I recently had the opportunity to engage with Kevin from West Chester Books. There was a varied collection of books were in need of downsizing. Kevin and I arranged a mutual time to meet that would provide ample time to browse the collection. After providing an overview of the collection and sections of books, Kevin took his time looking through and reviewing items while we held short conversations throughout the afternoon. It was obvious Kevin was both knowledgeable and thoughtful about the books. He was very considerate while handling the collection being careful especially with the older materials to ensure they were not damaged. As with any diverse collection there are always areas of specific interest to both the owner and perspective buyer. I had an enjoyable afternoon with Kevin and appreciated his personal knowledge which he was more the willing to share.Upon a thorough review of the collections, we both agreed on items to be purchased and came to a price. I believe Kevin offered a fair value for the items purchased and would certainly both recommend and engage his services again in the future.

Kevin, the owner of West Chester Books, is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have sold him books outright and have been consigning books with him for several years. Each month, like clockwork, he sends a check for any sales. Because of his connections and reputation, Kevin is able to get more for books than I could get on my own.
