Not surprised at all these five star reviews. I actually walked in there a few weeks ago to look for a punching bag. While speaking with Christine (she is great) I mentioned that I would love to put some sort of equipment in my basement but my ceilings were not to high. She immediately went to get a tape measure and we started to measure all the potential machines. Once we found one that would work I went home to confirm the measurements and we made a deal.Unfortunately the day it was being delivered I was not able to be home and there were some issues fitting it into my basement. So I did not delay anyone else’s delivery I had them load it back in the truck and take it away so we could come up with a better game plan.Christine immediately called me, we went over a few other measurements in my house and said she would have her crew take the whole machine apart and try again. So disappointed ordering was a breeze...of course. Machine arrived late from the promised 72 hr. They don’t tell you that you have to figure out how to get the machine in your house. My 3000 machine is damaged, Steve made everything sound like a dream 5 year warranty! Yay! But good luck getting quality service purchased some time late February it is now may still no one has come to check the machine. I texted Brie to get status no reply...Oh no refunds buyer beware!! The credit card company they use to finance on the other hand are very helpful so far.

The deliverers even dismantled part of it to fit it through my door. Miscalculation on my part, which left me unable on my own to move it to my basement, had me reaching out to Christine again. I was looking for some 45 pound plates and called Pro Gym Supply. Christine Wright was the sales person that I talk to. Even though it wasn’t a big sale, just a few 45 pound plates she was accommodating and very eager to help. I was coming up from Syracuse on a Saturday, which was her day off but she came into work anyway to meet me and make sure everything went well. I was running late, which intern would make her late for her appointment but she rescheduled her appointment and waited for me with no issue. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance or a pain, (which I was)! When I got there she ended up showing me around the whole facility and explained to me what exactly they do with all the equipment when it comes in and when they ship it out. It was pretty impressive! After she showed me around and I loaded the plates into my truck she took me back into the office and gave me detailed directions on how to best get home, while driving with the trailer on the back of a truck. Driving through New York City can be tricky and expensive if you take your truck and trailer on the wrong roadway, which I didn’t know. She also gave me bottled water and sent me on my way. I own my own business and I know what it’s like to give good service and I can tell you Christine from Pro Gym Supply went above and beyond in every way! I would not only recommend Pro Gym Supply but would recommend reaching out to Christine Wright if you need anything for your home or commercial gym!

While browsing the company’s website, I found an option to chat with someone via WhatsApp, and I was quickly connected with Christine. I stopped in a few days later and she set me up with exactly what I wanted - about 360 lb. of used, rubber coated Olympic weights (45s, 25s, 10s and 5s) and a barbell for my home gym. I noticed on their website that there is a whole link dedicated to rentals. When I drove up to the place of business today they informed me that they do not offer rentals and that website was wrong. I wish they would take their down as it is false advertisement.

I purchased a Cybex for my wife (and, lets face, it, for me, too) for delivery to my home in southern Virginia. The entire experience was really very pleasant. Christine Wright was a true pleasure to work with. I was looking for a specific model, re-manufactured, and she worked for weeks trying to find me the right model. It was so helpful to not have to re-explain everything every time I spoke with or emailed her. Christine is the best! The unit was shipped very carefully and delivered to my house - no damage, no issues, and the thing looks brand new. Before heading to Pro Gym Fitness supply I had a phone conversation with Christine. Very nice and knowledgeable woman. Helped me pick a treadmill based on what she felt I needed. Didn’t focus on selling the most expensive or anything in terms of money but based on what she felt best suited our facility. I was very appreciative of her help and most of all she’s very patient. She explains everything to the tea. I suggest anyone that needs fitness equipment to come to her.

Awesome workout bike! It was recommended by a friend and I recommend it to anyone. And for the price you cant go wrong. Its simple and sturdy which can be both good and bad because Im petite. I absolutely love my purchase. I was going to buy the NXT new but after pricing a few places I decided to buy it used from Pro Gym Supply. They did a great job with the finishing, delivery was fast and they even placed it for me. Thank God! The chain needed to be replaced after a few weeks but their customer service was understanding and worked with my schedule. I would definitely recommend buying from Pro Gym Supply.

I ordered a Precor AMT machine. It was affordable. I had it shipped and received it in 1 week! I highly recommend this company. They were courteous and friendly. Wayne Fader was a fantastic rep who always answered my emails the same day and usually within a couple hour window. The company did not have the first item I was interested in (to be fair it was a clearance special item that had been sold earlier that day), but offered a comparable item in the price range I was looking at...the model was newer than the one I requested. The shipping was fantastic, product arrived in perfect condition and ready to use immediately. Even though it was a refurbished elliptical, it looked brand new and everything worked perfectly. Thank you Pro Gym Supply for offering a quality product at a very reasonable price!

I reached out to Pro Gym Supply after I was unable to purchase a hard to find item from my original vendor ( Pro Gym Supply would have been my first choice but I didnt know of them until after the fact).
