I am in disbelief that Faulkner would leave me out to dry, knowing there is a ongoing issue with my vehicle year, I received NO notice regarding this issue, I notice it during the pandemic myself, I barely drive my veh and I have provided proof, and to me told I miss the deadline of a deadline I never receivedAny correspondence to. Now to hear their is a Class Action Suit going on which started in 2019. Is this is your idea of customer service for me to end up with a blown engine..terrible.
Everyone at the service center was great! Unfortunately I had to wait several weeks to get my car serviced, but there was high demand at all service centers due to natural disasters/etc. As soon as I got my car towed to the service center, they were able to find the problem and fix it within a couple hours. Super satisfied and I will be back, thanks so much!

We got off to a rocky start with one sales person but once we met the Sales manager Dave McQuiston and he connected us with Brett Paden it was a wonderful experience and smooth sailing. First trip/drop-off not so good. Special transmission fluid not in stock. Had to reschedule and drive back home 38 miles away! What a waste of expensive gasoline.Rescheduled 2nd trip much better! Transmission no longer shuddering. However, trip to deliver and pick up vehicle required additional vehicle driven by my wife giving up 2 hours of wages plus the additional fuel. Again a waste of expensive gasoline. And, why? Because Faulkner no longer has loaners available for those who must leave their vehicle for hours and/or days. Not a good practice!

I had one of the smoothest and best experiences yesterday with Perry at Faulkners GMC. I went in to buy out my current lease due to the chip shortage not thinking I would have a shot at getting into a new lease and Perry was about to help turn my current lease in and get into a new lease without any problem at all. I love my new GMC Terrian and all the upgrades it came with. Poor customer skills ! They still treat customers as if it was when the internet didn’t exist and the customer doesn’t already know what the cost of the car and trade is before they walk through the door and when on the phone they tell you a price is do able just come in so they can show me the car when the price they said could be done actually can’t and that was just to get you in the door and wasted my time !! Honesty and straight forward is the only way to be with customers, there is no longer old school ways to sell any more, the customer knows everything before walking in the door and if you try those old ways to sell them a car it will only lead to loosing customers !! Bottom line price is the first price you give or they will go to your competitors!!! Be honest and down to earth not a salesmen and you will sell more cars !!

I made an appointment for a standard oil change for Saturday morning the week prior. Upon arrival, the man (didn’t catch his name), acted as if I wasn’t there. I proceeded to say hey I’m here for a drop off and he couldn’t have cared less. Kept shuffling papers and looking disinterested. Again I said sorry to bother you but I’m just here to drop off. Finally he looks up from his papers and mumbles something inaudible. I’m not sure if I even want to know what was said. He then finally proceeds to ask my what I’m here for again. I then tell him for 3rd time just an oil change drop off. He can’t find reservation, it was under my husbands name (our last name is unique and not easily confused). Proceeds to tell me how am I supposed to find it if you don’t give me the right name. At this point he’s clearly having a bad day and wanted nothing to do with being there. Maybe he shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve never been made to feel like that in a car place setting but I’ve heard stories before. Needless to say I won’t be back to this dealership. I notified the ladies at the service check out counter about my experience and they were understanding but man booking appointments was horrific that day
I purchased a vehicle the other day from Faulkner GMC in West Chester, Pa. Many times, car buying proves to be a burdensome, time-consuming ordeal that ends in frustration. Not so at Faulkner. My experience was extremely positive. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Melanie in the internet division kept me informed on the availability of the vehicle I wanted and went over the best process for obtaining it. Joe De Carlo was knowledgeable and informative in the often murky waters of vehicle financing and warranty considerations. He was great to deal with. But the true star of my saga is sales representative Bryant Pullins. From the time I arrived on the lot, Bryant went out of his way to make sure that my needs were met and my concerns answered. His friendly, no pressure methodology showed great respect for me as customer. He told me what I wanted and needed to know. I recommend everyone in need of a vehicle seek Bryant out. You can’t go wrong or do better.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service department and especially how the service manager chose to terminate our relationship. After well over a year of attempting to fix my Yukon including several breakdowns, rented vehicles, disrupting my family and business schedules...the service department failed to figure out the problem with my Yukon. I read on line my problem has been experienced by many Yukon owners yet Faulkner has never experienced this problem. Hard to believe. We cant replicate the problem is the service departments coin phrase. I actually heard a service tech say this to another customer when I was waiting at the counter. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FAULKNER
I have been a customer for the past 15 yrs approx. They explain everything going on with our vehicle, staff from the cashier office, parts dept and service area have been very helpful. I am handicap as I am totally walker dependent after majors knee surgery & more. They always help me get out of my car and give me assistance getting the walker out of the car. They always on completion of service wash the car, vacuum and bring it to the front door so I wont have to walk a distance and for this and more they care about their customers. I truly appreciate their service to clients. Thank You.

Long story how I ended up at Faulkner Buick.Happened to stop there after finding out the car i went to look at, at another dealer didnt even exist, and before that stopped at a dealer and looked at a car that the AC didnt work..Somewhat frustrated and annoyed after that experience, unplanned we decided to check out Faulkner Since we were in West Chester. David Zezza did a nice job getting us into a car we liked.

I had a warranty issue with my Silverado that my Chevy dealership couldnt help me with. I reached out to Faulkner in desperation and they stepped up to the plate and helped me out. The part my truck needed was out of stock nationwide, but I was provided daily courtesy updates on the status of the part. Due to the diligence of TJ and the team at Faulkners service and parts departments I do believe I was able to get back into my vehicle faster than I would have at most other dealerships. My only real criticism of the entire experience was not being able to be put into a vehicle with comparable capabilities as the one I own. Overall, however, Faulkner was the bright spot in an otherwise undesirable situation. Because of the professionalism and personal approach to service shown by the Faulkner team, I will be sure to shop there first for my next vehicle. Thanks again guys!
My second trip back with a problem with the navigation system I have been living with for months. 1st time they blamed it on my Phone not being up to date. I guarantee it is. The next time they said the SD card was not sitting snuggly. I brought it proof that GM has issued an update to the software ( in a screen shot from a friend) but that was met with that is not covered by warranty The car is 1.5 years in with a 4 year warranty. To add insult to injury I waited 2 hours. 30 mins of that time my car was parked right out side the waiting room. I had to go see the advisor Luis, who was on the phone, when he finished he apolgiozed for the delay but never mentioned my software update question. I purchased my first car from this dealer in 2003.

On Saturday June 5th, Steve and the wonderful service people went above my regular oil change and helped my solve my problem with phone connection and wifi.The first time I came in with my phone connection problem no one took the time to explain anything about how the phone connection or wifi worked. I have never had any problems with any other car or SUV. Music and listening to podcasts is a big part of using my vechicle, I hope Buick can keep up. Firstly I would like to convey a thank you to the staff of Faulkner Buick GMC for following CDC guidelines during this time of the pandemic. I felt safe observing how all the personnel wore masks and kept a six foot distance during my service visit. I had brought my new 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali in for a oil change and tire rotation. In addition I had requested that the technician take a look at the trucks tires, which since I purchased back in the end of June would constantly lose up to six pounds of air pressure, meaning I had to constantly monitor the air pressure and refill. The Faulkner technician resolved the air pressure problem. He purged the tires of nitrogen. Hence, over the past week since my service visit, the tires are now retaining the proper PSI. I can always count on Faulkner to take care of my GMC vehicles. I have over the years purchased twelve GMC trucks from here. My present truck I purchased from another GMC dealer, although I chose to have Faulkner Buick GMC be my prime service dealership to keep my truck running smoothly.

Leslie was extremely friendly. I mentioned an issue with a tire seeming to lose air and it was looked into and corrected. I received updates on progress and notification when it was done.

I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change. The service didn’t cost me a dime because it was covered under Faulkner’s certified preowned agreement. I purchased my vehicle at the dealership back in December and I have had it in twice, both times for oil changes. The staff at Faulkner is always friendly and I am usually in and out within a matter of minutes.

I took my GMC to Faulkner because my mechanic could not clear the errors that kept reappearing. Faulkner determined that I needed a new thermostat, new Front Brakes and resurface rotors, replace the adjust links and an alignment. Note one... my mechanic can replace the rotors and brakes for the 396.26 that Faulkner said they would resurface the rotors. Additionally, these adjust links seem like the dealership is just looking for more money. My mechanic said he would look at the items, but said this was just a dealership looking for funds. I thought something was a miss when I called I could get an appointment immediately... when I had another dealership was 3-days out for a previous appointment. I would say, no-one gets their vehicle serviced there because of all these hidden items that just miraculously show up.I also brought in a key-fob I purchased on-line back in March due to Covid... not really understanding that it was not programmed or cut. Faulkner charged me 150.00 for programming and cut. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! For minutes worth of work....yet I was told I was charged an hourly rate for this. WHAT? Again...I was robbed!NEVER AGAIN!!! My perception of Faulkner is that they are thieves and I will tell anyone who asks of my experience.I agree to your terms below, but feel confident my response will never be published.
I went to talk to them about a car that they had on one of the other lots. At first, I was working with Magali, who is the nicest person and puts you at ease. But thats where the bait and switch comes in. She steps out and the fast-talking finance specialist steps in and tries to screw you over. He offered me $3500 on my trade. We negotiated and he acted like $4200 for it was gonna break them. I ended up selling to CarMax for twice that. He kept pressuring me, asking me what I wanted since I didnt want to do things their way. In the end, the car I wanted wasnt even available. I really dodged a bullet because I was able to get a much better deal elsewhere. I recommend you go anywhere else.

My wife and I were shopping around for a new car and had some bad experiences with other dealerships before coming to Faulkner. We met Dylan here - he was very accommodating, gave us space to think about our purchase, not pushy at all - just trying to find what we wanted. After we decided on the Encore, Dylan worked hard to get the price down and get a good deal on our trade-in so that the payments worked for our budget. Over all, we had a great experience.
Service was quick and informative. The only issue I had was as I was driving away from dealership and entering route 202, there was a pound sound coming from the top of my car, I pulled the sunroof shade back and found a tool with a razor attached 😡. Luckily it didnt scratch my car.

First off...I cannot fault the sales team. They were excellent to deal with. They honored the rebates on my selected GMC Sierra and handled my out of state registration as promised.HOWEVER, most of the dealerships revenue and reputation comes from the service dept and repeat business.Here is my experience:I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Sierra in May. Within a few days I noticed that it had a pretty big oil leak. Took it in to the service dept. They couldnt find the leak but added a dye to the oil. Fine I can understand that.Within a week and 300 miles later took it back in for the same problem. This time they were able to locate the leak and ordered the part. Sent me back home with my truck. Had to come back two days later for them to fix the leak after they received the part.Within another few days. Noticed there was still oil dripping on my garage floor. Took in back in a fourth time. They couldnt find a leak. Chalked it up to residual oil spilled from the previous repair. They hosed it off and sent me home. Fine I understand that. However, you would think that the Technician would have cleaned up any spilled oil....Or at least during the prior visit service department would have advise that I may see some oil that leaked onto the frame it would dry up in a week or two.At the same time I observed that greyish/blue smoke coming out of my exhaust every now and then. It wasnt consistent. This issue was not present prior to having the leak repaired. I knew if I took it it and they couldnt replicate, it would be of no use and just time wasted.I decided to investigate on my own. after researching and confirming it was not a head gasket leak or leaking coolant, I decided to check the oil level. It was way above the fill line. An overfilled engine can cause many issues....Including oil to getting into the combustion chamber and burning causing the smoke.Frustrated with the service experience already I decided to change the oil myself after only a total of 1200 miles on the truck. The 6.2 liter engine holds 8.0 quarts of oil. When I measured how much oil drained it was a whopping 2.5 quarts overfilled. Who knows if any long term engine damage has been down due to the overfill. I can only hope that it has not fouled up the plugs.In the following days I began installing an illuminated emblem on the front. When I removed the front valence in the engine compartment to route the wiring, I discovered that the lower baffle (P/N 23390790) was bent out of shape and both clips on each side holding in place were broken. Apparently it had to be removed and reinstalled each time I took it to the dealer to address the leak so the clips holding it in place were worn/broken as the wind from driving cause it to bend and be dislocated.Not wanting this service dept to cause more damage than what has already been done, I order the part online and installed it myself.My sales person was aware of the oil leak issue and she had called me to check in to see if it was resolved. When I told her the situation she told me she was going to alert the General Manager of the dealership. That was it. No further update from Faulkner Buick/GMC.If this is how this dealerships service dept repairs vehicles, I wont trust them to even do a simple oil change. Forget the free oil change and other maintenance. I will take my vehicle to another GMC dealer, purchase my accessories elsewhere and gladly pay more to have more qualified people work on my vehicle.In addition, the service dept still has not provided any paperwork stating that the work was performed or completed. Based on my experience I CANNOT recommend Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester.
