I am giving this no stars! My daughter rented a space 6 days ago for the two of us. When I went there this evening my code was not recognized. And yes I guess the right access code numerous times!

Vinny the property manger was a pleasure to deal with & was very helpful answering my many questions. Property is clean and well maintained.

They call me to say my credit card that they have been using for my autopay no longer works. Well it works everywhere else I use it. They tell me to download the app or go online, both would not let me sign in. They can’t accept a payment over the phone.Poorly run organization.

Excellent service, Richie is the man very informative and knowledgeable, he helped get me set up, drew a map out for where my new unit is and was also very personable, was having a rough day when I got it and Richie was very nice in listening to my story as to why my day was bad when he totally didn’t have too, he really made my day, we need more service people like him everywhere in the world, also to the whole facility is very nice key pads everywhere for security which is great overall rent a unit here if u need one

I just want to thank Richie for making it so easy for me to finish setting up my reservation at this public storage helped me out with my code locks and everything I needed to set everything up was a great help again can stress it enough he made it easy even tho it was kind of confusing with corporate on the phone thanks again he’s going to make my next 6 months easy.

So this was my first time ever getting any Kind of storage unit before. So I made my reservation online, they called me and set me up. When I entered, I was greeted by Zach and he was an absolute delight. Explain to me everything in detail that I need to know, and help me understand how everything works. Building is clean and shiny, as though it was brand new.10 out of 10, a great experience.

I went into the office and the managers there were great, they helped me understand what was happening and also helped me. From the time I called to when I was all set and had my unit everything was handled professionally and courteously. I had phone contact with both Tara and Juliette, both were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I met with Tara who walked me through all the steps and truly made this about as easy, quick and painless as possible. I was very impressed with how thorough Tara was. They run a tight ship over at that location and it shows. With all the choices out there for storage Im glad I chose that location. Overall a great experience.

So far so good. Just moved in. Nice clean place with very good access hours good cameras for security.Update!!!!!I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating and heres why. They give you a good monthly rate at first. Then after a few months of being there, they raise your rent. Mine went up $75 per month. Talked to a few people at the place that rent, they said they too were moving out because they just keep raising and raising your rent. I email them to find out why they raised my rent and all they said was that they are in line with other storage units in the area. NO THERE NOT! I moved out and went to Sunrise Storage in West Babylon an Sunrise Highway and Im paying $75 less then when I left Public Storage. And one more note, they dont clean their bathrooms! When I was moving out, it took me three days, I had one of their largest units, and in that three days the bathroom was never touched. Urine all over the floor, toilet paper all over and the sink was very dirty. Garbage can was also full and never emptied during that three days I was there moving out.

I have had many storage units over the years. My introduction to Juliette at the Sunrise Highway Public Storage was delightful. She was so personable that I wanted to stay longer and chat with her. I feel like Im in good hands.The unit had a small pool of water, so Juliette gave me a carton to put down and monitor it to see if there is a leak. Juliette asked me to update her if I see any water and she would have the issue corrected quickly.

I wasnt sure what to expect at this Public Storage, since I have used others in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised by the host who contacted me when I reserved my unit on line and then greeted me with such pleasantness when I arrived there. I say host because Juliette acted like a wonderful host. She made me feel at home and was very thorough about showing me around and explaining the rules and regulations. I was happy to see how clean and secure this Public Storage in West Babylon, NY is. They have all the supplies that one would need to make an easy move. I rented a unit with Michelle yesterday. She was very serious about protecting our items but she was also very friendly and funny during the rental. She insisted we buy damp checks to keep out items from becoming damp in the unit. I will be telling my family and friends about this location.

They get you in with low rates. Then start pushing them up because they know its tough to move everything again.Be careful.... if its short term ... 3 months or less youre good... any longer and the rent inflation starts.My 10 x 20 started at $100.... its now $350.00.Short term use only. As an aside, you dont go here for restrooms but they are filthy, not maintained and barely work.

I went with my mother on 9/3/14 to the West Babylon Public Storage location to see the unit we reserved the day before online. Reserving online saved us almost $50, compared the in-store price, which was great. The salesperson who helped us in-store, named Juliette, was very nice and informative. She gave a very detailed explanation of the services provided there and our receipt. We set up a simple automatic payment plan which was very quick and easy. The only negative thing was that where our storage unit was located, on the 3rd floor of the building, is without air conditioning, so it was much hotter in there than it was outside. My mom was feeling faint, and Juliette offered her her own drink, which she didnt have to do and was a pleasant change from the usual apathetic store clerk. She also assured us that the air conditioning would be fixed promptly as an order for service had already been placed and she expected it to be as early as Friday, 9/5/14. All around it was a very good and easy experience, and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a storage unit quickly and easily. Thanks for reading.

Possibly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Juliette, the property manager, was more than pleasant and helpful. The level of customer service that I received made me feel as though I was at a 5-star hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The facility is easily accessible and clean.

On this day, I visited this public storage location to purchase packing supplies. While I was there I came across Juliette who made this experience a lot more smoother for me. She was very welcoming.
