I gave this location a 2 because they had one product I wanted. My experience that day was less than expected. One of the two people that worked there was very friendly and tried to be helpful..I think she was probably new. The other person was unfriendly and unwilling to help and she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Come on CosmoProf...this sets a bad example for our industry!
