They are the only pharmacy who will NOT give you a refill until EXACTLY the day you run out. I called my insurance and they said stores should administer the refills 3-5 days before you run out. I had 2 pills left, my Dr. Called in my scripts on a Friday. I was going away for the weekend and they WOULD NOT FILL it. Told me to have my doctor cancel the script and rewrite it to a pharmacy near the town I was going to! I actually canceled a script and the Dr. Called it into CVS so at least i didnt have to go without my meds for two days. Every month I get my meds and every month is delayed due to pharmacist reviewing prescription. Who are they to tell me I cant get them. That is not the law. They are really nasty. Never say hello and I hate going there. Unfortunately they are the only ones who have my script, so Im forced to use them, but they are horrible. Plus its always a 20 minute wait to get through to pharmacy. Do not go there of you dont have to.

Pharmacy is open till 5pm on Sundays not 8pm like it says below.

Review is for pharmacy. You can really tell that the pharmacy technicians dont care about you at all. You are nothing but a bother to them. The pharmacist is not really any better. Every time I have gone in there needing help they are less than helpful.It is the same if you called them on the phone. The last three times I have called them they dont even say hello. They just say Walgreens Pharmacy or pharmacy. No customer service or bedside manner at all.Also they are not competent enough to check for refills or previous prescriptions. We have had to go to the doctor multiple times to get multiple prescriptions re prescribed because the technicians either could not find the refills or did not even check. I started keeping track of the refills and even brought the bottle, when one technician told me that there were no refills left. I showed her the bottle and told her she needed to check again. I would say she got an attitude, but really they already had an attitude just because we showed up. They magically found the prescription after she didnt see it the first two times she checked.Plan to wait at least 30 minutes even if the store is not busy. Even though it is Walgreens policy to help waiting customers first and to get you out in under 15 minutes.Basically if my insurance was accepted anywhere other than this that was closer, I would not be using the store at all. My partner cant go to the store and deal with the people because he doesnt know what questions to ask. The only reason I know what to ask and how to deal with the pharmacy is because Ive worked at a pharmacy as a rPhT before.

Do not recommend this Walgreens at all. The staff are extremely unpleasant.

The pharmacy staff here are very ill mannered. This pharmacy is closer to my house and and I came here for years when it was Rite Aide. Ever since they switched to Walgreens I had unpleasant experiences with the pharmacy and staff on several occasions. They do not try and help AT ALL, the pharmacist here lack customer service.

Its the best. They have everything and its better than Rite-Aid in many ways.

The pharmacy staff is ill mannered, nasty, incompetent and unprofessional. I will never refill my prescriptions here again. I refilled here for location convenience because I moved, but I will drive right back to westbury where the staff is friendly and answers my questions. I hope their district manager sees this because the way I was treated today was unacceptable!

The lady thats there is really nasty She said she cant sell face mask to the customers because they need them!!
