Everyone is really nice here but I would not suggest selling your clothes here you do not get a good deal… I sold nine things for $20 most of them had tags and that comes out to about two dollars per item. waste of time sadly. sell on poshmark instead :/

I shop online here, since sadly I dont live close enough to shop in person. Products always arrive as described and for a heck of a deal! And there is usually a super cute freebie included. So sweet!! Thank you so very much!!

Dont bother buying online from here...I spent over a 100.00 and they charged me shipping. It clearly states free shipping if you spend over a 100.00. I will never do online shopping here. I complained to corporate.

I am both a buyer and a seller with CM. I dont know why anyone would shop for nice clothing, ANYWHERE ELSE! Clothes Mentor, West Chester is beautifully organized, well managed, and a place where they know their regular customers by name! The range of sizes and fashions is constantly updated and again, why would anyone shop elsewhere?

Super easy process! Dropped off clothes and they called me within 24 hours with an offer. They now sanitize everything due to COVID. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will return for sure!

This location has great finds at reasonable prices. Didnt give five stars because although they have lots of great stuff they pack it on the racks and it is difficult to look through. Sadly, some of the racks are really high too, which makes it uncomfortable and painful to look through all of their merchandise.

Absolutely love this store ! The employees are so helpful and make you laugh while you shop ! I cleaned out my closet for the new year ! Out with the old and in with the new(got some extra cash in my pocket for doing so) I also found some amazing designer bags and shoes ! I can’t wait to get back in there ! Money well spent there ! This location is very close to my local grocery shop which is very convenient for me. I always go here first before grocery shopping and find really lovely pieces of clothing for a very reasonable price. Employees are very friendly and good with toddler(s). I shop around while my 4 year old play in the little table and she never get scared (of course I check her so very often). I found lots of Anthropologie tops, JCrew and one COS top; I got lucky. I recommend them to my friends who loves to recycle clothes for a good reason.

I also love their selection of names brand purses.I have also sold clothing and purses here and find their pricing and procedures to be fair.

Great way to purge closet. Im not thrilled that now you have to leave items for inspection and return within 2 days to pick up payment and unwanted items though I understand due to COVID safety measures.

Consistently good customer service, always clean, beautifully arranged for the season and incredibly selection of consigned clothes that are in new or like new condition. The store has everything from head to toe including accessories with knowledgeable and stylish staff. The fitting rooms are big enough for you, your things and getting changed and there is a big three-sided mirror to check fit.Work out gear, designer clothes, boots and shoes, coats and jackets plus everything you need to wear. It is my first stop.

My favorite consignment shop by far. I can always find well-cared for high end clothes and accessories that wont break the bank! Also, they give excellent value when I bring in my own goods to sell. When Im looking for that something special, I always check here first.

Stay away from this place! Went on a random weekday morning with one bag of clothing to sell. The lady who checked me in told me if I stayed in store, I would be a priority sell and if I left Id be moved to the back of the line. She gave no estimated time. There were multiple customers waiting for their clothing to be gone through for HOURS. We all stood watching while the three employees were taking pictures of purses/clothing and calling each other over to stage the pictures. They posted on their Instagram page FOUR times while we all stood and waited for our clothing to be looked through. Finally, after THREE HOURS, they had finished going through my bag. Only to tell me they are not accepting sweaters/cardigans at this time, which was 90% of my bag of clothing!!!! Dont you think that should be something you tell customers before they waste their entire day? New employees and new management are the only thing that will help this store.

AMAZING! I cant even tell you what a relief it is to have found a store like this. There is literally something for everyone! But most importantly I love that they have all the Trendy pieces Id ever need for ridiculously cheap. And when Im ready to update my wardrobe, I could just sell my clothes back to them for store credit :-) honestly theres no reason for me to shop anywhere else!

Really great store with great selections and prices however you guys REALLY need to get more people to assist with buying. 1 person buying on a Saturday and making people wait up to 3 or 4 hours is crazy. Even the quote to wait in store was 2 hours. If you guys add more help buying I personally think that would make your customers much more happier.

It took 6 hours for my clothes to be gone through, and when I came back to check on their progress after 3 hours, the manager on duty was pretty rude, telling me It was 3 oclock and 10am drop offs still needed to be gone through, not my noon drop off. I feel like what they took & my pay out was fair, but it was a shame that the staff was rude about how long it took. The person I dropped off my stuff with and picked up from the next day was very nice, though. This Clothes Mentor location probably wont get my business again.

Just about the most fun Ive had clothes shopping in a really long time. Lots of sizes, really well organized, and arranged by color within the size. What really impressed me, though, was the cleanliness of everything. I bought a dress, a blazer, a shirt and a ring ... and hardly spent any money at all. I cant wait to return!

Im sure this is a great place to buy, but its a horrible place to sell. I had so many amazing, almost brand new pieces (Im a fashion blogger and wear a lot of things only a few times) and got next to nothing for my pieces. So displeased, will NEVER sell to them again. I understand they need to make a profit, but come on, you are in business because of people bringing in name brands. I sold to them one other time before and had a good experience, got good prices for my items. Was there a month with a bad experience ago and will not be back. DONT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE!

Like to stop in good for plus size girls to. They pay for stuff. Best payout is on handbags. Decor is awful. Organized friendly staff. Nice pretty asian employee with killer boots on.

This is one of my favorite consignments stores. I always find a good deal and the staff is so friendly.

Definately dont sell here, fine place to buy though. Had a promotion where if you sell 10 things you get an extra $10. They took 9 things from me and 9 things from my friend just to not give us the $10. Brought the things that didnt sell to the other clothes mentor the next day and sold 15 things. They are cheap about buying in here, and they made it so obvious.

I agree with a previous review - dont sell here!! I took some nice things in and waited for them to go through what I brought in. There was no one in the store so I said Id wait so I wouldnt have to drive home and back. I wanted 45 minutes! Only a handful of people came in and out while I was there. The young woman going through my clothes was extremely slow and stopped often to talk to the other clerk who wasnt helping. Just an awful experience and I got less than $20.00. Dont waste your time!!!

All of the employees are rude every time. The floors are always dirty with dust bunnies flying around. They also make it incredibly hard to sell to them. My items that still have tags on them are either too worn or not what they are looking for, but I can find stained, tatty clothing on every rack.

Terrible selling experience. They broke a $200 pair of ray ban sunglasses that I dropped off. They offered no solutions at all for that. Then obviously they put them in the do not want pile (because they had broken them) and offered me $10 for 2 Nautica jackets and a $60 pair of yoga pants. Waste of time, and they will potentially damage your items.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My mother and I went here yesterday and spent about 30 minutes here. Not once did any staff member acknowledge our presence. Yet all around us, white customers were being engaged, asked if they needed help, wanted the staff to hold their items while they shopped, etc. We magically became visible when we walked up to the register. I refused to spend my money here but my mother ignored the passive racism and purchased shoes. Ill never go here again.

Racist. There were 2 of them standing behind the counter. Ask for pajamas. Not attending to any customer. Yet I was pointed instead of walked to the rack. Of all my clothes and shoes, was offered $56 and told to go and wash some pieces and return 5 more piece. Luckily Im moving away and dont have to step foot in there again

Its very well organized and there is a pretty good variety in brands available. Doesnt appear to be cheaper than Marshalls though which is weird considering everything here is used or pre owned.
