When trying to trade in my new PlayStation 5 games I received from a bundle was not allowed to being so the plastic seal was on the games. I have never had this problem before. I’m not sure if this was racially motivated or not but this makes me not want to conduct any business with GameStop.

Great knowledgeable employees. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers even if it means taking a personal drive to anther store. Will is my favorite employee and keeps me up-to-date on anything I might be interested in purchasing. He goes above for all customers and I will only shop at this location especially since hes a fellow New Yorker. I really appreciate the loyalty to your customers and I will only shop here.

Nice local store but rarely calls when you pre-order collectables and they arrive in store.

All I needed was a Xbox one controller at a store created for just video games, they didn’t have one. They said they could order me one. If I wanted to order one I would have online. This is exactly the reason why this company is going to go out of business. Physical stores don’t even have the basic inventory to please there local customer base. With Walmart’s, targets, and amazon.com GameStop is on the way out.

Only GameStop in the country . That claims they have everything until you walk to counter to purchase then its like Abu from Simpsons No Thank you Please a come again. Nothing in stock but they can order too ur house. Thanks Gaming eBay 1995

This GameStop is super helpful. I wish I still lived closer to this establishment. Its my preferred GameStop compared to anything local to me in Bridgeport (near KoP).The attendants are helpful & knowledgeable about their products. The manager there is super chill. I love the organization to their midnight releases as well.This GameStop has a great environment with awesome service.

They always take the time to advise me and help me. Dylan and Jen are good at gaming but they are really exceptionally great at helping people. They know how to make customers feel like a member of the club. In fact, they saved me money by helping me join the rewards club. Thank you!

This Gamestop is Bad, Michael Jackson bad. The service is nasty, like Jordan draining a 3. The whole staff is sick. if I was talking about illness, Id wash my hands but Im taking about their personality cause theyre the BEST!

Easy to get in and out of and they usually have what you want. The staff is very helpful. Prices can be a little higher than you can find online but I feel that is for the convenience of getting something right now rather than waiting for shipping.

I went in on Monday to buy a controller and asked for one with a headset jack. When I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong one. Then when I went back to return it for the right one they told me it would be $5.30 more. I wasted time driving up and back for your mistake and you couldnt just exchange it for free. Terrible service.

The employees are always friendly and THOROUGHLY knowledgeable. Prices are based on supply and demand. So you can get jacked if you need instant gratification. Ebay and Amazon are ofter much cheaper. They sometimes have events for game releases which are fun if you pre-order through them. Getting GTA V @midnight on release day was like a block party with hundreds of people there.

Was able to preorder a Nintendo Switch :) and Jen & Dylan are the best GameStop employees Ive ever dealt with. Their knowledge, customer service & friendliness are phenomenal.

Seriously the worst GameStop I have ever been to. Employee Dylan was very rude to the point it was insulting. I refuse to return to this store. Employees were not helpful whatsoever. Never have I ever been insulted while shopping at a store.
