I had placed an order right before the Holiday and we juggled getting the package and updated tracking information. However, on their time off they made contact with me and as well made the arrangements to get my order out of the warehouse. I was upset with the answering service and miscommunication at first but their represenative Cindy went above and beyond. Great products, Great customer service. Thanknyou
