We went to the West Babylon location. Joe our salesman was great. Not pushy, no hovering. He just gave us all the information we asked for on each mattress. Gave us suggestions from what we had said about our current mattress. It was nice that he wasn’t a shark and because we didn’t decide in 10 minutes he didn’t walk away to help someone else.

I was greeted as a guest not a customer. The only time this had happened to me previously was at a store in Ithaca when I took my son shopping for items he needed at his dorm at Cornell. I still remember how surprised I was that day and experienced the same appreciated emotion at Mattress Firm. I was helped by a wonderful, salesman Ronald who could not have been more patient, informative and friendly. I must have tried laying on over 10 mattresses multiple times yet he insisted I keep trying until I could decide which one was the correct one for me. He answered so many questions from both myself and my friend who had accompanied me I list count. He repeated several times that his was not a final sale since I had 120 days to exchange the mattress I had chosen for a different one if I was not entirely happy. At the time of check out I was helped by Ron’s partner Ralph who was just as attentive to my questions regarding delivery and set up. I could not have had a better experience.

Initially it was great; mattress order, 50% deposit and one it came in I was to go to store and pay balance to deliver. Estimated time of delivery last week of May. Yesterday I get a call, I think the mattress has arrived, not the case. I am told expected arrival is early July and to secure I need to pay in full ASAP. Disappointed and not how One would think that that is how anyone runs a business.

I bought a mattress yesterday from the West Babylon store. The sales associate Ralph DeRosa was very friendly and let me try all of the mattresses multiple times. Just laying on the mattresses made my neck and back feel better. My delivery is coming this week and i believe that I picked a good one.

Ralph was welcoming and ready to help from the moment we opened the door.We got what we were looking for along with some amazing customer service.When we found out that the mattress we intended to buy wasnt currently available in the store he was willing to price match.

We have purcvhased several mattresses Freon Sleepys over the years. Now that they have been acquired by the conglomerate Mattress Firm our next purchases would be through the new owners. Many of the original staff still remains with MF.This purchase was for a RV King sized mattress. So the measurements are different from a King or California King. The size is 72” Wide by 80” Long. That’s 4” shorter than a non-RV King.Well they carry 3 versions of a memory foam construction. Also three thicknesses 8”, 10” and 12” We chose the 8” because we wanted a contour feel with very firm support. They had a sample of the 8” and the 10” in the store for us to try out. We presently have a Sleep Number Air mattress. Way too finicky and not firm supporting even when set at 100!The sales staff was professional and very helpful as my wife and I jumped back and forth betwwwn samples. So we made the purchase and are now waiting for delivery.So why only 4 stars? Well after we left the store my wife spotted a note on the invoice that started delivery before 8/11. TWO months! We’ll see if it comes within two weeks I’ll give them a five star rating.These guys know their stuff and if you want to get a great mattress (they carry them all) and be assisted as if you were buying a house, from them give Mattress Firm a shot.

The salesman are wonderful they work really hard on finding a mattress for you. Our first mattress the first day my husband said he was sinking but we thought we needed to get adjusted. But then we had the pandemic. We were lucky enough to get a new mattress with no fees just a exchange. But three days later we had the same issue with the new mattress. I was disgusted. Im not mad at the salesman but the company. I had to buy a new mattress and pay for the shipping. Im sorry mattress firm I wouldnt use you again. Your company wouldnt make any accommodations for us. So unhappy I have to do this. My mattress before this was 10-11 yrs old and we never had such a problem. Bummer

Ben and Phil are so incredible and go over and beyond to help their customers. Ben helped me find the right mattress all the while saving some money, taking his time and treated my sister and I like family. Phil helped me with a delivery issue, when I wasn’t able to have the mattress delivered at the scheduled time to road work, he worked with dispatch to make sure I was still able to receive my mattress today. I’ve never met salesmen that weren’t pushy. They really did their best to help me and I am so grateful for them and their service.

Excellent Customer Service and Great bed too! We went to the Melville location and Phil, who usually works at West Babylon store was the person who assisted us on our bed purchase. We went during the 4th of July sale and we pushed our delivery to August. When August came we found out Mattress Firm was out of the brackets for the our bed frame and headboard. Phil was there for us to ensure we were still happy even with our new delivery date. They pushed our delivery back a week but Phil made it up to us. Then the day before our new delivery date they were sold out of the adjustable bed we were supposed to receive, once again Phil was able to make it up to us even if they were out of the products we ordered and we received our beautiful new comfortable bed the day we were supposed to.A special thank you to Phil for going above and beyond for the customers happiness.Also the two movers were excellent! They were extremely respectful of our home and were very professional and courteous every step of the way. It was definitely an overall great shopping experience even with the hiccups because of the Excellent customer service.

A few weekends ago we went to Sleepys in West Babylon to get a mattress for my four year old. We were converting her toddler bed into a full size bed and needed a full size mattress. We were helped by Nate. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattress and coil types. He had advice for the best beds for preschoolers that will last into high school. He was also incredibly patient while my husband and I took our time trying *every* pillow possible to pick out new ones. We were pleasantly surprised that they had next day delivery available. We shopped on a Saturday morning and on Sunday morning by 10 am we had the new mattress. It was an easy shopping experience.

I came into Mattress Firm of Babylon today and was greeted by Nate. Nate was very helpful as he took me all over the store and explained to me the feel of each bed and how I should feel with the alignment. His patience was incredible especially since I was laying on every mattress while my son was running around and moving all the sale signs. And to top off it corporate was visiting the store to inspect it. So I was mortified. But not only was Nate extremely nice with my son so were the guys from corporate. They entertained my son with pillow fights while I negotiated the terms for my mattress. I walked away with an incredible and very comfortable mattress with next day delivery and I was able to get some extra savings.
