I dont know much about games, but Andrew and the other employee that was working guided me to which Nintendo Switch game to buy for my nephew for Xmas. Very friendly and helpful.

As if the store couldnt get worse. They go ahead and cludder it more. Funkos are just a mess. Games are scarce. They are pushing more hardware than anything now. Which is fine. Just more a reason for me to just shop online.

Not the employees fault as it Game Stop overall but disappointed only certain items can be taken in for credit.

Messy. Disorganized. They tried to sell me dented products when they shouldnt have even be selling damaged merchandise. The manager wouldnt speak to me about the damaged merchandise, or even look me in my eyes.

Its gamestop...not great. Had to go there to get a used controller for my son. Had to return it because it kept sticking. The employee I dealt with did his check and said it seemed to be fine. Told him it took about 5 minutes before it started to act up, was hesitant to exchange it. Finally, got a replacement and left. Definitely still trying to sell their rewards, not worth the money unless you go there alot...and honestly between ordering off my system and Amazon dont really need to go there

They sell you broken glass and don’t refund you for it or replace it. Never again will I ever buy anything from this place.

Its GameStop... If I can say anything, the staff are great and the store was clean but GameStops prices suck and they offer you next to nothing for your trades. Its not really a wonder why theyre beginning to go under.

Incredibly nice staff! They always say hello to you as you walk in and ask if you need help finding anything. When you are at the register they might initiate a friendly conversation about the game youre buying, which makes me personally feel welcome! 5/5 on this location!

I suggest calling before driving there, to make sure what you want is there. I went in for an adapter, the young man was nice and tried to be helpful. He could not find one so he checked the computer. According to inventory there should have been one there. He looked more for it. He could not find it.

I dont go to game stop very often not because I hate it usually just buy games digitally. Today though I needed a new controller so I decided to stop in. The gentleman working the counter was alone and I thought he took good care of the customer before me even though they decided not to make a purchase. When It was my turn he assisted me in deciding what route I was going to go on my purchase. Didnt catch his name while I was there but my receipt says Micah.

I am not a huge gamer. More of a novice and its been almost a year since I have been in this location. Of course I choose to go on a big night. Black Friday on Thanksgiving night. I had sum questions about PS4 console and the associates I worked with answered my questions. Plus had offered sum choices as they had seen I was looking for the best deal. Black Friday offer I went was the regular price of $299.99 for PS4 1TB and $50.00 gift card. I than used gift card to obtain 2 games. I greatly appreciatedthe professionalism and patience they showed.

Whenever I need something from this specific location I always call ahead and ask if they can do it for me. Every time they are cheerful and assure me they can help, and to come in. About 10 minutes later I come in and I get blank stares, confusion, and mumbles, where is that cheerful person that speaks with volume? If it wasnt for being a long time member I would give it a lower rating but I dont get a warm and fuzzy feeling every time I come into this location.Their inventory is no different from all other GameStop locations and its the same with their sales and promotions.

I only get up to this location a couple times a year, but this is my favorite GameStop store in Wisconsin. Huge selection, friendly staff, the place is well organized and always clean.

We had a horrible experience with GameStop and will never purchase there again. We bought a Afterglow 9 headset for $85 at the end of November as a Christmas present for our son. It is our fault that we didnt notice that their return policy is only for 30 days, which expired before Christmas arrived essentially. The headphones worked for 3 weeks. GameStop said it wasnt their problem, and to contact the manufacturer, which we have been doing since January and still no response (after emails, messages, reviews left). We were horrified at how little GameStop cares about the products they sell. Had we gone with Amazon or Walmart, the vendor would have given us credit. GameStops location in our town wasnt even polite about it, just a not our problem comment. I would highly suggest that people not purchase items, especially if its a gift, as GameStop doesnt stand behind what it sells.

Always friendly normally can get newer games a bit cheaper no issues with them working.

Wouldnt accept my controller for trade in because of incompetence. He thought it was a sixaxis controller not a dualshock 3, so the testing software wouldnt work because he clicked on sixaxis, not dualshock 3.

They have the games. But you dont get much for your old games or consoles. But they sell them for a lot!!
