We had bought some rugs at other stores,. Lowes and Target, the rugs didnt last very long unfortunately. The rugs were not sturdy enough to withstand heavy foot traffic not dogs. We had purchased a rug from Big lots,. Well made and has been able to withstand lots of traffic of man and beast! It is my dogs favorite carpet to lay on..

I love big lots. I went to get a mattress but if you are on a budget you can literally furnish your entire home here. From furniture, food, toiletries, bed spreads, etc.. everything to furnish a house to completion. Also a large variety of outdoor decor and furniture. You just keep going back.

Great staff, great selection. Since finding out about this place Ive been back a bunch! Bought a box spring here, beat deal around for a Sealy. Last week picked up a nice lunch cooler for 15$ after a discount!

Great trip, rude workers that handle the parking. We only had about 20 cars, and they squished us in like sardines with enough room for 40 more at least. Scraped my door trying to exit in tight quarters. Over $70.00 and a nice ding on my new 2020 vehicle. I should give it one star, but it was convenient.

Great! Big Lots had so many great Christmas items. I was pleasantly surprised! Plus prices where very reasonably. I did sign up for a rewards card which was a good deal. Definitely will shop there more.

This place is all sorts of grimey. Dingy aisles, screaming children requiring a light slam, and non English speaking behemoths frequent the corridors of this subterranean world. Half the customers stank of B.O. the only redeeming factor of this place is the people are somewhat polite, very few instances of an uncouth populace. Avoid like getting a one night stand pregnant.

Prices are NOT marked accurately on the shelves and you dont realize it until you are overcharged at the register. Obviously employees do not pay attention when stocking shelves. Very disappointing. Exactly the reason I only shop there occasionally and wont sign up for their rewards program!!!!!

Good store that is somewhere between a home depot and an ace hardware. Lots of products at great prices. Home decor selection is generally unique and affordable. Garden items are also very reasonable. Not too much staff if you have questions.

Big Lots offer so much from food, beauty, home, etc. The best part about it are the prices. They are low, so affordable and you wont find them anywhere. I always went to Big Lots when I started a new semester in the dorms. They have all the necessities and cute decor. School is over and I still go there for my every day needs. I love how I can buy an abundance of things and know exactly how much to spend.

The cashiers were very polite and professional, I did not see their names unfortunately. The manager I feel was a little unprofessional as he was talking very loudly about other employees. Some things just shouldnt be heard by customers.The store appears very well stocked and had a big selection of outdoor gardening items and decor.

Big lots is a nice to shop. But this store was Horrible I recently got a job there work there for about a month and never received any paychecks. All the managers are rude and disrespectful And there is no care for any employees

This location has a lot of variety of products and they rotate them very frequently. New bread section for $1.50 a loaf a 15 grains is unexceptional value!

This place is great. Only thing is need more reg open no matter when you go there is always just one and then 10 ppl in the back that shouldnt be. Shouldnt have one clerk at the reg. And have them call e or 4 times before someone comes up.. Also they need some type of dress code there nothing crazy but appearance is everything to a customer

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The general manager is extremely rude and didn’t help us at all. Our purchase was more then $200 and a $4 shampoo that had several under $2 mark we wanted the price honored. She was so rude and yelled at us, we left the entire purchase and will never return.

Great savings, but this location is cluttered. Things are kinda strewn everywhere with no real organization. There were about 2 staff in the entire store the day I visited, both were friendly, but neither knew where anything was. The shopping experience was more like a treasure hunt than knowing you can find what you came in for.

A great store that has everything i went there to find and they had no issue helping me when i needed something. The restrooms are average like most places you might go to, but overall it is a great place.

If I could review for less than 1 star, I would....I am a teenager so automatically these ladies think I am going to steal something, first of all what is there in Big Lots that someone of my age would want to steal. Anyway, this lady who looked like a mix between Dogg the bounty hunter and hulk hogan follows us around the store and pretended to shop, how stupid can I be not to think she is following us. So me and my friends left and went to go back to my bikes and hulk hogan puts her cart away, but than I see a glass bottle Mexican coke that I need to buy, so whilst buying said coke my friends decided to look around some more, and the manager tells “Dogg Hogan” to follow us again in a nasty attitude and she replied “ again?,I’m not a babysitter under her breath and followed my friend. ( now my friends don’t know that they are being followed the second time ) I finally finish my purchase and the lady at the register was probably the only decent person there and gives me a bag and tells me to have a nice day and I replied with you too. As we are walking out my friend (who will remain unnamed) tells the manager to have a nice day not knowing how nasty she was and instead of answering she gave us a huge rude unnecessarily horrible mug as we walked out. Than as we are unlocking our bikes the rude manager comes storming in and says that we know nothing about respect, not knowing what the heck she is talking about just stand there being lectured about God only knows what, and than I asked what we did wrong and she told us that we were rude and I ask again what I did wrong in a moderate tone and she told me not to raise my voice because she wasn’t, she said that we left and decided to come back to be disrespectful and I said no I came back to buy something, I did not want my anger to get the best out of me so we left and waited a few hours to cool off than after about 6 and a half hours later ( right now ) I posted this so I am not typing being mad, but typing to inform you not to go to this Big Lots the fact that they don’t even respect their customers says a lot about a business, and if you really need to go to a Big Lots, there is another one not to far from here, I am begging you to go there instead...
