Alex was a great resource in helping me find a bed that fit all my desires and needs. I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. I saved $1400 on my purchase. I can’t wait to try out my adjustable bed frame. Overall, great and painless shopping experience!

The sales guy was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I went in knowing what I wanted and I tried other mattresses but I got the one I liked. Then I said I wanted a adjustable base and he showed me those and he sold me on the base with vibration. It was amazing!!

Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable about our concerns with different brands. He did multiple upgrades for us which were not necessary but he did them anyway. Even accommodated our work schedules with the delivery. If we ever need to buy another mattress we will definitely go back to this place.

The store is pressure free, the experience was amazing. The sales associate Kristian Lewis from the West Bend store was a very knowledgeable and very user friendly. He educated us on sleeping habits and products we never really thought about. This helped us make a better informed decision on what we needed in a new bed. Other sales associates should model Kristians sales techniques and customer friendly experience. Would recommend the West Bend store to everyone.

Searched online for a mattress for my granddaughter. Nothing special, she is only two. Easy website to navigate. Very good description of product and availability. Stopped at a couple stores and was not impressed. Last stop was Mattress Firm. No pressure salesman greeted us. I explained what I was interested in and he took me right to the product. Granted it was only a $200 mattress, on sale, but we were very pleased with the product and service we received. 15 minutes and we out the door. Mattress to be delivered no charge in a couple of days. This was easy.

Very helpful salesman. We got an incredible price and it included delivery and removal of our old mattress. Tried to do our best research beforehand and fell into the rabbit hole of “best mattress of 2020” articles/sales that didn’t really help. Used the app Reddit and the sub r/mattress for some buyer’s guide info and had a much better idea of what we were looking for and comparing as we searched. Our sales rep (Sam) was knowledgeable and worked with us to meet our needs at our price point.

So Dustin was great! We were just looking to compare prices at other places and well he was helpful in every way. We saw a bed we really liked but financially the price was a little to high for us. But Dustin told us to name a price and so my husband did and he said you got it. My husband being picky and all decided we should still wait. Dustin did not keep pushing us to get it like other places would. It was just such a good deal. But my husband gave in and we just got our new bed! Friendly staff that was accommodating to all customers on 11/11/18. When we were there he was already helping another couple but he made sure to randomly check in with us as well. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattress questions we had.
