Such nice people working at this liquor store! And they had so many special limited editions that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Plus they offer free delivery on anything over $50.

I love this place. I drive from Bay Shore. They have a Great assortment of wines and alcohol. The service is always excellent. My truck was broken last month and they even delivered directly to my house.Five stars *****

The woman behind the counter has a nasty attitude. Be respectful of your customers or lose them. They also claim to take competitors coupons. When in fact they dont.

Today a friend let me know they had a bottle of bourbon I’ve been looking for, Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel. The retail on it is $49.99 and my friend sent a picture of the price tag here at $50.99, which I was willing to pay. So I called the store and asked if they’d hold a bottle for me. They nicely obliged and took my name and phone number. After work, I drove over to pick up my bottle and when I approached the counter, the employee I spoke with earlier asked if he gave me a price on the phone. I said no, but my friend said it was $50.99 and sent me a picture. He said it was a mistake and that it should have been $149.99!!! A 3x markup on a non-allocated bottle that’s all over the country in large quantities and you’re going to shamelessly price gouge and not honor the price it was when you reserved it for me, still making a profit?? I buy a lot of bottles, as do the people on my whiskey groups. Guess where we all won’t ever go again. Places that play games like this and overcharge customers who are willing to spend money repeatedly should not be in business. When greed supersedes customer relations, you have failed. By the way, their prices on other bottles aren’t great either. There are many other better choices within 15 minutes of this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

These guys had a bottle of bourbon up for 50.99. I commented that thats a great price for it (MSRP is $49.99, but its an allocated item), and the lady at the register said, Yes, we dont price gouge here! I already have one that I bought for 50 at another store, so I told some friends about it. When my friend got there 45 minutes later, the store had changed the price to 149.99 and told my friend that it was a pricing error. Hilarious!

This place is great. The prices are good, the employees are knowledgeable and they are always willing to help you out. I recently called about curbside pickup for a last minute bottle of wine. I only live about 2 minutes away and I was in my car when I called. I fully expected to wait on a beautiful Saturday afternoon but they were ready as soon as I got there and made sure to accommodate my needs as I have a compromised immune system and was worried about picking up. I have been strictly using them since I moved to West Babylon a little over a year ago and I won’t go anywhere else.

Felt it was only right to update this review after the owner reached out and offered to make good on the price that the item was the other day when I placed my order. Picked up my bottle yesterday and the price was honored. Thank you CarlosSo I got the confirmation that my order was received but never got any follow up emails saying it was ready for pickupI called over there and gee what a surprise they cant find my order in the system. They put the phone down and I hear mumbling he comes back on and says no I dont have that order our system is having issues so he asked what I ordered. I told him the bottle and he said oh yes we have that should I hold it for you? so I said and its 50.99 right and he says no its 149.99. I told him friend of mine was in there today and sent me a picture on the shelf for 50.99 and when I ordered it was 50.99, I have the pictures and confirmation that I can show you his reply was well the owner changed the price,at which point I told him that now I understand why he mysteriously cant find my order. Very nice selection of wines. Prices are very reasonable. Every section has a map of where the grapes were grown to get a better understanding where the wine comes from. friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

This is the 2nd time here and they had a sale/ testing of new product which I bought both times i was there, it was an awesome whiskey and a tequila.

Ive searched high and low for a liquor store that stocks Dumante Verdenoce Pistachio liqueur. After heavy research from the manufacturer, they granted me the ONLY establishment on Long Island that sells it. If you havent tried it, you must go to Promo Wine & Liquor. The perfect pkace to stop in and be satisfied.👍😎

Small store but large selection. However the prices are slightly more than the average liquor stores. The staff are friendly, welcoming so its a small price to pay for great service. The location is easy to get to just have to pay attention.

This place seems to have good reviews but I personaly hate this store, especially after my recent experience. They are ridiculously overpriced and charge 2-3 dollars more than the usual price per wine bottle. The service is mediocre and the management is rude. Waste.
