Old guy is rude always. Never greets back. Others are too casual and act like they don’t care.

The guy was rude and closed the register before official end time. Also was not ready to help. Me and behind me 2 customers has to go backwill never go back to this location

The man at the register is so rude and condescending. No greetings, just order you what to do. Left the store feeling mistreated and nasty. He should never be in a customer service industry, maybe he should never work with people face to face.

The young man there was nice and willing to explain. But the other day, the old man there never responded to my questions at all. Not just rude but also wanted to kick you out.

Been trying to call for a week. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is invalid.

Store Can only scan items within a certain timeframe. How can you scan something at noon but not at 5? This is not listed as a rule on the site, So you dont know this until you are there. 3 customers before me were turned away for various reasons. Terrible business skills. And on 2 occasions I was denied a transaction due to broken equipment. I Dont know how they stay in business. I wish there was a negative star rating.

Store is awesome. Andrew the Day time manager went above and beyond to help me sort out a issue with the package address after I sent it. And he did it after hours and without hesitation. Customer service is 100.

LOL the reviews are real, this place is the worst. Theres a weird sign on the door about only scanning Amazon packages between certain times. So I politely ask as soon as I walk in and he does not answer me, he motions to put the package on the counter, scans the barcode and hands me a receipt. Bafflingly rude encounter. Did the job, but I would never go back to this store.

Called 5+ times today to ask a question about a package I dropped off yesterday but they never picked up... Not once!

Really good service and quick aswell. I feel bad for the only staff their that seems to know what he is doing. He had to help multiple people because his boss did not seem to know what he was doing or saying. but that being said it was a good experience

Service is quick and friendly all the time.

Incompotence is an understatement. The one employee who knows what hes doing is cannot hold up against the desire of the rest of the staff to stand about impotently rather than do their jobs. There is no such thing as an in and out drop off here. Ability to communicate in English is questionable at best.

Was waiting 15 min to drop off one small package... Very unhappy... No one even ask anything...

Use their services weekly. Never had an issue and the staff are always accommodating and quick!

Horrible personnel. I brought a big box from car seat in and a guy fussed asking if this is from the business and I said no it is from household! None of your business what I bring in. Very unprofessional making judgement of my packages! Will use another location next time!

My expectations are low, and this place meets them.

Came in during my break at work to drop off a package for my girlfriend. The dude working here was patient as I had to call her up and get some info for him. In and out in 5 minutes

Rudest staff imaginable, without fail, every time. Web site shows store being open until 7 PM for pick up nightly. The sign on the door reads 6:30, the owner does not care, and locks his shop a half hour before UPS says he should close. TERRIBLE!

This store Lost one of my items that I paid to have them pack and ship and refused to accept responsibility because I couldnt produce the shipping box. How could I produce the box if they were sending it to va? Asked for workers name to file a complaint and he refused. Rude help and very very bad customer service
