This is a great 24 hour pharmacy. I dont understand some of the negative reviews. The pharmacists, last time it wax Young Chung, have been extremely helpful in letting me know the best way to fill a prescription for the best benefit from my insurance plan. It does get busy at times, so knowing what times are less hectic would be good.

Called about a prescription today and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I was calling about getting a prescription transferred and when I finally got in touch with a human there, they were impatient and did not listen to me attempting to explain my situation. They then realized what I was asking for and said they called the other pharmacy and they were put on hold for 30 minutes and “gave up”. Pretty ironic considering they had done the exact same to me. I called a different CVS and they were able to handle it for me in about 10 minutes. I would not trust this CVS. Go to a different one.

Got my covid shot here. Ran very smoothly. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Arrived 15 min early and had to stay for 15 minutes to check for reactions. I have vasovagal syncope so I had to lay down and they were very accommodating. 10/10 will go back for my second dose 😆 So excited to be fully vaccinated

This is my go to store. The pharmacy staff is fantastic and they recently have done a tremendous job with their front like staff who are so friendly and helpful. Their hire of Sue Heller however has made me never want to go back . Never have I been treated more unprofessionally, had someone tell me what I could see with my own eyes was not true (she scanned my card on my phone and when the coupons on the screen didnt come up she said they must be on a different card- that excuse doesnt work when youre scanning in the phone and its all linked and I swiped for her.) would not override even though there was clearly a system glitch and I showed her the emails, she told me to go outside in the cold and call customer service if I wanted to speak to someone about my issue, I asked if they would be there it was about 8pm and she laughed in my face and said probably not. I asked how we can remedy the system error and she said she couldnt and I asked why she couldnt override as i had experienced MANY times at CVS when something didnt register and she told me she didnt do that. Shes going to ruin to the good reputation of this store.

For years I have loved this store. Virtually everyone who works there is great. I have always had positive experiences at the pharmacy too. But now, in the small front area with five registers, three have been replaced with self-checkouts. Their noise blares throughout the whole store: Please put the item in the bag!... etc. on and on, again and again. It should probably be banned by OSHA. So the district managers have decided to make their customers do work and reduce interaction with real people. Of course the line is slower as a result; almost everyone needs help with the machine as it blares at them and everyone else within 50 feet. So the employees have to keep coming around to help. Eventually we will no doubt all be trained by the corporate bigwigs to give in to their heavy-handed strategy to reduce employees by transferring more of the labor to customers. Its so terrible that I am leaving, transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens or a small pharmacy nearby that still cares about human-to-human interaction. Resist this robotization trend; urge state lawmakers to ban it!

They have all your pharmacy needs 24 hours a day. Great snack options. The staff was very helpful (think the mans name was Josh). Some good gift options. All in all a good place

Pharmacy is very disorganized and slow. No sense of urgency regardless of how time sensitive the medication is. Dont bother calling, they will never answer the phone. Really beyond ridiculous. They make you wait in line to take your name. Then back at the end of the line again only to verify your prescription and tell you its not ready and to go wait for them to call your name. Then once they finally do ( said 15 minutes not even close) they dangle the medication in front of you only to tell you......yes go wait in the line yet again to actually get it. Big joke.

I dont use the pharmacy prescription section of this store, but I do regularly use the remainder, especially for sales. I also purchase my vitamins here. They frequently have buy one get one free options on them. Nice selection of seasonal/ holiday gifts and decorations.

Pharmacy review: I came in at 8pm on a Saturday after going to the neighboring urgent care and needing flu meds. I gave them my coupon and sat in the waiting area as instructed and watched them check out 40 people in line before they filled and packaged my perscription. I waited 53 minutes for the script, I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service. The manager is very unprofessional along with her staff at the registers. There was a girl in the beauty dept though that was extremely kind and helpful. They need more employees like her.

This place is very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. It takes so long to check out, they are very understaffed and the bathrooms are terrible. The managers also seem to be ignoring their employees, when they are needed. The pharmacy is even worse because a certain older pharmacist who works back there is very rude and she never helps. The front store employees and the beauty consultant are very kind which is why I give the one star but everything else is a complete mess, from expired milk I almost bought to very nasty bathrooms with no soap or toilet paper. Makes you question is the pharmacy is clean? I suggest another cvs

Terrible pharmacy experience ever!! Been customer for 20yrs of this CVS store..but today This girl Deviya who works at the pharmacy department is just rude!! Incompetent!! Trying to be so quick and fast with no consideration!! When I told her to slow down..she said do not tell me what to do!! Wow!! Great customer service lady!! You are not going to go far with your attitude!! Shocking just shoking!! I work in the healthcare and if this is one of my staff member..I will get rid of her quickly!! Mr Wolf the manager..time to evaluate your staff!! And do something..you are about to lose your customers..

Most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Do not fill your prescriptions here!I once had to wait an extra 20 minutes to to pick up my prescription because they misplaced my prescription in the pharmacy, and could not refill it until it was located. On another occasion, they cancelled my prescription because they called another customers doctors office for my authorization, delaying my prescription 2 days. They also routinely send my billing to the wrong insurance company despite me updating this information every time I drop off a prescription. Dont waste your time here, go to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Consistently giving advise rather then doing her job. Went there for tylenol and her response was its regular over the counter i told her i want the tylenol covered by the insurance. She kept insisting of me buying it when its covered by the insurance. Smh !!! Other than that everyone else are very welcoming and helpful.

Theres mice in every aisle willing to help you, the employees there are very awkward and looked like zombies, the managers feet smells like whale toes, the toilet has streak marks all in it and its clogged most of the time, they still sell Halloween candy even though its already spring, the cashier forever running to the bathroom, photo machine always broken, and the cash point has rats sitting by the register saying hello
