We are an antique auction house in Chester County, PA in business for almost 35 years. We hired Media Rooms to replace existing video equipment (screen and projector) with an updated commercial HDTV and to supplement our existing audio system. The equipment suggested by Media Rooms was feature-rich but user-friendly.In the spring, we began consulting with local AV consultants, and felt that Media Rooms best understood our industry as theyd worked with another auction house in Philadelphia. From our first meeting in May until final installation in August the interaction with Media Rooms was easy, professional, and informative.A few days before the agreed-upon installation date, Media Rooms came to our auction house to take more precise measurements to aid in the process. The space available for installation was not cookie-cutter by any means. The display screen needed to be corner-angled above our auctioneers podium. In addition, there is minimal floor space and a set of stairs to contend with. Media Rooms made the process look easy and constructed a custom scaffolding in order to have the platform they needed to complete the project. After the scaffolding, custom-made angled brackets were installed for the purpose of attaching the wall mount bracket. Finally, the display screen, conferencing accessories, and audio were connected.Throughout the process Media Rooms impressed us with their preparation work and attention to detail. In addition, they were responsive to our needs and inquiries. We started our fall 2018 auction season with customer and colleague compliments about the new AV system. Were looking forward to many more auctions with the new AV system and making use of its advanced features.

Wow. What a difference a year makes.Last year I had Media Rooms Inc work on my home theater, and I was really impressed with the work they did. Im continually grinning ear to ear whenever I watch a movie!Joe was a superb installer, even coming over on a weekend around the holidays to finish things up. He was really informative, and patient with all my questions. He also provided a very thorough demo on everything that was done.Im quite the stickler and of course the quality of the image and sound was great, but I was also extremely pleased with his cable management as well!Im all set with a 7.1 system (speakers are Paradigm and quite excellent!), and ready for Atmos when I upgrade my receiver.While they are a soup to nuts type shop, they were also very willing to work with my existing receiver and projector that I brought with me from my old house.Ill 100% use them when I upgrade everything to Atmos and 4k in the future. An absolutely top notch job from start to finish, and also great to work with from a communication perspective too! Cant say enough good things about these folks.

Rob and his crew at Media Rooms, Inc. did a phenomenal job designing, fabricating and installing the perfect media room in our basement. The room was challenging due to some issues related to dimensions and access to other rooms in the basement. The design worked out perfect and gave us an elevated platform with theater seating for 12 which is more than I could have possibly hoped for in that space. The quality of the carpentry and the materials that were used was top notch. Communication during the project was great. We could not have been happier with the results and we use our media room nearly every day.

We are beyond thrilled with the home theater media rooms built for us!! They also provided excellent advice on internet, WiFi, and TV selections!!

Tremendous work and results.Detailed pre-proposal assessment, much hands on time during planning, fluid implementation, good communication. (We did get proposals from 3 other vendors, including a national electronics vendor with specialized computer and audio sub-departments. None were as good as this.)Best of all - follow through. Every detail was discussed and addressed. Most had great solutions, some didnt. But we absolutely enjoyed our experience and the final product. I would give them SIX stars if it were possible.

This is the third company I have worked with, and the only one I would work with again. They are knowlegeable, professional, and personable. They do exactly what they say they will do, and when they say they will. Excellent costumer service- any issues, concerns, questions I had, they immediately addressed it, even if it meant they had to drive for over an hour to come back to my home. Love my movie room, sound system in my home and outdoor, surveillance and lighting system!

Rob and his team were extremely attentive to what I was looking for. We had issues reordering through the original company that made and installed our new cabinets. They were unwilling to make additional matching cabinets for us. Rob rescued us! He was able to match our cabinets, made and installed new cabinets and painted all the existing cabinets. Our kitchen is just beautiful! Also, Doug and Rob made sure everything was clean when they left. I would recommend them to anyone needing cabinetry for your home.

We have used Media Rooms for the past one year on our basement. I honestly think our basement turned out the way it did because of the quality of work done by Rob and his team despite our builder and what he did. The theater room, cabinets and bar all are excellent quality and look great. If you can think it, they can make it.

The service I received from a recommendation standpoint, installation, and then follow up to see that I was satisfied was by far the best service that I could have expected to receive! After my first purchase I followed up with some additional Sonos equipment and once again the entire process was seamless with superior service! I give my highest recommendation to Media Rooms Inc for sound and audio products and look forward to using there services again in the near future.

I used Media Rooms in 2016-2017 for an involved modernization of my home. I picked them because they were one of the few firms that cold not only do audio-video, but cabinetry work, and electric window shades. In fact, they designed and built a custom bar for my barn to my requirements that turned out great. They are super responsive and trustworthy. I give them access to my house alone without any concerns. Their technicians often responded to problems after work hours to make sure I was back-up. The whole-hosue audio system from Crestron is great. My wifi has never gone down for two years. They did not push extra services to pad the project - just what I needed. Since installation, the system has been stable and when the occasional Infinity glitch happens, they are very responsive. I talked to other A/V firms in the Mainline/Chester area and I could not be happier with my choice. They are highly recommended, especially if you are doing some custom cabinetry work.
