I live in central PA and was only in town for a few hours, and while I was there my brakes totally went out. They were able to fit me in and replace my brake lines and both front brakes in the time I was in town, and communicated clearly with me the entire time. I was able to get on the road for a 3 hour trip back home without any delay. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!

This was my first experience at import intelligence. They repaired my vehicle for half the price of 2 other shops I called. I needed a steering rack replacement on my 2009 Honda crv due to a ruptured seal after an accident. My crv has 270k and while still being a relatively dependable vehicle I did not want to invest a lot on its repair. Did you ever meet a person who you knew couldn’t lie to you? This is Matt, the owner. From our first conversation he pointed out the advantages of getting a used rack with low miles over a rebuilt. Then he acquired the part for me and during the installation he noticed another issue I needed to address and quickly called me for approval. I do not say this lightly. Being a marine from the Vietnam days it felt like I was talking to a brother. All of you x military know what I’m talking about. Matt is the real deal. Honesty, integrity, knowledge and skill. Not to slight Ron, his associate, who is an ace as well. Go there you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome mechanic shop! Had an oil leak, suspension, coolant leak, and timing belt replacement taken care of on my vehicle. Matt provided an honest assessment of my vehicle and was able to take care of everything in a quick and timely manner. Thank you again for your help!

Im a small electrical contractor and have had problems finding a quality mechanic for years that I can call to get my trucks, and equipment in and out of the shop fast to keep my business moving. About two years ago I found the shop to do this for me. Prices are fair,and the service is top notch! The guys at import intelligence are top notch. I had some of my commercial fleet need repair and they got me in and back earning in a timely manner. Some of these were huge jobs and they were able to knock them out quickly and at a great price.

They work on my older 89 wrangler, 1990 Cherokee, 07 commander, Mazda truck and my wifes 08 Mercedes E. They are fair, quick, honest and smart. Checked out Import Intelligence after stopping by multiple mechanic locations in order to renew my inspection for my Mitsubishi. The previous locations gave me estimates ranging from $500 to even $900 for replacements with a very brief explanation of why I needed to purchase these parts in order to pass my inspection. When I arrived to Import Intelligence I was walked through step by step of what really needed to be replaced and was given an estimate of $300 including the inspection. Recently had a set of tires put on here and the staff was really fast and professional. I had to change my appointment several times due to other circumstances and they were 100% accommodating and flexible. Also they do free pick up and drop off within a certain radius so if you’re in the West Chester area it’s worth asking about.

I dont typically write reviews, but these guys kick ass. After speaking with Matt on the phone, I scheduled service which included replacing a timing belt, new brakes & rotors, and inspection. Prior to this week, I had never spoke or met Matt, but it felt like I was talking to a friend. His customer service skills and communication skills are outstanding. He was able to explain things in a way that someone non-mechanical could understand and provided estimates prior to the service, so there were no surprises. In terms of a price comparison, the dealer quoted me $1,050 to replace my timing belt, which Import Intelligence did for $600. You do the math... Moving forward, I will continue to use Import Intelligence and fully recommend using them.

Import Intelligence is the first shop that I fully trust taking my cars too. Matt and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have the best prices and can do a variety of different things. They replaced my CV boot and front axel, repaired my amplifier, and replaced my side mirror in a matter of hours and for an amazing price as well. These are my go-to guys whenever I need work done on my car.

On my way into work this morning, my tie rod end snapped on my Prius. I called Import Intelegence and they sent a tow truck. Matt diagnosed my vehicle and came up with a fair price for the repair. I take all of my familys vehicles to Matt and Brian because they are the BEST mechanics in WC hands down. They always do amazing work at an affordable price. They have a customer for life after helping me out in a lousy situation.

Great guys who know their stuff.I recently took my Nissan 240sx to them for the dreaded timing chain replacement. They were very helpful when I called and emailed them with questions about what my options were, and decided that for the time being the timing chain replacement was my best option. They are a great company and I felt that they were always honest with me from the start. From my experience with them I have no problems recommending them to anyone, especially for anything 240sx related.I look forward to when I will be able to bring my car down to them for an engine swap.

What is more valuable than an honest mechanic with solid skills? The guys are Import Intelligence are the most trustworthy shop Ive known in 40 years of driving. Prices are fair, they never try to upsell or do unnecessary work. Customer service is outstanding, too - they even pick up my car from my office location and return it when the work is done. Really an ideal car repair shop - and theyve done excellent work on my VW, Acura, and Mitsubishi.

I was not satisfied with the repair shop I had been using for over 20 years, I no longer trusted the pricing and quality of the repairs. I found Import Intelligence website on the internet, and was impressed with the reviews posted. So I made an appointment for 9am for an oil leak that was smoking off the exhaust.The sourced of the oil leak was quickly diagnosed as the valve cover gasket. Also found was coolant leak at the heater core hose flange, which was explained as a more immediate concern than the motor oil leak. Both jobs were done at a price that marginally more than just for valve cover gasket. Given my experience with other repair shops, both jobs would have been price separately, and minimal consideration would have been given for the overlap in labor. I connected my Ipad to Import Intelligence wifi and watched a movie on Netflix until my car was ready in about 2 and half hours. Yes, I was impressed, I was treated like family. My only regret is that I did not know about Import Intelligence sooner.

I have taken all of my cars to these guys for the last three years and have never once had anything bad to say about them, they have always isolated what ever issue i was running into and fixed that with out trying to sell me any services I didnt need at the time.
