This center is by far the best EWC I have been too. Staff at the front desk was friendly, and I even saw one of them cleaning and sanitizing, which made me feel safe during these rough times. The wax specialist who I saw was very informative and made me feel super comfortable, since I have not been in for months. I 100% RECOMMEND, super friendly and clean environment.

Jess and Elba are both great at what they do. They are quick, painless, efficient, clean and super friendly. Everyone at the front desk were also very helpful when asking about their products! Thank you for your great services

Out of all the EWC I have been to this one is by far my fav! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the extra precautions they are taking during these times. Anytime Im there I know I am in good hands. 10/10

Best managed location ive been to. all staff are highly trained and they are immaculate. after going to other locations i will only go to this one. they are taking covid precautions seriously. they also fill in my brows for free when i get my eyebrows done.

I had the perfect experience at this center. i made a appointment on line, and they called me to confirm that i was new to the center and verified the services. im glad they did because i booked a brazilian when i wanted a bikini line. they took my temperature at the front door and everyone had masks on. the technician was kind and gentle and she made me feel comfortable. Im thinking of trying my lower leg at this center

I’ve gone here multiple times and always see Nikki. She is the absolute best! A total God send. But even when I can’t see her, I trust everybody else here. They all truly care to make you look your best. Very professional! Never have to be concerned about cleanliness. Highly recommend!!

I arrived at my visit as scheduled and was told for the first time that my I was unable to bring my child, who was well behaved and in a mask, as per their policy. I was never once told about this when I made my reservation, nor is such a policy posted.I contacted another European Wax Center that confirmed that no such corporate policy exists, nor was that the policy of their center.The West Caldwell location has lost a customer and I would encourage any customers with children to strongly consider another location.

I’ve been going to marina for years, she’s the absolute best! This place would get 5 stars but some of the receptionists they had come through there were really bad at their jobs. It’s not all their fault, the system they use by corporate is always crashing or what not. Just last time I was serviced they tried telling me I didn’t show for my appointment and I don’t have any upcoming appointments. I never no showed and I always pre book, so just be weary and make sure you save receipts and write down the next appointment right away!

I have been coming here for a few years and have always had such a great experience. The girls at reception are always welcoming and professional. My first appointment was with Kayley and I have been going to her ever since. She is wonderful! She is so friendly and caring, she makes the whole experience very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been going to EWC in West Caldwell for years and I’ve always went to Briana. She is so warm and friendly and always makes you feel comfortable no matter what service you’re getting! I’ve gotten everything done from eyebrows to a Brazilian and she always does a flawless job. I have never had any complaints and am always so happy with the way I look after! People are always complimenting me on my eyebrows and their shape and I always make sure I recommend her! She’s the best!

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I love it! It’s always very clean and the front staff is friendly. My waxer, Kathy, is amazing!!!! Even though there are other locations closer to where I live, I’m willing to make the drive because of Kathy. She’s very professional and makes my eyebrows look fabulous! She recommends the best products as well!

My favorite European Wax center that I have been too. From when you walk in, the receptionist treat you like royalty. Very kind, personable, attentive needs and welcoming. My waxer is the best. Very neat and provides the most comfort, she able to have conversations, which makes the experience even better. I’ve been to so many locations and it’s finally great to say I’ve found a keeper.

I LOVE ELBA!!!! She is so gentle and personable. She talked me through the entire waxing process and made sure I was comfortable through each step. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELBA!!!!

Liv is absolutely the best!!! I’ve had a few girls wax me in the beginning and they do not compare to her, I’ve been going to her for years now. She sweet, makes you feel comfortable and makes sure she gives her 150% when doing her job. I recommend her all the way 1000%.

Morgan has been my waxer for the past three years. Every time I leave her I have more confidence because of the perfection she creates with my eyebrows. There is no one else I would trust with my face.

Everyone is great and professional. Comfortable enviroment. Sometimes hard to get in last minute but the front desk always tries their best to help me.

Not all who work there really now what they are doing so make sure to ask how good is the girl who will wax you. However, service is very clean and organized.

I’ve lived in different states and have went to different european wax centers but this location is specifically my favorite. Not only is the front desk staff extremely helpful but they are friendly at all times, even when I have to move my appointment three times in one day :) i’ve had the pleasure of getting waxed by a few different ladies here who have all been great, but my favorite is Kathy. She is the only person I trust to wax every part of me! Not only is she amazing at waxing but she makes the whole expierence extremely comfortable and pleasant. If you ever stop by this location make sure you ask for Kathy!

Been there twice I went to schedule my third visit and I get a call saying I can no longer use this location without any explanation of why they just said something was brought to the owners attention so I will not be recommending this place to anyone even though the water was great but I was told I can use any other location I like ok really I go there cause its convenient but I guess Ill have to go to another one how rude

I have been a client for a very long time. I have bought many packages at this location. This is the first time that I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the service. They need not do a clean job, I went on vacation and called when I got back to ask them if they can clean up the area that they missed.( a very small area ) They said that they had a 5 day policy I told them I was on vacation and they could not do anything unless I paid for another service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!! There are so many other locations. They need to look at every situation different. They could of asked me to come in so they could see the area that was missed. WEST CALDWELL : ( YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN If anyone reads this please use another location.
