I had a great Experience at this outlet store. I did some research at quite a few websites to check models and prices. I was looking for a washing machine. Robert was my salesman. He answered all my questions. checked on the website for what i was looking for and matched me up to what i found on my computer at home. I actually bought a model with a few more options, and the price was great.I felt no sales pressure, which is the thing i hate most about shopping. Before i knew it the guys in the back were helping me load the machine in my SUV. The place isnt like the Mall stores. It is scratch and dent, discontinued, low price items.if your fancy, just go to the Mall

Im being generous when I give this outlet one star. I purchased a refrigerator from them online. I doubled checked with the store and a sears customer service agent. They both said the refrigerator only had a dent on the side as advertised. When I went to pick it up there were also 2 dents in the front! I would recommend that you do not buy anything off of their website without first inspecting it at the store.

Great deal on a new side by side. Perfect condition. Nice salespeople, no one pushy..browse till you need help.

Instore experience was ok Joyce the sales clerk was amazing. However delivery service I rate a zero. I tried calling the delivery number on the sales receipt to find my time no answer. I then decided to call Stars directly. Low and behold after an hour on the phone in which they said that Sears is not affiliated with the outlet store. So after three transfers i finally get to talk to the Babylon store. They gave me a number in Georgia that does not exist to talk to the delivery people directly. To boot they were extremely rude. And i dont say that with a grain of salt. Sears should be embarrassed to have this store carry thier name.

I will never buy an anything from this location again. I Bought a Kenmore range less than a month ago. After no even two weeks using it burned, all the wires inside started to get fire, so I disconnected, put in my truck and went to store to return it like you do in everywhere else.The people who work there is very very rude, then dont like to talk with anybody, special the Manager is a person completely nasty, rude, discourteous, disrespectful, etc. who looks like he hates everybody. He started yelling me when I was trying to explain what happened and just told me you have to call to costumer service, they will tell you what to do.I did before, I just called costumer service before I went to the store because they told me that is up to the manager to replace it. In others words if he wants it. Unfortunately, you can not talk with this bad-mannered person.Now if you think about, you dont want some appliance in your house that it could get in fire and will bring something worse than simply appliance replacement.Sometimes to save a couple hundreds bucks results very bad bussiness, specially if you get some problem and then you have to deal with people like this unmannerly store manager from Sears Outlet at West Babylon.

If you know what you want, this store can save yo a lot of money.
