Fantastic service!The original weatherstripping we ordered from a vendor wasnt working with our doors so a few Google searches for an alternative landed me on Qualitys website. This was a critical item for us since we were supposed to be closing out the following day. The salesman, Jeff Jr., had the item in stock but couldnt guarantee that the product would get to us by the next day or the following because of weather and COVID. We placed the order anyway because they were the only ones with the product in stock and could get it to us the quickest.Just shy of 24 hours later and the weatherstripping we ordered arrived on our doorstop! I was interested in buying a threshold for my door. The cost is about $55, but then there is a $25 add on fee for purchasing less than $75 worth of goods combined with a $16 shipping fee. I called and spoke with Jeff about seeing if he could waive one of these fees--why pay $95 for something that costs $55 and he was rude and said, No, no. I wouldve been happy with an explanation, at least. Lost my business. I found another supplier and paid only $51. This business is not only rude but a rip-off. In response, to the owners response 1. he NEVER told me he doesnt ship to residential addresses 2. if he would have, I would have had our contractor or architect call. The owner is not being truthful.

Terrible experience. Ordered the wrong product and blamed me. Going back to hl flake if I need anything. Very unprofessional. 1 star because I couldnt leave 0. The response below is incorrect due to the fact that the only reason the lever was a special order item was its obscure finish which was clearly described multiple times over the phone, not sure why the email was screwed up. Everybody stocks the 26d finish so if thats what I needed I would not have placed the order
