I was referred to this company by a family friend, so was expecting good service and was excited to see my business come to life. I contacted them via email and days later received a response saying that my designs needed were easy to do and I was given a date that I would have samples of them. A week past and was never notified that the samples were here or how to see them. I reached out again asking when the hoodies would be ready and was given another date a week later. I waited yet again another week, still no contact. As mentioned before I was so excited from hearing good things about this place but am very disappointed with their customer service and lack of communication.

We get all our gear screen printed by Joe and his company twice a year when the seasons change. We are constantly getting new employees so we constantly need new gear and he is always responsive, sometimes it takes awhile for turn around but this last time was super quick and we appreciated it! The quality of work is good every time. 5 star work in my book. Thanks and we will be back..

Joe (the owner) made me cotton/polyester blend t-shirts with my companys logo and did a great job. I had used one of the online retailers, but wanted to try someone local, and glad I found West Chester Screen Printing. Shirts came out great, WAY better than the ones I bought online, and more importantly Joes customer service was top notch. I actually called several other printers in West Chester before Joe, and sent them my logo but never heard back. Joe answered my call and responded to all my emails promptly, and there was clear communication both before and after my order. Ill definitely refer him to my friends and plan to do business with him again. Oh, and he made lawn signs for me too. Came out sick and prices were extremely reasonable. If you need a printer for your business, give him a call.
