My experience purchasing my 2012 Jeep Cherokee from Boss auto was excellent. Such a great atmosphere, I worked with Sam through the entire process and purchase. He was fast and smart to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was excited to purchase my car from Boss Auto because my sister purchased her car there and had no issues and we had a pretty great referral! Everything went well on the day I went to buy the car. And everything would’ve been GREAT if there was a better communication system! All body work was done on the car within a day or two, when the car moved on to the mechanics, not sure what went on there but long story short IT WAS A MONTH LATER and still no car. Keep in mind you will be asked to buy insurance ( if you don’t already have) before you can do anything pretty much. To say the least Nick gave me back the money I deposited for the car because I was no longer interested at this point. BUT I was still left at a lost for the amount I spent on insurance which was a pretty penny being that I live in NYC. I HAD TO CALL EVERY OTHER DAY SOMETIMES DAILY TO GET AN UPDATE, I DID NOT ONCE RECEIVE A CALL EXCEPT ON THE DAY THAT I HAD ALREADY PLANNED TO HEAD OVER THERE TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. (Month to date)

Bought truck that was a lemon within week check engine light came on the owner instructed mechanic to trip the censors instead of fixing vehicle. the owner is a crook and does bad business hes in debt all over NY now im trying to return vehicle and he refused to give me proper refund my family nearly died in truck bc he sold it with cracked rim anyone need more detail please feel free to contact me I will ensure he will not do this to anyone else

Bought a Jeep there it has been nothing but a problem from day one everything from the battery to the starter to the brakes tires fuel pump finally blew a head gasket would not stand behind vehicle and claims you have to read the fine print on their warranty about having oil changes and transmission fluid changes every 2,000 mi at their place stay very far away very bad experience

Very unprofessional cars are not cleaned problem upon problem with there cars or at least the one I bought from them Bought a 2004 Jeep liberty for the 4 wheel drive Just to find out theres no front driveshaft for the 4 wheel drive their mechanic changed my transmission and now hes telling me he doesnt know if the shaft was there Terrible mechanic Wouldnt bring a bicycle for him to fix also change the transmission with one from a junkyard didnt even have it rebuild And the transmission Still slips I had to have the whole cooling system changed radiator water pump Thermostat ect. pretty expensive think this car was a Sandy car sitting in water my whole brake system had to be change all rusted out this car should have been in a junkyard for parts not resold to someone there terrible to deal with Buyer beware beware. I cant believe Nick still has a license thats the owner to sell cars in New York This place has so many pending lawsuits. Im convinced that those five star ratings are from friends and family or people who work there this place is a dump.

The worst . They tried to force me to make a down payment and got mad when I didnt say yes quick enough. Then the owner gets so frustrated because his English isnt fluent and be sure not to ask too many questions because he will flip and tell you he doesnt want business with you. Super sketchy ! Also the black assistant threatened to have his gang attack me after I told him I only would like to do business with the owner and not him. What he was telling me was completely different from what the owner was telling me. When I finally got the car, it had so many problems and there were so many added fees to my bill NEVER AGAIN!

Does not have a finance license, sells red dot auction cars. Makes copies of other peoples receipts to pretend they fixed your car. Investigation still going from DMV, attorney general and nys. They are currently battling over 30 lawsuits for selling customers lemon vehicles. Scam artists ! All of them ! Worst mistake of my life. My friend also bought a truck and cant even drive it!!
