Absolutely love this coffee shop, love that we can get local coffee that isnt Starbucks and is WAY better quality. Service in here is so nice and prices are decent, you get what you pay for.However I feel like every time I try to go here theyre closed.What kind of coffee shop opens at 9am Sunday morning? Why cant we grab an evening cup of coffee for a sunset ride to the beach? Hours are a real bummer. That aside, love their coffee.

My husband and I had been dying to try this place based on the reviews and were so disappointed. I had a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee, and my husband had a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte. We were super disappointed, my coffee was bitter and just gross. His espresso was also bitter and not smooth at all. They just use regular torani syrup, there is nothing special about it. The girl at the counter wasn’t very friendly either she was annoyed that her cc machine was down and ended up giving us the coffees after I tried paying 4 times. I guess that’s a plus side, I would have been upset to pay for coffees we didn’t drink.

Great coffee i personally think its way better coffee than starbucks, strong but mold at the same time, great taste just amazing coffee

Sergi Coffee is nestled away on the corner of Sunrise Service Rd South which I would think would make it a bit more trafficked, but I mustve came in on a quiet day.I ordered a cappuccino and was surprisingly well balanced with the flavorful house roasted espresso. In addition the whole milk was frothed perfectly, which is hard to come by on Long Island besides the specialty coffee hang outs.Also have Turkish coffee which I will have to try next time. A specialty not found outside of Turkish restaurants on LI.

The Turkish coffee was so good! I got it semisweet which the lady said was about a half of a teaspoon of sugar. It gave it a great deep, dark chocolate flavor. Its worth a trip to try it. The complimentary Turkish Delight was a nice touch and super delicious too.

I like their coffee and the cafe layout. There is ample space between tables compared to Starbucks. The new standard is quickly becoming independent roasters with a retail presence. Sergi told me their coffee comes from his plantation in Colombia. There is no middle man, therefore there is complete control over quality from the plants to your cup of Joe. Nice. This was my first visit. Good first impression.

The Turkish coffee I ordered (my first time ordering this, mind you) was excellent. They explained it perfectly, and it was smooth as butter. Flavorful, lightly sweet (just as ordered) and hot! The girl working at the front was as polite as ever - one of the nicest interactions Ive ever had at a coffee shop. The banana nut muffin I ordered was great too. All around an excellent experience - highly recommended!

This is a very nice spot of Sunrise Highway (Rte 27),if you are in need of some delicious coffee and cappuccino. They also have different types of salads and pastries and a area to sit down and enjoy your meal.

The coffee is of better quality and taste than the generic coffee chains around here. The staff actually know how to make the coffee I ask for. Wish they had more food to choose from but in time Im sure they will. Nice to walk into a place with a friendly greeting. Give this place a try, you will agree.

Ive been very patient for the grand opening of this place noticing its a local family owned shop where the employees knows the true delicacy of making coffee. They offer baked goods and other snacks. Within the first week of opening, Newsday wrote an article on them. I can say they are headed in the right direction.

Very good latte, clean and bright though it was hot and humid on Sunday, they did not have the air conditioner on. The door was open and the air was uncomfortable. With so many cute, new coffee shops around, you would think that they would offer more comfortable seats. Hard chairs at all the tables, no comfortable chairs or couches. Appearances would seem that they dont want people to “hang out” and socialize like they do at Jack Jack and Babykon Bean.I will go back for the latte, if I want to socialize, I will go somewhere else

Great service by Hanna good smile and informative. Very clean spinach feta wrap was fresh and tasted fantastic wish it was twice the size lol. Definitely will return for some of the speciality coffees the Service regular brew was great. Goodbye Starbucks! They even have frozen hot chocolate for the kids and adults who are still kids.
