Just used Colonial for the first time, and have nothing but positively wonderful things to say about them. These guys know what theyre doing! Easy to work with; reasonable rates; reasonable turn-around time; totally professional. Can be trusted with valuable antique items in need of restoration, etc. 100% satisfied and highly recommend.
This shop is great. I have brought several brass clock cases to them over the years for polishing/lacquering. I’m about to drop another off this week and was inspired to leave a review. The prices are reasonable, the turnover is quick and the work is impeccable. It is great to have a quality metal shop available in the Chester County area for fine metal pieces and antiques. Highly recommended.
I like to refer to the two men who restored our circa 1850 store ceiling lamp as West Chesters answer to Klick and Klack. They did a WONDERFUL job on the lamp and were entertaining as well. I believe they really know what theyre doing. I wish I had known about them months ago!
