My issue was a bit out of the norm. (Like my life.) They took the time to work with me and ultimately developed a tool to fit my needs. Yes, I said developed! We have recommended Weinsteins multiple times to our customers for choosing their bath products and have had excellent customer service from them each time. Meg Ludlow went above and beyond in helping our recent customer get their materials so we could finish their project. Meg coordinated the delivery, had the driver call when on his way & facilitated this all according to our schedule! Its tough to find this type of customer service these days, but Meg delivered top notch service! Ask for Meg if you need to choose your bathroom products!!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Weinstein Showroom with building our new bathroom. Our sales person was Pete and he did a wonderful job going through all of the fixtures and material for our design. He took his time with us and was very confident/professional at his job. Came in a couple of weeks ago to match a seat from American Standard that was 15 years old... .voila ! The showroom was no help, even snippy.. but the guys at the supply house were spot on. They had a passion for helpfulness that one rarely sees today... they we spot on life savers. This was for a custom painted powder room.. it was very important the color be perfect, and it is. Highly recommend the Supply House.

I am writing to let you know how appreciative I am of the service that Gena Powers provided to my husband and me.On Saturday, my husband and I were in your West Chester show room, without an appointment, as we were unaware one was needed. You were very crowded, and Gena was helping a couple. She saw that we were waiting and took only a few minutes to give us the help we needed, providing information and her business card.I emailed her and by Monday, Gena had ordered the faucet that we needed!! Patty was marvelous. I wasnt sure what I wanted and she quickly determined my needs and zeroed in on what I might like. She made what could have been an overwhelming process quick and easy. When my contractor moved up the date of my remodel, she made sure everything was delivered on time.

My wife and I have been in the showroom several times in the past two years. The staff seemed like we were bothering them with our questions and were abrupt with their answers. I dont know how they stay in business. So we we went to Grove Supply and purchased all of our plumbing fixtures for our master bath remodel. Now we are planning our guest bath remodel and when I called Weinstein to ask if they carried certain types of sinks and medicine cabinets I got the same cold response so I guess we wont go there this time even though they are right around the corner. Their parts department is exactly opposite, friendly and helpful.

I purchased a toilet from Weinsteins a few months ago during a bathroom renovation. The Friday before Memorial day we finally got to the toilet installation. The plumber set the bowl and opened the tank box and found there were no parts included. I ran to Weinsteins and got there at 3PM just as they were closing the gate to go home. I explained the situation to Chris the parts manager. He opened the parts counter back up, looked up the parts, opened a similar tank box and gave me the parts. Chriss dedication saved me from being down a bathroom for our Memorial day bash. Outstanding customer service!

I wouldnt even rate this place 1 star. Walked in ready to spend a lot of money on complete MBR remodel. The 2 sales people that were there seemed quite put out that we were there. There wasnt anyone in the showroom other than my husband and myself. After explaining what we were looking for the male sales person looked confused and seemed unable to help, after about 20 min. he passed us off to another rep. because someone else had come in. We had to start from scratch. Needles to say, we were unsure we would really get what we wanted. Decided to go else where to place our order. They lost a $10,000.00 order.

Called and talked to Pete in showroom sales, very helpful - needed some replacement parts for our Danze kitchen faucets. Though they didnt have them in stock, Pete got me in touch with a Danze product specialist, who was able to get us the correct parts. Best yet, it was under warranty - WIN-WIN!. So many faucets! Better quality than the big box stores.

We were shopping for a faucet for our new kitchen. The team at Weinstein supply were friendly, knowledgeable and got us the faucet at a cheaper price than the competition!
