Took my BMW X5 in for an oil change... was shockingly impressed by their thoroughness. I got an entire report back on my vehicle of things that were urgent, mild, and in good condition. This auto shop truly goes above and beyond with their service. Photos were even taken during the service, I had an oil leak I was unaware of, that they documented and photographed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs fast, efficient, service that is done right. I will certainly be back in the future.

Ive had good experiences with Fran and his staff. Fran is willing to take extra time to discuss the options and explain what he sees. They helped me with a tricky warranty issue by putting theyre assessment in writing.

Outstanding used car inspection experience. Not being from the area I took a chance with Pardo and Fran really helped me out. Not only were they quick and efficient, they offered me a detailed digital package showing what the inspection found and then Fran offered me his opinion on what should be of concern to me. Really great all around experience. Next time I am in West Chester or even if I buy a used car somewhere else, I will make the 45 min drive to them just so I can get the same level of satisfaction.

Ive known Fran (the owner) for over 20 years, and Ive been taking my cars to him since before he owned his own garage. Its difficult to put a value on a garage that has honest mechanics you can trust to always do good work and never rip you off. Pardos is one of the businesses in West Chester that makes it difficult to consider moving, because I know Ill never find a comparable garage in another location.

The pricing for repairs and service is always very reasonable. Very friendly and always available for my questions. Ive never had a problem with any car of mine they have serviced. I highly recommend Pardos.

I hope this finds you all, well, as always, Fran goes above and beyond. Fran is a student of his craft and a dying breed because a true mechanic is part engineer an artist. He not only picked the proper trailer brake for my pops truck, he recommended how to drive to get the most mileage hauling several Harleys. He was/is spot on never mind fixing a busted air conditioner quickly. Pardos shop is very thorough and never has a call back. Fran and the folks at Pardos are excellent! Recently I had my brakes redone. I picked up the car after hours on Friday. I though there was something wrong. I left the car and a message assuming things would get looked at on Monday. Fran came in on Saturday morning (the business is closed Saturday) and fixed the problem. Pardos operates the way you think businesses should operate.
