Scheduled a pre-sale inspection of a used car. John was awesome to deal with. He took the car around the block and gave me some really helpful input. He conducted himself professionally and with great integrity. From the test drive I decided not to go forward with the rest of the inspection or the sale. I wished I could compensate him, but he asked for nothing in return for the time he took with the car. I dont live in the West Chester area, but if I did, my brief interaction with John would make me choose Francis Automotive as my home garage. Would whole-heartedly recommend this garage. Easy 5 stars!

My 2003 Toyota truck was in for inspection. No major issues and passed inspection without any repairs needed. In addition to the inspection John did look over the truck to see if there were anything else I should be aware of. He did identify three areas that would need attention at some point in the future but not now. I appreciate his efforts to keep me abreast of future service that may be needed. John is always on top of keeping his customers cars and trucks in good working order.

They are only five minutes from my work so they are convenient and their rating was among the highest I checked out. Turns out one of my coworkers uses them, so it came highly recommended on top of the great Google rating. What a wonderful experience. They did a state inspection and oil change for me. Work was done on time. Honest, courteous. Very reasonable.

Ive been going to Francis Automotive Services for 18 years. There are closer automotive service companies to me but none that I would trust as much. John is honest and reliable. As a female Im happy I know that I will be given an honest assessment and not overcharged. He has been keeping my 23 year old Toyota van running and I now take him my Lexus SUV. You cant go wrong with Francis.

I appreciate your response, but warranty or no warranty, Im confident in my decision to go elsewhere.My front calipers were replaced by Francis in 2017. Im now sitting in a repair shop in Berwyn getting them replaced again. Im definitely not praising the Francis name at this point.

My husband and I were heading out for a wedding weekend in VT, long trip ahead of us. Brakes were making odd noise so we called Francis Automotive and they were able to take our Honda Ridgeline in right away. Back brakes were shot. Long story short, we were told it would take an hour for the parts to come in and we were out of the shop in an hour! Just in time to make rehearsal for our sons wedding.

We have been customers for Francis Auto for 15 years We have never had a call back or had to have the same work done again. They always review the work before they start and submit a detail of the results. If necessary they even have offered to return the broken parts, always a good job!!!!! Got an oil change and they charged me 60 for it, Also they said they would let me know before they did anything to get me a quote(I dont know why they couldnt just tell me the price beforehand..), they didnt call me before hand and just did it so I was pretty much forced to pay a crazy price... Never again.
