Lourdes at the West Caldwell facility was wonderful - very friendly, thorough and explained everything clearly. She made the process easy and a pleasure. The facility is very clean and has convenient office hours. I was able to purchase several useful packing supplies as well.

Roof is an absolute disgrace why are you having an storage facility in West caldwell.
