This was my very first time coming to Xtreme ink and it was amazing! I was a walk in and was taken care of right away. Rob was incredibly friendly and talkative the entire time. My tattoo was small but nonetheless I had an awesome experience. I definitely will be back and will be recommending this place to everyone.

Kind artists, attentive, and clean shop. Everyone was ensuring all pieces of the process where sterile and that you were communicated followup and care instructions.

First time visiting this shop. I did my research of places in the area and loved the piercings I saw on Jacqueline’s Instagram. I paid online before the service and I found it to be very reasonable. Everyone at this shop was nice and the whole process of getting my nostril pierced was super quick and easy. Jacqueline was super knowledgeable and nice! The piercing is perfect I’m obsessed. Definitely will come here in the future !

Anthony was so kind and helpful and professional! It was my first tattoo and he so obviously really cared about the quality of the tattoo and my experience there. So fun!!! Love it:)

I have been planning my first tattoo for a long time and was so excited for it. This should be a fun, happy process for anyone getting their first. However, it was not the best experience. The artist, Anthony, knew it was my first tattoo. I had already paid an $100 deposit that was supposed to come off the total of the tattoo. The tattoo was small and only took 40 minutes. He charged me another $100 dollars and didn’t tell me the price until afterwards. I was under the assumption that my deposit would be the price of the tattoo considering I was only there for 40 minutes. He completely took advantage of the fact that I was a college aged, female, first time patron. Won’t be returning.

Only place Ill ever go for my tattoos or piercings, so far Ive had three tattoos from various artists, and my smiley and septum from Jacqueline. Theyre always professional, hygienic, and run on time. Cannot recommend them enough! Jacqueline is currently working with me despite how difficult my schedule is in order to get a retainer before my MRI and I am so appreciative.

Just got my navel pierced by Jacqueline, and she did an absolutely amazing job! It was quick and everything is sterile and clean-felt very safe with all of their regulations with covid. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! I was so nervous and she was so sweet and walked me through everything! Definitely go to Jacqueline for any piercings!

Went to get my third lobes done by Jacqueline, and she pierced the one on my left too far away, and not evenly spaced with my other piercings. Decided to take it out and get it re-pierced somewhere else. I based her worked off the photos she posts on her Instagram, and funny enough, she did not take a picture of my piercings after she was finished… No refunds.

I’ve been both pierced and tattooed here, Jacqueline and Anthony are so awesome. Their shop is very sterile, completely socially distant, and their prices are very reasonable. 10/10 will definitely return for more piercings and tattoos at X-Treme.

I have always been fond of this tattoo shop. The atmosphere is great, artwork is amazing, and the artists were super friendly. That was a couple of years ago though. I had been to xtreme ink before and gotten a tattoo, and had consulted an artist for a tattoo I’ve been wanting for a long time pre-covid. Unfortunately, when I came back just recently to make an appointment I felt that the owner Keith, and the artist Dylan were not as friendly as I had remembered everyone being. I felt as though I was treated with disregard and dismissed as though I wasn’t a valued customer. I admit I can be challenging to work with as I need extra explanations and have a lot of questions; but my tattoo I wanted was very important to me and it was something with a huge meaning in my life. I felt as though my service wasn’t wanted and my experience with trying to plan an appointment just made me lose faith in the shop. This should be a fun exciting process and instead I felt like I was neglected and the artists had no patience or time to even talk to me or listen to what I wanted. I understood my design I had would have to be altered to turn out right, but I wanted it to be as close to the original because the fact that it was my own was part of the meaning. And Dylan straight up told me he’s taking my idea as a reference and he will make something better. That offended me deeply because I didn’t want it as a reference and I didn’t want it better. He didn’t listen to what I wanted and I felt that I would not be satisfied with what came out on my body. With the unprofessional attitudes and disregard for my wants I will no longer return to xtreme ink which saddens me as I love finding a place that feels right for me which I thought it was. I do not discourage anyone to go here because they are all extremely talented artists, I just wanted to share that I felt they were not friendly at all and didn’t make me feel comfortable with them tattooing me. More of a heads up they have an attitude if you ask them to do a tattoo how you want instead of how they want.

My piercer was very professional and kind. i really appreciated how she talked me through each step as this was my first face piercing. will definitely recommend!!

I got a piercing in my ear cartilage here today. Super easy in and out in 10 minutes they did a great job.

Jacqueline made me pay online and didn’t tell me there were no refunds until after I paid. Now I medically cannot get this piercing and she won’t give me my money back. She was horribly rude when I tried to be nice and explain the situation. I sent my dad in to try to get my money back and she was HORRIBLE to him. I suggest getting pierced by someone else because she is just straight up mean. Not worth it.

Ryan did an awesome job on my arm tat. Very cool dudes here and excellent work. Definitely coming back with more detailed tats.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience the last time I came here. Jaqueline (their piercer) was so incredibly rude to my sister, my mother, and I that I will no longer return here!! AND on top of that her piercing wasn’t even screwed on right so we had to come back. AND ON TOP OF THAT she was rude a second time!! Some of the rudest people I’ve met. Bummer but next time during a pandemic I’d suggest doing your job with a smile and an ounce of kindness. Go to high rollers right down the street so so so much better. Better customer service better tattoos!!

I got my belly button pierced by jacqueline and she did a phenomenal job! I’m obsessed with it! She was super sweet and was done quick. They had a whole sign in process where your temperature was taken along with you were given hand sanitizer which i appreciated. I will definitely be coming back if i ever want a tattoo or another piercing!

All of the artist are amazing but Ryan is my guy and i highly recommend him!

Got my nose pierced here years ago, never had an issue with it. Love the piercing the staff is friendly and the place is very clean. I will be returning to get my belly button pierced! And i recommend this place to everyone!

Would not recommend. The guy who pierced my nose was extremely rude. He wouldnt let anyone come bCk with me and when I expressed I was nervous he said “ dont move.” I got the nose piercing to eventually put in a hoop and the piercer put the hole half way up my nose in an awful spot which makes it impossible to ever put a hoop in. I never saw a nose ring this high on someones nose, I look like an idiot. He also didnt do anything for the blood coming out of my piercing and the ink smudging around it. Huge waste of money and pain.

I’ve gotten a couple done by Dylan now- a super accommodating dude and a super clean shop! great experience every time!

Jackie was amazing! I decided to get my double nose piercing done here and was already a little nervous to begin with since some other shop messed up my piercing before. But Jackie quickly calmed my nerves and explained everything to me. What really made it over the top for me was how much time and effort she put into making sure BOTH of my nostrils matched up! Her patience and dedication was greatly appreciated. Thank you again!!!!

Great care and service. Went to get ears pierced for first time and the person was super nice and informative. Made sure pen marks were perfect before piercing. Gave excellent aftercare instructions and everyone was super friendly. Also, their prices are awesome. Probably the best locally.

I went with a friend to get a nose piercing. We originally planned to go to another shop down the street based on a recommendation, however that shop was less than professional. Im so glad we took a quick walk up the street because the staff at X-Treme Ink Tattoo was excellent! They were great about answering any questions and prompt in getting us in with a piercing artist. When I asked if a they had a piercing artist in that day, they said that if theyre open then they have an artist available. This is great to know. Jackie was the piercer that we saw. She did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions. She has a great eye for placement. The area was bright and clean. I called once a few weeks after to ask a question, and they were happy to get the answer I needed. I would absolutely recommend X-Treme Ink Tattoo.

This place does decent work. I will give them that. HOWEVER, they are probably some of the rudest people I have ever met. Its really a shame. If Im paying you for a service I kind of expect to you to be polite. Even just a little. Id rather go literally anywhere else.

Good with walk-ins. There were three people ahead of me when I went, and took them no time at all. My tattoo maybe took all of 20 minutes, and Im very pleased with the results.My friend who went with me, got a free-handed written quote, she loves it completely.And decent prices.

Rob is an amazing artist. My entire sleeve, chest, ribs and back are all his work. I am constantly complimented on how nice my tattoos are. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is great. They are trust worthy and a great group of people.

I had Dylan as my tattoo artist, and he was very nice and made me feel confident he was going to give me a beautiful tattoo. Which he did! I got a 4inch long colored rose on my outer thigh. I felt very comfortable and he was very patient with me and my friend that loves to talk and talk and talk. Ive been to Xtreme a few times as a guest, and every tattoo Ive seen so far has been beautiful. For my first tattoo, I have to say my experience was perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone that doesnt know what shop to trust.

I came to Xtreme Ink for my first tattoo with an idea in hand. Rob Johnson was the artist I had been recommended and he was awesome ! He completely set my mind at ease with the process and was very nice and helpful in getting my idea to exactly what I wanted it to be. It was a large tattoo, especially for my first, and he was very good about ensuring that I was comfortable during the actual tattooing experience. It took two sessions to complete and I couldnt be happier with the result. I recommend it to my friends and to anyone looking for a quality tattoo. I plan on coming back for more tattoos in the future.

I recently had a mid cartilage piercing done there. Many people had recommended that I had it done there so instead of using a gun like I usually have, I went here for my piercing. The experience in itself was very good. I felt like I was in good hands with my artist and the piercing itself was done beautifully. Im writing this review from A.I. DuPont Childrens Hospital, as I was admitted yesterday and put on IV Antibiotics for an extremely infected ear (from this piercing) and the doctors on my case have said that there could be permenant deformation of my ear because of how swollen it has become. I am not leaving this review to trash this business because I had a great experience there, but I am leaving this review so that no one else ends up in the situation Im in.

Im not sure who did my lip tattoo, but they did a great job. Letters/numbers were perfect. Everyone their is extremely talented and professional, highly reccomend if you are looking to put money on a decent tattoo that you want done perfectly!

Didnt end up getting a tattoo here. Went elsewhere. Seemed unprofessional in customer service. Maybe they do good tattoos, i dont know. But they made us stand around and wait for anyone to talk to us. Then they said they couldnt do the tattoo we wanted unless we made it twice the size because it was too detailed. It was an Eagles logo with a little green and grey. They offered to do a black-only tattoo and showed us a drawing that looked like a prison tat. We went down the street to High Rollers and got exactly what we wanted.

My friends and I had our ears pierced by Molly Gotlib a few weeks ago. She was very nice and cool, easy to talk to and seemed really knowledgeable about piercings and even the way your body reacts to them! Price was awesome, $20 cheaper than the place closer to my house and had a better kept studio and nicer more knowledgeable people there! Will definitely get my next piercing there!

At first, the girl that greeted us isn’t too friendly, which is okay. She drew what I asked but I wanted input from the artist about shading, shaping and maybe perfecting the design since they are the pros. She said idk, its your tattoo. That was disappointing since they offered little help to my design. The person that actually did my tattoo was awesome, they just need to work on their intros and design/stencil process.

Was told I would be able to get my deposit back as long as I cancel before 48 hours of my appointment. Called about a week before to cancel and was told that there are no refunds. Also, never even heard back from the artist about my tattoo design.

Clean shop. Friendly and talented artists. Reasonably priced. Walkins welcome, though it’s always better to make an appointment. People often stop me on the street and ask who did my tattoos / where I got them…Xtreme ink. Best place around.

Got my eyebrow pierced by Antman and I couldnt be any happier. The shop is very clean, and everyone is very friendly. They use clean instruments, which is really all I can ask for. Prices arent bad either, although price should not be a factor if youre serious about getting a piercing or tattoo. Its in a great area as well, right in the center of town. Two weeks later, my piercing is clean and infection free. Will definitely be getting more done here!

Two good experiences here, one piercing and one tattoo. Very sanitary and professional. Just be aware that they only use surgical steel for piercings, which irritates a lot of people. If you want a piercing in a sensitive area, maybe find place that uses titanium

I have now gotten two tattoos from xtreme ink, both walk ins and they are both well done, the lines are crisp and on the larger tattoo the colors are vibrant even after healing. my tattoos were done by different artists and still both came out very nicely which i believe speaks to the standards of this place. also, the artists were all very nice.shout out to rob (salt dva) and antman (plasmids) for awesome tattoos and being super cool

Rob did an excellent job on my tattoo!! Very friendly and professional! He also took the time to answer questions and give me estimates on a cover up and fixing an old tattoo. HE deserves 5 🌟!! However, the customer service we received when we arrived was seriously lacking. I came close to just leaving but, he changed my opinion about the place.

I went in for a small one word lip tattoo. The word has an S at the end and the artist free handed it onto the paper and forgot the S and then tried to squeeze it in but it looked bad. It was also too large so I asked him to rewrite it, he told me he did but he didnt. He then tattooed it in my lip and none of the letters are straight. Theres an O and he messed it up and it looks like a Q. There was also a K and all the other letters are uppercase except for the K. I asked him to fix the K which would have just required him to make the Line at the top of the K longer and he said no, you only get one shot, thatll be $60 Honest all around a terrible experience and this artist should be fired.
