We went to Verizon to switch over from another provider. Thomas at the Caldwell NJ store was great to work with. We got 3 new phones and transferred everything over in just a couple hours. Marylyn was one of the most patient and helpful workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had trouble remembering some passwords and she made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Lance Charles at the West Caldwell location was phenomenal. The service I received from him recently was some of the best customer service ever. He even went to another store for me to pick up the exact item I wanted that same day. He was patient and helpful throughout my transaction which involved switching my service to Verizon, and buying multiple products that needed to be activated and setup that day. I cannot even begin to express how phenomenal Marylyn is. She is not only kind and considerate but her patience is unlike anything I have ever experienced. She had a huge challenge transferring my old phone to my new phone and she did it with a smile on her face even though it probably took her two hours more than she was expecting. She kept in touch with me and kept me updated on how everything was going and she refused to quit until it was done. In addition Marylyn was extremely knowledgeable about my new devices, she was patient helping me set up a variety of aspects on my phone, and she took her time explaining everything to me. 5 stars isn’t enough to properly “rate” Marylyn and my experience - she made what could have been a grueling and annoying process as simple and stress free as possible. Thank god for this store! Purchasing my phone online was a total hassle as I was unable to activate the phone. I called a sales rep who was unable to help and actually locked me out of the account for 24 hours. I immediately went to the West Caldwell location, the sweetest salesperson, Yesenia S. came to the rescue. She was super patient and able to come through for us. My only regret was not purchasing the phone from this store, however I will be fromNow on. Thank you, Yesenia !

Quick service to get a new phone, in and out in about 45 minutes.

Store employee not wearing a mask while he sat at customer service station even though there were customers and other employees in the store. When I asked the female customer service rep that was assisting me why the other employee wasn’t wearing a mask, she dismissed the question. I’m not sure why this is allowed when covid rates are so high in Essex County.

I purchased y iPhone 12 Max today at the Verizon location In Caldwell, NJ. I had a pleasant experience. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and I was out in less than an hour.

This store is great! I went in to get a new phone and it was extremely Important to me that certain pictures and texts transferred over from my old phone after losing a loved one. Manish took the extra time to make sure that everything important was on the new phone and everything was perfect. Cannot say enough great things about this store!

Yesenia helped me find my perfect new phone and all the great accessories I needed to go with it! She was very knowledgeable about the different phones and what would best suit my needs. The only downside was the amount of time it took to transfer all of my data from one phone to the next but that’s no fault on the store! I will definitely be coming back here if I have any further Verizon needs in the future.

Terrible service, I got iPhone mini and Manager overcharge me for $40 I told him this should be the activation fee, instead he charge me for some virtual data transfer fee, which is not real. I called Verizon customer service, they told me they never had such fee and I’ve been told to go back to the store for money back. In the store. Representative told me that manager is not in office and this kind of fees they never charging anymore, but they never gave me my money back. Stay away from this store guys, they robbing people.
