Excellent. Great staff, quality products, and fast service. I had an item embroidered and it was very fast and looked awesome when done. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very easy to work with and very friendly. Will definitely be back for more items to be done.

This company was supposed to print shirts for a fundraiser for us and there were multiple problems with the order. I went to Gena the owner to try to rectify the situation, and see if the shirts could either be redone or refunded. She was rude, refused to refund, or help in any way. She shouted over the phone and was completely out of line with one of my volunteers that came in with the orders that needed to be fixed. I will be refunding the customers even though she has a satisfaction guaranteed on her receipt. Her poor customer service and obnoxious behavior speaks volumes. The quality of the items was poor, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The owner is extremely rude and uncooperative!! BG Decal and Apparel LLC messed up our order and would not redo it or refund our money! I would not recommend this place!!

Great service! Our shirts for a recent Stars and Stripes Honor Flight homecoming parade were exactly what we were looking for. The quality is awesome, the people were friendly, and the turnaround was very quick!
