The product is simply outstanding. I bought the 15HP version. It is super quiet, runs a lathe, a Lagun mill, and a lathe with no effort. Installation was super easy using only the documentation provided. Working with the staff was delightful and very straightforward. I wish all of these were so easy.Very highly recommended.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with American Rotary! I was hesitant to spend the extra money over the other phase converters that I was looking at, but often times you pay for what you get. This is most definitely the case with them. Their idler motors are so incredibly quiet that you cant even hear them run while your machine(my mill or lathe) is running. The installation is very straightforward. I purchased the 3 phase load center with the ADX10 to be able to use multiple machines off the same converter, which is definitely the way to go. Furthermore, the customer support is second to none(the best I have had in a long time). I wasnt exactly sure the breakers that I needed and questioned the way to wire the load center, but their quick email and call responses quickly answered my questions. I received an email shortly after I received the parts asking if I had any questions about installation, needed any help, etc. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and will recommend them whenever possible! We are a small small business and needed to have three phase for our chiller. We had no idea that these even existed. When searching the internet we saw the video of American Rotary helping Voodoo Brewing so we called Voodoo and they told us all about how great the people at American Rotary are and told me to call Chris. I’ve been using a AI-40 phase converter from American Rotary for about five years now to power my machine shop. They make an absolutely wonderful product right here in the USA and offer exceptional technical support from their home office in Wisconsin (not India). I highly recommend this product!

I bought an old Machining center in 2010 to do some side jobs for extra money. I purchased a 25 H.P. American Rotary phase convertor and I could not have made a better choice. The phase convertor worked perfectly. Then in 2017, I decided to upgrade to a Haas VF-2 that required a larger phase convertor. Again, I turned to American Rotary. Chris recommended the AD 60 which works great! Within three months, I quit my full time job and now I work exclusively from my home shop. Recently, I ordered another Haas CNC and I am confident the AD 60 will run both machines flawlessly.

No direct experience as Im in Germany but these guys deserve 6 stars for exemplary service they give to the YT Community and Engineering companies and workshops. Where I learned to be a Toolmaker (North Wales, UK) the Engineering works for Toolmakers are called Toolrooms. Were lucky in Germany as generally private home have 3 phase supplies ( its the default here for kitchen appliances) but as and when I do need a Rotary phase converter, AR will be my choice. Ally was great to work with. She helped get the right phase inverter for our needs and was able to answer all of my questions without having to get the answers from someone else. This company is above any beyond. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started looking at their converters and they held my hand through the selection process, had very fast shipping times (product left the warehouse either the same or next day), the post purchase support has been out of this world amazing, and the product is solid as could be.I am so happy I went with a real US made company, the benefits of doing so have outweighed any percieved savings from buying some overseas off brand that would have had no support and likely no real warranty. I would have been guessing and had no idea what I was doing if it werent for the team at American Rotary.
