Im leaving my original review below, but heres an updated one because I think theyve improved, and I was very happy with my last order.I ordered 4 parts on 4/28/2021. After a day or two, I got an email saying that some of the parts were not in stock and had to be ordered from their suppliers. (This alone is an improvement because last year they simply didnt tell me why my order wasnt being fulfilled until I called, so I really appreciated the email so I knew what was going on.) About a week later, I got another email saying my order shipped, and it arrived a day or two after that on 5/7/2021. I obviously would have preferred if they had everything in stock in the first place, but even so, I got everything pretty quickly.One suggestion for them: Put an indication on your website if a given part is in stock or not. I would love to know ahead of time whether its going to ship out immediately or if Im going to be waiting extra for it.Its understandable, but they dont ship out ANY part of the order until ALL parts of the order are ready. Especially because of that, I would like to know before I place the order which parts are currently in stock and which will have to be ordered from the suppliers to fulfill my order.Nonetheless Im happy with this place, and they were pretty helpful last year when I had some issues and called them on the phone.ORIGINAL REVIEW SOMETIME MID-2020:I dont know if this is the normal for them or not, but order fulfillment is INCREDIBLY slow right now. My order on May 4 didnt go out until May 18. My order on June 2 still has not shipped.That said, they seem to have the best prices on most things, and when you call the store, you get somebody right away who is friendly and helpful.Hopefully things improve, but if you need something sooner than a month, you might want to order from elsewhere right now.
Needed to order parts for a rider lawnmower and I figured I would order the parts online as it would be easier and their website showed that all of the parts I needed were in stock. I had a feeling I should have read the reviews before ordering from this business. I ordered my parts on April 30th and got confirmation stating it would be shipped in 3-5 business days, (cool right?). Well I called this business multiple times (different days) and last week they told me it would arrive by the end of THAT week. Still no parts, I called again on May 18th and they tried to tell me my package was lost and that it was UPSs fault and it would be delivered May 19th...still no parts. Now if it really was UPSs fault why did I receive the night of the May 19th a confirmation that it was shipped. Will not arrive until May 22nd. FINALLY, however it is not UPS, it is coming through USPS. Word of advice to the business owner. Do not try to blame a pandemic or other businesses for your laziness, take responsibility. I live in Wisconsin there really is no excuse for this long of a delay but hey I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be doing business with them again!
I stopped in to find parts for a vintage simplicity and they took the time to find the superceded part number by looking in old books. They found the new numbers and where able to order it in.
I got my part in a reasonable time as described and for a great price I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be using them again

I guess many of their items are on backorder. They do not bother updating the site before purchase or your order status. They respond to emails a week late. It takes multiple calls to get an answer. Dont blame covid. Other businesses are functioning.

The rudest customer service ever experienced. Order a part on July 30, 2020 and have not received anything. This includes no email response for order status. I was placed on hold twice when I called and they never came back. Called a third time (these are all separate days) and requested the order to be cancelled. The service person became rude and in a loud voice said, your order is cancelled. They may have the lowest prices but their customer service is even lower.
Same as many other reviews, dont order from this place if you want your part in any reasonable time frame. Website misleads customers into thinking parts are in stock when in reality its going to be at LEAST a week or two before you get them if they are ordered from our warehouse. Even after the part was in their possession and I was told it would ship that day, USPS has still not received it.
I hope this isn’t normal for them, but I ordered a part JUNE 9th. Website first stated shipment within 3 to 5 business days, then it changed to 7 to 10 business days. But after 6 weeks or 28 business days, still no shipping update. I called and emailed them multiple times for updates, but was told it’s all Covid19’s fault. So, I canceled my order and went to Amazon for same part for $30 more, but it shipped the next day and I will have it in 5 days or sooner. SEPW needs to communicate to the buyer of the delays. When signed into their site, my status NEVER changed in 6 weeks,“Waiting Fulfillment”
Also is the Hardware store.The isles where very thin and there was so much packed in there it was a little hard to find what you were there for
Jerry was great! I placed an order online on Sunday and was called Monday morning to discuss the shipping options. Since I had ordered a mower deck, Jerry explained the difference options and checked into UPS and DHL for me. I ended up just sending my Brother-in-Law to pick it up. They quickly refunded the shipping that I had paid and worked out a time for him to pick up my order. I hope I do not need any other parts too soon, but if I do, they will be my first stop. I needed a replacement tire for a toro lawnmower. On a Monday, I saw on Ebay the quantity on hand and guaranteed delivery by Thursday . Since it was a supplier within an hour of my location, I called to see if they had walk-in sales. They replied they did but the price would be higher than the website because shipping discount was built ito the sales price (???). So I figured I would save the time and order online. It is now Thursday night after 5pm and the order still has not been fulfilled yet. I go back on Ebay and it shows guaranteed delivery by Monday. I guess this business only cares about its Ebay rating and not general customer service.
Placed an order on May 4th for a replacement power washer pump. With the covid19 pandemic, figured a week or two for delivery. Messaged them on May 20th to check status. No response. Called on May 22nd and was told it was due in first of the week. Messaged again on May 28th, no response. Called May 29th and was told part is on back order and that they would find out back order status and contact me Monday. No call! Tuesday June 2nd, received an email stating order has been canceled and a refund is being issued. Being a business owner myself, customer service is a priority! You, my friends, have failed.
Looking at the past reviews of this place it seems that something bad has happened there, very bad. I put in an order for a few smaller replacement parts for my lawn tractor and a wheel on the 7th of May. I figured with this virus panic that maybe it would take a bit longer to ship than the 1 to 3 days stated on their shipping page and on my receipt. I sent them a message on the 11th stating that with this pandemic that I would expect it would take some extra time and would they please let me know of any delays. I again messaged them on the 12th, 14th, and 15th without any sort of reply. My message on the 14th mentioned that on their website it stated shipping in 1 to 3 days or they would contact you about the order, The morning of the 15th they changed their shipping policy to show delays in shipping over the pandemic!I did not contact them again until the 20th when I filed a claim against them with PayPal. That afternoon I got a message from them apologizing for the delay and asking if they should ship my partial order as the wheel is on backorder, I answered them within 45 minutes telling them YES please ship my parts.Messaged them twice again only to be ignored for 2 more days until Friday when I get an e mail stating that they are cancelling my order!!!!! 15 days wasted waiting for them to just screw me.Spend your money as you wish but this is the absolute worst business transaction I have ever been part of, I am 59 years old.Ordered the exact same stuff from another reputable supplier on Friday the 22nd, Memorial Day weekend, and they say because of the Holiday my order may not arrive til Thursday. THAT is customer service.
Great selection of parts are reasonable prices. Shipping is kind of slow if you order online. It took 6 days to receive my last order from them.
