I have been with this company for almost 5 years and I’ve never received any communication. I called because I am moving and own all of the equipment in the house. I talked to one guy who seemed really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I called back the next day for help removing the tablet from the wall, the agent told me completely different info from the pervious agent. They transfer to other depts and don’t communicate anything to the next person. It is really disorganized. I also found out I was being over charged, which shouldn’t of happened since I’m in a contract, but luckily they will be refunding me the overage amount for the last 26 months. Make sure you ask questions and understand what your signing up for.
