We had a wonderful visit to the store today. Amber and Sabrina made us feel welcome and gave us a nice experience with our purchases today.Adequate parking handicap parking handicap access.The store was clean and well-stocked with lots of options to choose from. I recommend this store.They currently have a sale of buy 3 and get 3 free it was definitely worth our effort to come to the store from Hartford. The displays had a nice presentations and we found just what we were looking for for us as a couple. Thank you Bath & Body Works.

On 05/05 at 1:24pm my Grandma was shopping, she entered the store with my father. Neither had their masks on, my father went and got her mask and let her shop by herself. Whoever was on the floor refused to let her shop around, blocked her off from smelling new things and didnt let her go around by herself. I should let you know that she is in a wheelchair but is capable of moving around by herself and without knocking over things. She wanted to look around and use the gift card I gave her for Christmas. The women who helped her just kept asking her what she was looking for and told her to stay put and that she would get it for her. Rushing her out of the store. I cannot believe anyone would do this, let alone to an old lady in a wheelchair. Whoever the manager is I will be reaching out. We are both consistent shoppers in this store and have never had an issue before. Hopefully it was just a fluke incident.

I love this store, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would love to get a job here, I dont think i would have much of a paycheck though cuz I would buy everything!!!

Love this place but inventory is limited on a lot of products. Early bird gets the worm, I guess? Cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

The employees were all so kind and they answered any questions I had. One employee also went out of their way to look for a fragrance that I had liked in the back. When I went to check out, the woman who checked me out was so nice and she helped me apply the coupons that I had. Great employees!

They do not accept coupons here. I had a $10 off $30 survey coupon provided by this Bath & Body Works Store that I spent time to call and take. The person at the desk helping me (who claimed to be one of the new managers) was very rude and denied my coupon. I have never had a bad experience at any other Bath & Body Works location. None of the other Bath & Body Works store locations have ever denied their own coupon before.. I would definitely suggest shopping elsewhere!

Great deals good prices only bad thing they only sale candles on weekdays the on sale ones ao that was a bummer thwy also have limited options on mens lotions and other items but their clearance items are under 5.00 for men good place to bring your girlfriend or wife .the lady or young girl with short hair was very kimd and very welcoming very outgoing and polite.The hispanic lady was very rude.

I went to Bath and Body Works looking for the Mothers day tote, I was helped by all the staff. I was told that the tote doesnt come until Wednesday before Mothers day. I heard its $100.00+ items for $30.00. I asked if they had lilac perfume. One girl showed me what might come close. I got a good deal, BOGO. Theres so many amazing items and scents to try. I liked the better way to sample scents too, they spay it on a business card. I had many scents on my arm already. It was fun shopping. The only thing I didnt like was the prices.

Bambi was extremely helpful! She helped me with my purchase and use a coupon to save me even more money. Best customer service, I love when employees use there knowledge of sales to help their customers.

This location always seems to be out of the male line items. Ive stopped in 3 times this past month with no luck. Staff seem to be quite friendly, but will be shopping other locations with larger more stocked selections. Keep in mind if visiting this location the door is on the corner and parking lot is farther away.
