Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call. He spent the time researching and figuring out different options before I even dropped off my vehicle, and had a clear game plan on how to troubleshoot the issue w/ my backup camera in my Dodge Durango. He was very easy to communicate w/ throughout the whole process. You can tell they take pride in their work, and do things the right way. Ive very pleased with the work they did, and even happier that my backup camera is working normally again. Id definitely consider them first for any future work on my vehicle, and would highly recommend them.

I went to these guys for my 2018 Road Glide, they were awesome Ron and Jason i fell know their stuff. I live in Long Island to get this work done by them so you can see i didnt just pick them out of a hat. did have an issue but Ron and Jason resolved this issue without hesitation. they fixed the problem and the sound is even better than when i left the first time. many thanks to Tier 1 audio if I was asked would i go back for any other audio project the simple answer is its a no brainier these guys are worth the trip.

The guys at Tier One did a great job with my 350Z.It needed a little more than I expected but it was well worth the stereo upgrade.They refused to leave until the installation was complete and took the time to go over the operation with me before I left. Bravo!

I recently was introduced to Ron and Jason of Tier One Motoring when I took my car in for a remote starter and some additional work. These installs were done on two separate days and I really enjoyed the friendliness and the great customer service rendered by all. These guys really do know their business and they really do care about what they are doing. Before contacting them I called another local business that does remote starts, etc. but they were not customer friendly to my liking and I decided not to spend my money with them. I plan to return to Tier One to have some more work done on my car and I am looking forward to being a regular customer who is proud to recommend Tier One Motoring to others. Professional and helpful. Tier 1 did an amazing job. They fixed a small issue on a Saturday afternoon, even though they should have been closed for the day.

After my sound system was destroyed by a rollover while I was on a road trip away from home, I went to tier one to get my subwoofer and some speakers replaced.Since I was on a road trip, my schedule was was tight. They got me in a couple of days after I first talked to them. On the day of the install, it turned out that my amp was blown after likely getting wet during the accident. Instead of leaving me high and dry, tier one stayed after hours to install a new amp and get me back on the road with a working audio system.Instead of leaving Pennsylvania for Colorado with no music, I left with a fantastic sounding audio setup.

I own a 2018 Kia Forte S and wanted a remote start installed while still using my factory remotes. Not only did Teir One Motoring do an amazing job with the installation, they took it upon themselves to relocate and rewire a dealer installed add on at the fuse box that was done very messy. These guys are the real deal. I am a very big pain in the a$$ when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. I spent some time chasing wires and examining the installation on my car to see the type of work that was done.Every wire harness is wrapped, everything is secured....everything is perfect. Being new to the area I wasnt sure of a trusted car supply store I could go to. After reading reviews about Tier One Motoring, I was convinced they were the company I wanted to work with. I am so glad I did! Tier One installed an automatic start button in my car with several safety features. The guys there were friendly, very informative, and installed everything very quickly. I highly recommend Tier one motoring!! I needed a new antenna, speaker and wanted a new stereo. I have a 2001 Trans am. We did alot of research and everyone said youll need all new speakers and stereo. everyone we spoke to seem confused. I went to Tier one and explained my situation. Ron was extremely helpful and explained what they could do. I purchased a new stereo, 2 rear passenger speakers and antenna. He was able to figure out, how to connect to the existing speakers. Everything is perfect. I now have excellent quality and sound. I even have bluetooth in my 18 yr old Trans am. Who wouldve thought. Thank again Ron and Tier one motoring for all your help and an awesome stereo system. I cant be happier.

My husband and I took our cars (2008 Honda CRV and 2009 Mini Cooper) to Tier One for audio installations in October 2019. Given the age of the cars, we just had “regular” radios, but we wanted to have Apple CarPlay capabilities, which is why we went to these guys. We worked primarily with Jason Denton and Ron. Both guys were fantastic to work with.My husband ended up getting an Alpine, and I got a Stinger. The installation for the CRV was pretty straightforward. Without going into all the gory details, the install for the Mini was a bit more complicated. But Jason and Ron went far above and beyond in identifying the problem and resolving the issue. I know that they spent hours diagnosing the issue and working with the manufacturer to figure out what was going on. Even though it’s not part of their standard service, they offered to pick up and drop off my car. They even offered a loaner car to me because they feel bad about things taking longer than they had expected.I couldn’t say enough good things about these guys. It is clear that they know what they’re doing, and that they are dedicated to making sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase. I will definitely go back to them for future needs.

I called Tier One because my factory installed bluetooth wasnt working. I told Jason the issue I was having and he suggested a fix before I brought it in, and it worked. No money for Tier One, but gained a promoter in me. Not every day you run across a company that has your best interests in mind. Thanks Jason.

Wanted to get a remote starter installed. They never responded to my inquiry. Went elsewhere and had an appointment made and install done within a week.

I randomly called to Car Audio KOP to inquire about upgrading my system. Jason was very helpful, informative and quick to respond. He was able to provide me with multiple options. I am not a customer yet but if I do decide to upgrade I am going to start here.

I previously gave a great review until I learned while installing our remote starter in our Nissan, the initial faulty wiring harness they installed blew a couple fuses. No big deal right? Well we found out later it blew way more than that. Multiple buttons on our dashboard no longer function, and Nissan confirmed they blew out a portion of the dashboard circuit board. We have to replace the entire circuit board just to get the 3 buttons to work again, which is over $1000. Which means we cant change the display on our dashboard, view or cancel alerts, or see any info from the computer on the dash. Also the remote starter constantly fails.If you value your car...stay away!

I just recently bought a Ford Escape and it came without an auto starter. I was so worried about getting one installed because I’ve heard horror stories! I did a lot of research and came across Tier One Motoring. They installed my auto starter and I am extremely happy with the customer service that they provided me. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of an auto starter.
