Had tile installed in the kitchen and two bathrooms a few years ago. The sales team was excellent. The rep helped us find the products that perfectly met our needs. Outstanding installation team. When the old floor was removed, there were unexpected issues underneath. The team fixed everything and installed a beautiful floor. Several years have passed since we had the work done and I am still 100% satisfied.

We have been very pleased with the look and quality of the work. We replaced flooring in several rooms as well as replaced carpeting on our stairs over the past three years. While we have had a few minor issues, they have been quick and responsive to address them and so we can confidently recommend their work.

Good experience using Floor Coverings. Lori and Ed did a great job helping us figure out the type of flooring and color. The guys installing had a very tough job. They had to remove 12 inch ceramic tile prior to installing luxury laminate. Well done and in 2 days.

Affordable, good service and easy to work with. We got new wood flooring in two rooms, the stairs and second floor landing. We also got our existing hardwood re-stained. New flooring was great, staining went well too, but there were some slight areas of staining into our trim. Lori was nice enough to bring us some cleaner for those small marks and we got it sorted quickly. Overall good experience.

I contacted Floor Coverings International about my Kitchen flooring project after another contractor was giving me the runaround. Ed came and had a look and gave me a proposal after explaining the whole process and he had samples with him for me to choose.On the day Rafael and his colleague did a great job of installing the Vinyl Planks taking their time as it were to make sure that the Installation was thoroughly professional. They left the place spotless and Rafael deserves a shout out. He would seem to be quite an expert.I would thoroughly recommend the company and those who represent it for any of your flooring needs. There may be cheaper installers. But then you get what you pay for.

Kim was exceptional with customer service.Ed was an exceptional sales person who took the time to talk with me about the services included as well as the options. On the day of the floor work, the To moving professionals were on time, they were professional, and they were quick. The flooring technicians were also on time and completed their job within the time frames that were specified. I would use them again.

A small portion of the tile in my bathroom was damaged during remediation from flood damage from Hurricane Ida. Floor Coverings International was able to look up the tile used (based on the order by the previous homeowner, not even us) and arranged a box of that tile for me to purchase so that we didn’t have to replace the whole floor. Their amazing customer service saved us a huge headache (and expense!) during an already stressful time. Would use this company again without a doubt!

My wife decided we wanted to get hardwood-flooring for the main level of our home; approximately 900 sq. ft. We worked with Ed and Lori who were very giving of their in helping us select the right flooring. We chose a flooring that Floor Coverings didnt carry but Lori found a supplier and gave us a fair price. The best part might be the installation, excellent workmanship from hard working crew, delivering beautiful results in just 2 days !!! They worked from 8:00am until 7:00pm each day and cleaned up appropriately. Kim checked in with us throughput the process and stopped by to check install progress.Cant say enough positive about the whole process and we highly recommend.

Ed contacted me immediately after I reached out to Floor Coverings. I explained my concerns to him and within days he visited my house with samples. Although it took quite a while for the carpet to arrive at their warehouse, it was installed professionally by their staff almost immediately.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Ed and Lori were very thorough during the sales presentation. We were listed to and our questions were answered completely. We werent rushed to make a decision, but allowed to take our time as we decided between carpet colors. The install team led by Andres was remarkably efficient. Stairs are hard to carpet, and they were flawless. Ed showed up exactly on time for the final inspection, and waited patiently while my conference call ran over. Excellent service, great people, what a treat.

Ed was a professional and laid out all of my options for redoing my floors. He was responsive throughout the process, listening to my needs.The install team was fantastic as well, completing the work quickly and with a high level of quality.Lastly, the carpet itself is phenomenal -- it is a night and day difference, stepping off of the Canaima 1 and onto my existing carpet.

We had luxury vinyl tile installed throughout the first floor of our house. After the installation the floor looked great at first, but we started noticing that many of the planks were not completely locking and we could hear the locking mechanism engaging and disengaging. Lori and her team came out a couple of times at first to glue some of the planks that were moving. When we still noticed areas where there were issues, we expressed our concerns to Lori again. At that point, she offered to remove the entire old floor and reinstall a different type of lvt for no cost to us at all. On the day that the 2nd floor was installed, Lori and her whole team were there to make sure that there were no issues and that we would be happy with the final product. We were also told that the first flooring that was installed was a newer product, and that following our issues that they had removed it from their line of products that they offer.It was great to know that they were dedicated to ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the final product. Now we have a beautiful new floor that we love.

I am very satisfied with my entire experience with this company. Kim and Ed were willing to work with me on a project involving carpeting that was a little unusual, when no other flooring installers, including Home Depot, would help. The work turned out great. I would recommend them.

I contacted Floor Coverings International Chester County to come out and give me an estimate to replace some flooring on my stairs and basement. Matt was nice enough when he came out and we agreed to materials and a price. When it came time to sign the agreement Matt told me he didn’t have his credit card machine and I should hear from someone on Monday to give them payment over the phone. Well Monday came and went as did Tuesday so I gave them a call and emailed. Same on Wednesday and a final call on Thursday. I told the person taking a message that if I didn’t hear back from someone at the local office by Friday end of day we were going to find someone else. If a company ignored you repeatedly when trying to pay them, imagine how they’d treat you once they had your money.Edit: Lori contacted me and profusely apologized. Seems there were some technological mixups. She has assured me that my materials have been ordered and we are on track. I will update this again to reflect the install once complete.Edit2: The flooring has now been installed and I am completely happy. Lori personally came out and checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied.

The workmen arrived and completely uninstalled the old flooring and installed the beautiful new flooring in about 1 1/2 days. They were clean, neat and professional - very hard working guys. They took the old flooring away and cleaned up after themselves. They moved the furniture and moved it back when they were finished. The owner of the company came to my house to inspect the installation a few days later.I must say, Im so happy with the entire process as well as the beauty and the quality of the new floor. My wife and I used Floor Coverings International to do a stairway as well as an office in our new home and really couldnt be happier. The big plus was that they bring the rug samples to you during the estimate and it saved me time of having to be overwhelmed in a large store.Kim, came to our house, brought inside the best matches based on what I need as far as traffic, styling and wear and we had it all estimated in about an hour. She then setup a time with me for the installation which was done quickly and cleanly. Kim later came back out to inspect the work and ensure everything was done right. The rugs and their underlayments are definitely higher quality than the budget stuff which is important because I dont want to replace these in three years. A white-glove service thats highly recommended!
