I have been waiting over a month for a TV stand from this supplier. They listed it in stock and conveniently had no problem taking my money. After sometime I emailed them and they said the part was on back order. They offered no partial refund. We are going on almost 2 months now and they have stopped replying to my emails. My next step is to call the BBB and or the NJ state district attorney for East Caldwell NJ. I dont recommend buying anything from this company. COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

They will take your money immediately, never send your product and ghost you on communication. Ordered a part that was in stock with 3-5 day shipping. After waiting 2 weeks for it. I sent an email and tried to call. After 30 minutes of being on the phone waiting to talk to someone, I opted for the call back option for them to call me when it was my turn. It has been two weeks and I have not received an email back or a call. Product still shows as in stock to this day. I have filed against them to get my money back. Do not trust this company.

I would give zero stars if possible, I never received my order I try calling never got through, lack of customer service. Ive sent several emails trying to get an answer they said part was out of stock and will take 7 - 14 days depending on manufacture, but they never offered or ask if I would like a refund they just kept my money. If part is out of stock well I expect you take it out of your website. Its been about 20 business days and still dont get a tracking number for the part, nor a phone call nor email nor a refund.

I would give zero stars if I could for the brush roller and lack of customer service. The agent I spoke to today said that Charles left me two voice mails, but there are none on my phone. All that I am asking for is to replace the brush roller that I paid for that lasted for just a few uses. It is beginning to look like anything Samsung is really throw away. I have seen this with their washers and now it is beginning to look like their vacuums also.

Ordered a stove part online that was not in stock, approx. wait time up to 4 weeks, next day this found this part in stock elsewhere and decided to cancel the order. They cancelled the order on the phone no problem and I thought that was that. Not so, they charged my credit card on file two weeks later and mailed the part to me. Called them to enquire and was told they had no record of me cancelling the order, but after 30 min phone call decided to take the part back. Refund was list -30% plus my cost of shipping so their mistake cost me $76CDN.

She went above and beyond - so that when I learned the part I needed was no longer available, she searched on Amazon for me and found the part. I wish every customer service department had an Alize!

I have to now wait for my parts once again, pay for the parts AGAIN, as well as no expedited shipping. Customer Service has a snotty attitude and don’t care about the inconvenience. Ordered a part, took a month to get it. Wrong part wouldn’t accept it back. Ordered the right part, sent me the wrong part and said it was “an alternative part”. Failed to provide the “alternative oven” that this part would work with. Told me they would send me a new part within a week.... 5 weeks later I’m still here with no part no update and no oven. Successfully getting me through Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas, tentatively New Years and likely Valentine’s Day with a free out for hosting.

I gave up on finding some stuff for my TV and Entertainment system but I did a quick search not expecting much and they had almost everything I was looking for. You can find some of their stuff other places but they have a great service model that makes them preferable over other retailers.

I’ve called J & J three times and the customer service is excellent and not pushy in the least. I was on the phone with a representative for 30 minutes or so, and she never once seemed impatient. I was able to get the cellphone accessories I needed (because I didn’t want to search on line, really), and about two weeks later I got a microwave tray of all things!

Horrible experience. I called them and wanted to order a part for my dishwasher. After reassuring me that the part has 4 cables which I needed i received one with 3 cables (wrong part). This is after I asked them multiple times to check on the part before I purchased it and it was shipped.Customer service is horrible.After I inquired about wrong part this company (J&J International) had enough nerves to tell me to take pics of my original part and the part they sent me (treated me as if I was lying to them about receiving wrong part). Gave me the wrong information about a product and wrong technical support. When I received the product, it was the wrong item for my LED TV. When I called to return the merchandise, they gave me the round around after actually waiting 25 minutes for a response. After finally getting response, I had to explain in the hard sell why the item didnt work. The manager, while giving me the information to return the item, hanged the phone on me. Called again and had me in the phone waiting, waiting, waiting. Never answered. Are they in The Better Business Bureaus Report? Giving me the round around in order to not refund me for their wrong TV part. Got my money for nothing. I am still struggling to get though to speak with customer service. Already an hour wait.Interesting that when it comes to the sales part they answer very quickly. Would never buy from them ever again.

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM J & J INTERNATIONALProbably the worst customer support Ive ever experienced. I called to get advice on the exact part I needed for my Samsung fridge. They recommended a part which turned out to be incorrect. After 2 phone calls (where they directed me back to Samsung and Samsung back to them) and 8 emails I have no resolution. I took picture of the old part and the new one to show them exactly what I needed and still no resolution. They asked me to email them these photos and when I followed up via email they told me to call them because it could not be resolved via email? When I called they again told me to call Samsung. I have decided to cut my losses and order the part elsewhere.

I ordered 2 new door racks for my Samsung refrigerator. When I received the package. One of the racks were already broken. I called costumer service and they blamed UPS for the problem even after I told them that the box was in perfect condition and the broken piece wasnt even in the box. Which means it was already broken before they packed it. After a week of waiting for them to figure out what they said was a claim with UPS. They are telling me that there is nothing they can do and still blaming UPS.I swear this is the worse service ever. All I wanted is for them to fix what they made wrong and they didnt do anything to help fix this issue. I dont recommend this company to anyone. Digital cameras may be going out of style a little bit since everyone has smartphones now, but I’ve visited the J&J website on numerous occasions to pick up accessories for ones from my youth. There’s something to be said about a good digital camera, and this website has a lot of accessories to choose from if you start searching by model number. Gave them the part number from sticker on washer. Was told that wasnt a part number. So gave them model & serial number. Charged almost as much to ship as part cost yet took almost 2 weeks to receive what was if course the WRONG part. They were rude & argumentative. Said I had to prove it was wrong so I sent pictures to show it wasnt even close. Finally got a return label. They then told me they found the correct part but could not do a simple exchange. So a $10 part would end up costing around $35 by the time I pay all the inflated shipping. All this over something that probably doesnt even cost them a dollar. S piece of plastic made in Korea. Whole experience was extremely frustrating. I have not received my refund & expect that will be just as difficult. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here for your parts. Wish I could give them a zero.

Ordered a part from them, I received it in a timely manner but it was the wrong part. I called them to look into getting the correct part and return the wrong one, they gave me a return number and I sent it back. Didnt hear back from them about the return. Called them 3 weeks after they should have received the return, they said they would not refund me the money I spent for them to send me the wrong part because it was damaged (which it wasnt when it was delivered to me or when I shipped it back to them) and to contact the USPS. The USPS says they require a photo of the damage to item and package, or the item and packaging itself. I asked J & J if they still had the damaged item or took pictures of it for proof or got notes of the particular damage noted, they said no and still wont work with me on refunding my money or sending me the correct part. I will NEVER order from them again.

I don’t believe it’s possible to more fed up with a customer service department. I spent 8 weeks now trying to order the correct parts and I keep getting sent the wrong parts. To start, 8 weeks ago, I called and tried to order an ice maker along with the hardware to mount it, and a new auger motor. I was sent an ice maker 5 weeks later and when my refrigerator repair guy came to do the repair, the box was missing all mounting hardware and the auger motor was missing as well. The work order only listed “ice maker assembly” (which the lady I spoke with in sales assured me it would have everything I asked for). I called back (after paying the repair guy $50 to tell me I didn’t have the parts needed) and asked for the mounting hardware and auger motor. The lady asked me twice if I was trying to buy an “ice tray” which I replied no both times. Lo and behold when I opened the box she sent, I now had another ice tray which I didn’t need and had spent 8 weeks wasting time and money. At this point I was beyond frustrated and called to return all the items purchased and just told my refrigerator repair guy to go ahead and order whatever he needed and I would pay them instead. I called J & J and told them I wanted to return the parts and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and got disconnected. Did she call me back? No. I had to call back and was on hold for 22 minutes and all of a sudden, a message listed my call back number and said they would call me back. 45 minutes went by and then my phone rang once and hung up before I could even answer it, no voicemail or anything. I decided to wait a day so I wouldn’t be angry and tried my luck again. After waiting on hold for 12 minutes, I spoke with a person in the returns department and wasn’t getting very far so I requested to speak with a manager. I was then placed on hold for another 20 minutes and finally got connected to a supervisor. I spoke with her for a few minutes and explained my situation. She told me it was very likely that not only would I not be refunded the $53 for shipping but I would also be out of pocket for the return shipping as well. She then said she would listen to the calls and call me back. An hour went by so then I decided to use the chat option on their website and they referred me to the same 800 number I’ve been calling. 2 hours later I still haven’t received a call. I find it hard to believe Samsung is aware of how unprofessional and unreliable J & J International is.**I will update this when she calls back**

I order a simple part for my refrigerator door part cost $17.56 shipping $15.68 =$36.13 ..Then I was sent wrong part. I called stayed on phone 30 min. When I spoke to first person they ask me to email parts sent and parts ordered. I was then transferred to the return department who after seeing the mistake they had made wanted to charge me again for the same part I ordered to start with. I explain that’s not how returns work when the shipper sends wrong parts to start with. 7 days later after making 2 more phone calls I received a email return label. I sent back that day 3 weeks later I get a email saying my part is being shipped and they charging my card. I called immediately and spoke to a representative who ask a manager about the transaction.. She came back and said they where sorry and glad I caught the mistake and I would not be charged .. I received the part and yes it was the correct one this time.. Great!! I check my card account and guess what???? J&J CHARGED My ACCOUNT AGAIN.. Turned this over to my CC as to be disputed. These reviews do not surprise me at all!!! Horribly rude. And Im from New Jersey too!! Called Samsung to order a part. They could not locate the part and they transferred me to J and J international. I spoke with a representative and she found the part immediately for $7. I asked for 3 parts. I figured $21 plus shipping and handling fee, right? Sure, except shipping and handling was $20!! I asked the representative why shipping cost so much and she transferred me to someone else without an answer. Hold, hold, hold. This second person also found my part and told me the same thing the other lady said. She told me the part was an odd shape, this is why shipping cost so much. She stated the part was 39 by 20 by 8. My part is 20 long by 3 tall by 1 wide! We later found out their dimensions were wrong and unwilling to recalculate proper shipping. She said no. Whatever. I said I cannot justify the shipping cost and she hung up. Very rude. Stay away!

I wish there were a zero star option. Never have I had such shockingly poor customer service. I placed an order and was told 7-10 business days. 15 days later still no order. In the meantime I called 9 times, trying to make an adjustment on the order. All 9 times I waited on hold for 30 minutes, at which point the phone system disconnected the call each time, promising a call back, which never happened. I also tried to get to them via the online chat option offered on their website. I was told I was 5th in line and that the wait would be 30 minutes. 9.5 hours later, after Id given up, someone finally answered. I also sent in two emails, which went unanswered. On my 10th phone call I was shocked when someone answered the phone. She told me they could change the order but that it wouldnt ship that day, as it was supposedly set to do, and that it would delay the order another week. When I asked to talk to a manager, he wasnt around but she assured me hed call back. I told her i didnt believe that would happen and that instead I would just instead no longer do business with the company. The manager miraculously walked in the room at that point and took my call. The search function on this site is great, once you get used to it. Like it says on the product pages, “The model code is usually found: on the back of the receiver.” That’s if you’re looking for an item such as a home theater. Other model codes are found on the bottom, side, or back, such as on a digital camcorder. I like the do-it-yourself know-how that the J & J International website offers.

I had a situation with them where I made an order and a week later I got a box with stuff I didn’t order. Well they called me the same day and explained they made a mistake. Be sure to check out the “On Sale List” when you go to the website—lots of the stuff is available for a song. And there’s a multitude of it, like 10 pages worth of products. Granted, it’s very specific items, but that’s the beauty of them. The other day I got to page 8 and found exactly what I was looking for: a replacement projector lamp for $130 that arrived safely on my porch at a reasonable shipping rate.
