This Place is really awesome. The one negative thing if your are into collecting vinyl records is that exclusive puts their price stickers right on the covers of records you buy which you have to try and peel off after you buy it which while you are peeling the sticker off the color of the record sleeve comes off with it. It makes it very difficult if you are wanting to have a very nice sleeve with your record. Other than that great place. It’s also nice to be able to shop in a place that doesn’t require face masks.

I love it there, now I even got my daughter coming there.

Fabulous finds at great prices, helpful staff with funny throwback lingo. Groovy, swell, lol. Found a great throwback record from my youth. Haven’t been into one of there stores in quite some time but reminded me have to go more often.

They have a great selection of music for everyone. Affordable used equipment and new, so everyone can enjoy the gift of music! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Im 53, my boyfriend is 60, total music fanatic. I finally introduced him to the store on downtown West Bend today, his eyes went kinda glossy. The selection of old/new genre cds blew his mind. His eyes got glossy and I couldnt break his music spell. Every genre, decades, artists, formats, ALL here, plus used equipment.

Huge selection. Good if you like to browse for music, lots of other items also.

Many hard to find CDs and vinyl. Used dvds in good condition. $2 each or 5 for $10. Used stereo equipment also.

I shop there on and off when I have money to do so. The manager is a hoot and the lady who is almost always there is super nice and patient. Ive seen her do her best trying to find songs from people attempting to sing said song very poorly. XD The stuff there is very interesting and they have a very large selection usually. The music they play is very different depending on the day. Will they be playing oldies? rock? English? Techno? Never know! But I found alot of neat new music to listen to

Neither of the employees were wearing masks, and when confronted about it, gave an incredibly backhanded remark. Pandemic or not, I will not be coming back.

Ive been going here since my early 20s, they always have great, rare, hard to find stuff and a huge, great selection of stuff. The staff are all also cool people. Highly recommend!

We have always loved Exclusive Company (say it with me) . We recently visited since we have been increasing our album collection and it is always so fun to browse and see what we can find. The staff was incredible and told us back story that he knew of a record he just put out. It was so interesting to hear and he was also extremely helpful! We went home and had a proper dance party to fun records that were in perfect shape and thankful special collectors family passed them on so others could enjoy! Success! We will be back!

I absolutely love this place. I have been going here ever since I was a little kid. Today I happened to have my malfunctioned record player in my truck and the employee told me to bring it in real quick. He managed to fix it for me and didnt charge anything for it. He taught me a few things about my player and we talked about vinyls for awhile. He helped me exchange some old stuff for some new stuff. It was towards the end of the might and not a complaint. This place is the best, and one of the very few amazing record stores around. BUY YOUR MUSIC AND MOVIE NEEDS HERE. I am so grateful they are still here!

Hmm good store, but the new owner doesnt have good customer service skills. We stood at the register with $40 worth of stuff, and were completely ignored, while he talked to some kid about a job. All he had to do was acknowledge us & we would have waited longer.

Love this place, I frequently stop to get new vinyl and CDs for my collection. But, I really dislike the customer service, especially the woman who often works during the day. I have had a few instances where she was very rude when I asked for assistance locating an item.

Found what I was looking for for at a reasonable price and not like Family Video where I felt like I was dealing with a 12 year old child who was indifferent to my needs. EXCLUSIVE will continue to get my business as long as they are around. Thanks a lot for guys for your awesomeness!!!

The woman who is behind the counter (who is always there when I happen to go in) makes the visit very uncomfortable. She stares at you with hate filled eyes and the way she talks and acts screams can you just leave the store already?. Unfortunately this location is the closest to me so I suffer through her complete disregard for humanity so I can get my cds.

Condition is always something to check before you buy used items. FYI, they will buy any vinyl record from you for a quarter, even if it is a rare $200 one, and then mark it up to $250 bucks. Buyer beware!

Came into the store with my fiance, the associate didnt welcome us or look up from behind the counter. Whenever a customer came up to ask for help, she loudly huffed and made it very obvious that it was an inconvenience that she had to get up from her adult coloring book (which she was coloring throughout the whole time we were there and scrolling on her phone) when a customer asked for help to find something, shed stand up point down an aisle and said look under this letter or preowned is above. Very rude. My fiance also saw a few illegal bootleg copies of CDs

They have records, CDs, DVDs, music memorabilia and stereo equipment. Like the old-fashioned record stores that used to be everywhere. Have used stuff too for really cheap prices.

Amazing little Music Store. I can not say enough good things about this place. From their massive selection of Music CDs, Vinyls, and Movies. To their quirky unique gifts, memorabilia, and Posters.To Toys, Incense, heck even a broad selection of Speakers and Music Decks. They really got it All. The snall Staff is very Informed, and willing to answer any questions you might have. The Enviroment in the store will certainly keep you in there longer than you intended lol.Extra bonus is, if they dont have something youre looking for, odds are they can order it to the store for ya. Definetly a local business worth supporting.

One of the last of the great independent record stores, and the best, by far. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Much, much better at music than Walmart, Best Buy, Shopko, Target, or anyone else in the area. May Exclusive Company last forever.

When I was talking too the owner about a band he was more interested in counting his money he would not look at me in conversation then other people came then he would talk to them instead he’s rude I will not be coming back again i’ll buy my music from iTunes it’s cheaper than going to some CD shop
