I am consistently satisfied with the service that I receive at the Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. Unfortunately last week I experienced a fat tire on my GLC 300 and didn’t feel comfortable driving my vehicle there. So MB arranged the tow truck and my tire was replaced expeditiously within 2 hours of arrival. The service manager and service advisor both kept me informed about the progress of the repair and were very helpful about answering other questions that I had. Honestly I would recommend this service department as one of the best that I have dealt with in many years. The staff are prompt, professional and courteous.

The team at Mercedes Benz Caldwell was exceptional! I love almost 100 miles away from this dealership. While traveling for work I experienced a flat tire - the dealership was only 5 miles away and thanks to run-flat tires I pulled into the dealership without incident. The team immediately greeted me and got to work getting a new tire on my vehicle. I purchased insurance for the tires when I bought the car and advised the team at Caldwell. Within no time they replaced the tire, confirmed coverage from the insurance carrier and washed and vacuumed my car. The were exceptional! Thank you all for turning what was a disaster into a positive experience - I was even able to still my my work meeting.

I followed the service writer and bought a new car there because of his excellent service. Steve Eilert is undoubtedly the best in the business. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Most of all he makes everyone feel special. I have sent relatives there also who have purchased and serviced cars there.

I brought my C class Mercedes for a scheduled maintenance appointment. The service department is excellent; my car was finished within a few hours and I was provided with a NEW, loaner car. Jake, the Service Manager, is delightful as is Blanca, another Service Manager at this location.

Good and friendly service done in a timely manner. I had a problem with my collision warning system on my E350, it gave me erroneous warnings, this turned out to be caused by an excessive amount of gravel that had been caught by the rear bumper (very likely gravel from winter road salting). Caldwell Mercedes diagnosed and cleared the problem without charging me, which I appreciate. This issue would have been covered by warranty if the sensor had been at fault. I am not sure if this gravel issue is a design issue or my responsibility, I will keep an eye on it in the future. I do have to mention that this issue was being diagnosed while the car was in the shop for a 60,000 mile service, a service that costs $1300 (it is a Mercedes after all, what do you expect). Oh, and Mercedes Caldwell did supply me with a loaner (new GLC 300) at no charge, this gave me a chance to check out a GLC, might be a nice replacement for my wife’s RAV4.

Service was exceptional as usual. My check engine light came on the day before and I was worried. I called Franca, my representative, and got an early appointment at my convenience for the next day Thursday. I came in early in the morning after work and wanted to wait for the services but it would take longer than I expected. I was made aware of this about an hour after waiting, so I opted not to wait and a loner car was provided for me even though I had not previously requested one.I was kept aware of the progress throughout the day by Franca. She texted me that I needed additionally 2 wheels changed with alignment, since I had done 2 in the last maintenance service. I agreed to go ahead and change them.My car was ready close to the close of business the next day so I was unable to pick up then. On Saturday Franca texted me a reminder and I responded that I may have to pick up my car on Monday morning instead, since I lived in Brooklyn NY and would have to get up at 2pm, in order to get my car before my overnight shift. Franca immediately called me back and offered to have my car brought to me instead. She insisted it would not be safe to stay up for so many hours ( I work a 12 hr night shift). Within the hour I got a call that my car was outside my house. Needless to say, I was very happy! It meant I could sleep uninterrupted before work. I have not taken my car to any other dealer for servicing, and will never do so. This dealership is like family to me and treats me as such. Thanks to you Franca and the rest of the team! You are all awesome!!
