Its a diner. Can a diner really be 4 stars? There was nothing wrong at all. Serviceable burger, onion rings. Its better than fast food but its pretty close conceptually.

The place is so clean and sanitary to me that is important. The soups are to die for the 3 of us had different ones and we all liked them. The lunch specials are all fresh to order and healthy choices. The prices are reasonable and there is a meal to take home. You cant compare any chain food to there fresh food to order. The staff was pleasant and checking their customers if they needed anything else. You got variety on their lunches. You wont be disappointed price,freshness.
This was my first time ordering from here, through Grub Hub and food arrived in about 40 minutes, I’m 15 minutes away. I ordered 2 French onion soups, Cobb salad with bleu cheese dressing, fries and a cup of gravy. To my surprise I got a coffee cup full of bleu cheese! That is really extraordinary and appreciated! I liked the salad and it’s enough for two people. The soup is on the thick side and has quite a robust flavor that I don’t prefer but it’s not to the point of being gross, I just can’t keep eating it continuously. It’s strong, unlike the gravy- the taste is strange to me so I dipped my fries in the soup. The fries come unsalted but in a bag was salt, pepper, utensils, napkins, ketchup, crackers and sesame sticks. I wanted to order escarole but could only get it in the cart with 3 other vegetables and mashed potato option. If I order from here again I’m sure I’ll get salad and maybe try another soup and check out deserts.
My husband and I enjoyed delicious burgers here. Mine had mushrooms and grilled onions on it. Cole slaw also delicious. I once came by with an African priest friend who said there is enough foid to feed a village!

All around great food and fresh. Starting with fresh bread basket to homemade soups and salad dressings! They dont give you the delivered old bread or bottled dressings that have that tart after taste. I order seafood always and it never had a smell or fishy taste. Im dying for them to put lamb stew or lamb shanks on their menu next! The most amazing wait staff and management!!!

Loved it! I, unfortunately cant remember my waiters name. He was super nice and friendly. I was unsure if I wanted chicken or lamb on my gyro salad - he explained so thoroughly why he - a greek- preferred the lamb. Convinced me to get lamb but still brought it out with a piece of chicken in case thats what I wanted. Im happy I chose the lamb. He made us laugh the whole time, never felt rushed, was very attentive. My friend also enjoyed her food. Overall great service. Will definitely be back.

Visited most Diners on long Island at some point, first time here.While having transmission service on my car at east coast transmission, a dunkin donuts was on the corner, but decided to walk the 15 minutes for a real breakfast. Food great made how i like it, service great friendly staff.Worth the walk,Owner refilled my coffee on request!
There were 11 of us, service was a little slow. The food came out hot and very good, coffee was plentiful.
I have been coming to this place all my childhood. The food is great, place is clean & added bonus the owners are all very pleasant and make you feel welcomed. I recommend gyros, grilled chicken salad, grilled chicken mushroom panini, penne with shrimp, steak or chicken quesedilla, baked clams, mozz sticks, and i could keep going. Keep up the good work guys! One of my fav places and fond memories in this place.

Just left this diner and needed to share...I ordered a turkey burger with fries. The burger smelled like fish and had a slight taste of fish. Which was not pleasant. The fries were extremely soggy. Oh and I found a random chocolate chip in my tomato (no one in my party ordered anything with chocolate chips). I would look for another place to eat of I were you. 2 stars were given for the waitress. She was so nice.

Been going there forever. Food is always delicious and the staff is always pleasant. Was worried in the beginning of Covid about how it would affect the business. We continued to support them by ordering take out until it was safe to dine out again. So happy to see they survived this craziness. One of the best diners in Suffolk!
We love this diner! My coworker and I come here every Friday after our overnights and we love it. The food is great, the portions are big, and the waitresses and owner are so sweet, we love them! Definitely recommend.
It was a diner. Nothing special in regards to the decor but the food was good. They made grits so that was exciting and they were perfect. I would definitely come back.

I just came from “eating here” I heard their breakfast food was good so I figured I’d give the dinner food a try. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, first off they gave us soup that was so bland no flavoring. For appetizer we had mozzarella sticks with “marinara” sauce, IT WAS WARMED UP TOMATO SAUCE YES LIKE SPAGHETTI SAUCE. Then my partner had penne le vodka with shrimp I’m being honest when I say it looked like the most bland pasta I’ve ever seen and it had no flavoring. Not to mention the portion size of it looked like it could feed 4 people, even the waiter told us it never gets finished by anyone. I had a chicken blt with fries I was keeping it simple it wasn’t all that bad but I definitely had better. All the food for $60 I could of made better pasta at home what a shame and the icing of the aweful cake was that we’re currently still in a pandemic and this is the first and I hope only place that they didn’t even think 6 feet apart was important to consider. We were both so uncomfortable because all the booths were taken none were closed off for safety measures. I’m so disappointed I want to let my community know and keep this in mind if you want to come eat here. I for one will definitely not be coming back. I’m so confused by these 5 star ratings it truly was not even close to the best restaurant I’ve been in.
I ordered off door dash They would not give me the price of the French frys that was on door dash and when I went to call them and talk to them about it they not only hung up they were very rude there food was really good the 1time I ordered it. The food was hot . But really no smiles from the workers I think with a dinner it’s always the owner that picks up and was really nasty to me

After years of considering this my family diner. Never again will my family go there. Tonight I ordered food and they forgot the salad and gave us fries instead. I called to let them know about the mistake. Note: this was Not the first time we got the wrong food delivered or missing food we paid for. They normally make good on my next order and apologize. Tonight things changed. Jerry the owners son was extremely rude. He told me he doesn’t want to hear my complaint. They are doing the best they can and he reviews all the orders. Jerry told me my order was full of demands. I said demands??? All I asked for was to please make my steak medium rare. Please add cheese on my steak not on the fries. I said please make my fries well done and thousand island dressing on the side. Wow I didn’t know I couldn’t tell a diner all if a sudden how I would like my meal prepared. I am a paying customer. Jerry told me that I should go to another diner to eat.If this is how Jerry treats there customers I am surprised they are still in business. I feel sorry for his father Tony (owner) and Mike (the brother). Even though their prices are high we always appreciated going there till now. Thank you Jerry for telling me to go eat elsewhere. I would be surprised how many other customers he said that to. Jerry needs to learn in an establishment like a diner or actually in any business when a customer is unhappy you need to fix the problems. Not tell a customer to go elsewhere.I will and my family will never again recommend this diner.

Food well prepared and enjoyable. No one had anything fancy but there were no complaints. Which is unusual. The service was very good. There was 22 people in our group and everyone thought the waitress handled all of our needs

The food is great here. Ive been here a lot & have some good memories with loved ones. Staff is always friendly. Only thing that sucks is because its so popular theirs times you have a long wait for a table. But they do there best to serve you as quickly as they can. Prices are pretty good as well.

Went there for breakfast 2 people .36 bucks. Thats called price gauging.
I went here for the first time with family and friends last night. The staff was very friendly. The issues I had that made give this place 3 stars are that after asking for bread at the table, they said they were all out of bread. They substituted with a very oily pasta, chickpea and carrot salad. Most of the party including myself ordered hamburger/cheeseburger deluxes. After asking for pickles, they said they were all out. On top of being out of 2 items that are normally served, the burgers were greasy. I didnt bring mine back, but my friend did because she stated that it wasnt cooked to order and it was greasy. Her order came back they way she wanted, but it was still greasy. Im not saying this is the worst place, but its too bad this is my first experience here. We all tried to make the most of it.
This was my hometown diner from 2000 thru 2006. Im so glad to see Tony and the crew are still there. Miss you guys.

This Diner is the worst diner I have ever been to! I could not believe how horrible the food was. My first bad experience at a diner. The eggs were burnt, the home fries were the driest ever, they had no flavor. The whole wheat toast was burnt and hard, the pancakes were kinda burns bur rubbery. The place was not that clean and the views were dirty and tasteless. I voiced my concerns and my dissatisfaction to the owner and he just kinda shrugged his shoulders and gave a very careless sorry. I can not believe this is how management behaves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dinner!
