I know Walmart isnt the best place to get higher than average organic foods.. or the best cloths, and its not like they need the money!But they do have a lot if youre traveling and only looking to make one stop. Over all this walmart has a lot of great people working here!

When I walked into the West Bend store, I was pleasantly surprised. It was the cleanest most stocked, organized WalMart I have been in. Believe me, Ive been in a lot from California to Wisconsin. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. You didnt have to go in search of help, or chase someone down. They are right there and happy to help. I would recommend this store above all I have been in. I will drive the extra mile for that kind of service.

This is one of the first Super Centers in Wisconsin and it is better than a lot of the newer Walmarts. It is way better than the much newer Beaver Dam Walmart but not as nice as Hartfords. All Walmarts are not created equal but the West Bend Walmart, even after all these years, is very exceptional. It has all the services and of course a Jackson Hewitt Tax Service as well.

This is one of the best Walmarts I have ever been in! The store is super clean and the shelves are fully stocked. They offer many different choices of products and the Equate brand is usually pretty reasonable. I will be telling my friends and family to shop here instead of the Germantown store!

Heard all of The stuff we needed It was great

I went to get Thera Tears Nutritional and they were out again. When you ask they say they will be in on Tuesday and on Tuesday they say Thursday. Cant figure out if they are selling out so fast that they dont order more product. Also the shelves in the grocery department were bare. Lots of people pulling, what product they had, forward so it was difficult to shop. Only 1 cashier working.

For the most part, I dont tend to have a lot of issues with this place. But today I ended up getting home with a box of Seagrams which turned out, had 2 broken bottles. And it seemed like it wasnt recent since the box and bottles werent wet at all

I was looking for this hunting chair online. I stopped into the store, they couldnt find it so told me to order online. I was unable to order online so I called for help. After sitting on hold for 45 min I kept going back and forth with the operator she would say shed connect me to customer service several times she didnt do that I just waited and she picked it up again like a new phone call waited on hold a few times then finally she got me a Manger who actually answered. He told me there is no such item and its not online.. pretty sure I can see its online(see photo). The organization and communication for products is extremely poor as well as customer sevice. Not impressed at all.

Everything youd expect from a WalMart Superstore. Auto section as well. Pretty well maintained. But problem with lack of stock later in the evenings and has customer pick up for all your online shopping preferences. As well as a Aunt Annies pretzel shop up front and coinstar in customer service area.

I like it when the walk ways are clear and you can move about easily. The staff was helpful.

Drove up from Milwaukee to pick a Chromebook up service was fast and courteous

See for yourself! Disgusting, RUDE staff, when I asked for management, they were called twice to the service counter. I waited 20mins. And no one came! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

Never enough checkers, and the store was kinda dirty/dusty shelves and product. Lots of things not labelled for prices. Not sure why I even still shop there.

The freezer shelves could be stocked up more I dropped off a prescription and it was waiting for me half an hour later it was a great no line if Walmart had better meat I buy all my stuff but Ive been burned down there and meet many times I dont know where they get it from but its the worst

I hate Walmart if I wanted to check myself out I would have gotten a job there

Their produce is not the best - always bruises, some have mold, some things are already past the expiration date (no, not sell by date, the expiration date), and they always seem to be out of everything all the time.Their home good sections are great - I do like the selection as well as body care/makeup/hair care, etc. I also love their holiday sections... I am obsessed with what they carry in store.Overall, I dont mind going here, but I usually get my groceries from Meijer.

It is silly to have all these checkouts and nothing open except to checkout yourself. I do not work at walmart. I left a full shopping cart and walked out because they said noone could check me out before 9 and i should wait for 20 mins to be checked out

Building is clean, staff is courteous, my favorite Walmart location.

Decent. People were friendly. All self checkouts. We dont have that yet in our neck of the woods. We were just passing through.

I am loving the increasing craft and painting supplies. As an artist on a tight budget, having Walmart as a purchasing option helps.

Not a very good selection of things. Shelves seemed quite empty..looks like they need to restock! Restrooms filthy and lots of workers standing around on their phones. This used to be a really nice store..not anymore. Only gave it 3 stars cause the location and area is GREAT. 👍😊

I guess I never thought Id say Id like a Walmart, but its a nice Walmart. I dont like self checkout. I never have, at any store, and I never will. Thats my one complaint. Lots of staff on hand. Nice to see them paying attention to shoppers and whats going on. No matter what you need, you really can find it at Walmart.

Very confusing. This store is set up completely different from all of the other Walmarts we have been in. Took so much longer to shop. All Walmarts should be set up the same to make things easier for the customers. Other than that it was good.

The Fresh Departments are worth a visit.

App order for an item in the store was a cluster... After I paid for it, then I find out I need to wait for an invitation to pick the item up. I was passing the store in 30 min. I went inside to get the item. At the service desk I was told it actually wasnt in stock. As Im walking to the department, I get an email telling me the order was cancelled. When I get to the glass case in automotive, there I see it, as the girl that canceled the order is helping me. I ordered on the app because it was almost 20% cheaper than on the shelf. Customer service matched three price. We do online orders for groceries all the time. This process was just the opposite as far as offering any convenience.

This is a terrible disgrace of the wal mart brand. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there, whether its for 3 items or 100, most of the simple common items on my list are sold out or unavailable. The workers are rude!! Pushed out of the way by workers shopping for online customers constantly. Overall garbage! Will NOT be going there again. 5 mins closer to my home than saukville, but will make the travel to avoid the nonsense

Great prices, good inventory, great polite and helpful staff. Their meat and produce are always fresh. Their regular prices are sale prices at other stores.Only negative is they dont stock laundry discharge filters that myself or the staff could find.

Nobody there pressed button twice to call for helpFinally someone came she told me she had no till excuse me this for 2:30 PM she said go to service counter. The West Bend Walmart has what I need. Too bad Hartford Wisconsin Walmart doesnt do well in the stocking Department.The garden and Landscape dept is always a mess empty shelves disorganized they need help.

Love this place. I travel from Milwaukee to shop here all the time. Very friendly people, clean, customer service is great, bathroom is clean always have what I be looking for.

The photo booths were down. The two women there were together and there for quite some time. Laughing with a large group of people. None of whom were wearing masks. Many people did not wear masks at all. There is NO enforcement. The cashier said absolutely nothing while checking me out until I asked her not to place a brisket in the same bag as my vegetables.

I called the vision center to verify they were open. They said they were open till 630. When I arrived at 330 the lights were off and nobody was there. I asked an associate to talk to a manager but the manager refused to see me. I will be spending my money elsewhere moving forward.

Havent been to walmart in awhile not going to lie, I tend to leave crabby partly my own fault, my children lol. But today was good, lines went good,in fact in must have gone really good I cant remember my cashiers face from looking at them for 15 min feeling bad for how rude people can be. So ya even the human race was nice today. One lost star because my husband really wanted the cottage cheese with all the fun flavors and they didnt have it. But you know we lived.

Last possible day before everyone has to wear a mask over 70% with no masks. My grocery order because I dont wish to have contact with people without masks was to have been brought to my car at 8:00 Im still waiting at 8:40 and they have no idea if its even been prepared. The only reason they even got one star from me is because the people that are trying to take care of the issue are nice.

One of the dumpiest Wal-Marts you will ever come across. Not exagerrating either. Employees who dont care, low stock or none at all on much of their inventory and some pretty shady looking shoppers to boot. I will take Meijer over this place any day of the week. Also, seems like I have a new ding, scratch or dent in my car everytime I go here.

Typically clean and the curbside staff are always extremely courteous. Not a fan of The corporation overall.

Dropped off a ring 3 weeks ago to get sized, they told me it would take 2 weeks. Still no ring. Tried calling today for 20 mins. Poor customer service. Cant get through to jewelry they keep hanging up on me. I keep having to call back

Ive shopped this Walmart my whole life and I will not be returning! This store has gone completely down hill over the passed few years. The store is messy and disorganized. I came to buy my son a pair of winter boots and I came to find a mound of mismatched boots that I had to dig through and guess what the price was. Not to mention the staff is incredibly rude. Customer service is clearly not something they explain during employee orientation. They act as if they are being bothered every time Im checking out or at the customer service desk. Ive only continued shopping there because the store has products that I need for decent prices, but this last interaction I had at the customer service desk was enough to make me not come to the store anymore. The girl had a bad attitude right off the bat before I even approached the counter. She was huffy and snobby. While trying to rush my transaction through, so that she could go back to rolling her eyes, she made a mistake with my return that could not be undone, and then lied to her manager about it right infront of me. Ive had it with this place. Id rather travel another 30 minutes to another Walmart that trains their employees on what CUSTOMER SERVICE is.
