Hubby ordered a ranger 500. Sales guy said hed call every week with an update on delivery eta. He didnt call until it arrived...about a month later. Pushing hubby to pick it up Stat...they didnt want it sold to another customer if we didnt pick up right away. What?! Shady comment and bad business practice. He also ordered an led light bar, buspar and windshield. Over 2 months later were still waiting for that. Also when we got it home we couldnt get it over 11mph. They didnt connect the plug under the seat. Im glad my hubby is mechanically inclined. They were very congenial until they got their $.Update 9/29/21:All accessory parts received. Order is fulfilled.

Great experience! My wife and I drove 80+ miles to check out their inventory of snowmobiles. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, walked around for a few minutes and was again greeted by Harry in sales. He answered our questions, found answers to questions that he did not know, and sold us 2 new sleds. Everyone was nice throughout the sales, parts, and service dept. Definitely would recommend. Dan, the Service Manager, is excellent. I live about 45 minutes away and theyre always accommodating in getting me in when its convenient for me. They are very thorough. They will not only fix a problem, they find out why it exists so it doesnt happen again.

I took my 70cc Dirt bike in a few months back for just a rear tire to be installed and I got a phone call asking me when the last time I drove the bike was. I knew immediately there was an issue and he says the bike won’t start. I said I drove it this morning before I brought it in. Know I’m thinking in my head what the heck. He said hold on I’ll call you back, he then calls me back later and says the mechanic was trying to start it without a key……WHAT? Are you a mechanic? For god knows how long he was doing that…..To this day the bike hasn’t ran the same. First and last experience with Fuel.

Dan Pool, Service Manager, has been outstanding with our service issues regarding our UTVs. Truly a professional who takes great pride in keeping customers informed of what is going on. With todays challenges of getting parts, Dan is a master at finding the parts and getting them to his store. I have purchased several UTVs from Fuel Powersports and even though I reside 222 miles from them, I will always bring my UTVs to them for service because of Dans professionalism and strong commitment to customer service. We stopped in on a Saturday to look at a used Kawasaki motorcycle. It wasnt on the floor, but they were able to get it out for us to look at. Bike looked great, but we were told no test drives on Saturdays as theyre just too busy. Really? Too busy to make a sale? We got online, found another Kawasaki dealer 30 minutes away. That other dealer was swamped, as they were down 2 sales people. They had the bike we wanted to see, brought it out from the showroom floor, did a test drive and we bought on the spot. We were on our way home with the bike in under 2 hours including all the paperwork. We are actually thrilled we did not buy from Fuel, as we got a newer model with fewer miles for less money!

I called to set up an appointment to get my bike ready for summer. I talked to Joe and gave him all the information on my bike, to get a work order started. I brought my bike in that day and he said it will be about 10 days and my bike will be ready. On the 10th day he called, and it was ready. We looked it over, then I took it for a ride and realize there was an issue and brought it back. Joe took care of it right away. I was very pleased with the service.Yes, I would come back and have my bike serviced there again.

The business is put together really well. We went there on a SUPER busy day with everyone kicking off spring. Always had an employee to talk to and give us updates. Purchased a 2022 Polaris Ranger 570 Sportsman. The short wait for Polaris to manufacture the unit has been worth it. We previously purchased a 2015 Polaris 570 Sportsman from Fuel Powersports and that experience brought us back to them for the purchase of the Ranger.

Have been in contact for a couple of weeks, they worked with me on the exact bike I was looking for, price was fair and I paid cash up front so aside from a $186 doc fee I paid what we settled on. CJ, Ryan and parts rep Jeremy were all very helpful. Im a very thorough person and they accommodated most of my needs/expectations, are going to work with me on future servicing and parts, and sent me home with a beautiful new(to me😁) motorcycle. My first dealership experience I, might add. I dont do financing so Im not sure from that perspective, but if you are buying outright, this is definitely the place to go!

I am from Illinois but always had a better impressions from dealers of Wisconsin, bit this one is so special!I called them twice to verify the final price of used bike and clarify that there is no additional fees, but when arrived to buy they found out that there is additional $150 service fee, they replied that they dont know who I was talking and blah-blah-blah, did reduce it after long debates to $63. After that I was asked to wait to cashier 20 minutes - there is 1 person in front of me, after 40 minutes I asked whats going on? and they replied me there are 2 guys now and the told me from beginning 2 guys and it will be soon... I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes.... Liars. They also forced me to sign waivers that I agree them to share any of my information to another companies, otherwise they will not sell bike to me! Beware!

First time visiting fuel. Overall great experience. Time frame to get service done was a little longer than should have taken (3 days for alignment check) not a big deal, didnt need it back right away. . HOWEVER when I picked it up, my teryx has never been so clean. They did an amazing job and didnt even know it was going to get cleaned! Ill be back for more.

I bought a 2019 DH Chieftain DH in the spring. It was a demo model. Its a beautiful bike.Thank you. I ended up having a starter issue with it a couple months later. Since I live near Appleton I called Dan (service dept) on a friday 6/4 and he said to bring it right in Saturday 6/5 since it was still under warranty. He said he would get it at it that thursday 6/10. I was blown away because a different dealer had it for a week and never touched it. Dan got to it on Wed 6/9, a day early. Had parts ordered already. Amazing! Dan said parts were backordered until July15, but pulled some strings and had the parts come in a couple days. Again, Amazing! He told me now is the time to install a stage 1 or 2 kit if I was thinking about it since the engine would be dismantled anyway to save me money, I chose the stage two, well, why not! He got it back to me on 6/19 with everything done, A lot better than 7/15 for sure. Dan helped me out so much and answered every question even after I called 5 minutes before closing time (didnt realize the time) searched for parts for 15 minutes even after they were closed, Amazing again! Dan was out for a week or so and Joe stepped in, had the experience with Joe. There are some fantastic people working here and seem to really care about the customer. The service tech were amazing to as they got this bike done extremely fast and it runs great. These guys went above and beyond to help me out with my first road bike. Thanks so much, 5 stars for sure.

Took my Vegas here to be looked at. Got it back and was told there was nothing they could do. Got it home and my air box cover just fell off. They had stripped it out and tried to hide it. Will never return. Dont recommend going here.

I had an excellent experience at fuel powers ports. They brought my 18 year old quad up to date. Fixed tire, winch, heated grips, and they performed their silver service. It looks, acts and runs like new. I highly recommend their service department

Bought a new Wolverine in November and the experience hasnt changed. I had an appointment to finalize my purchase and ended up waiting almost 2hrs after that time to get 5 minutes of paperwork complete. The tech who did my walk around knew less about the machine than I did. Today I go in to have the coolant level looked at as its almost completely empty and has 3 hrs on it. I am told it evaporated, really? How does coolant evaporate in winter with almost 0 use? Tells me as long as you see coolant it is fine, if so, why have a full and low mark on the reservoir? Told me to buy some and top it off. Really? A brand new machine with 3 hrs on it and I should top it off. Head to parts dept, none in stock, surprise! Definitely my last purchase!

Bought a “floor model” Yamaha sled w/ 0.2 miles on it in November of 2018. Walk in price was suppose to be $6,995. After all the paperwork and fees it was around $11,000. Me being excited I still went with it. Come to find out it comes with zero warranty, zero maintenance, zero anything. Basically walk out the door and that’s it. They wouldn’t even clutch it to the correct altitude and I had to buy the weights from their parts Dept (all $11)10/10 not recommend this place

I would have gave it a five but they sold me a brand new bike with a dead battery I had a get my bike trailer back up to the dealership they put a brand new battery in no charge but I did have to go through the hassle of getting it off the street onto my trailer and up to the dealership other than that everything is good
