Staff is very knowledgeable on available supplies and crafting options. Last visit I had a 4x6 picture I needed to crop down to 4x4 that I was able to find a frame for without going custom with assistance, and it was incredibly easy to find the other supplies I was looking for. Wish they had something to laminate pictures though

Great craft store! Very well organized, and maintained. Large kids section with the best selection of Mellisa&Doug sets ever. Beats their competition hands down.

They have great art supplies and great deals. The rewards program is convenient and easy to sign up for. I think the points might expire (but I cant confirm this), though you shouldnt have trouble spending them!

This store, West Chester,PA, seems smaller than others. It is very clean and neat. I usually go to the Downingtown one because it is closer, but needed to see if they had the yarn I needed. None of the stores I go to are dirty but this one and Audubon one are a bit more organized. I have a love hate relationship with this store. Love everything hate the money I spend. If you are a crafter all stores in this chain are good.

They have most everything you need for amateur crafting. A lot is Chinese dollar store quality. Im not a big fan of thier mark it up to mark it down price strategy. I wouldnt shop here without thier coupons or you pay twice as much as you have to. Just sayin.
