Stopped by this location to pick up a dozen and half donuts and had the absolute best experience ever!!!! This was my very first time being inside of a Duck Donuts and the owner of this location (Terri or Terry) has an amazing personality and spirit!!!! We had the best conversation while she prepared my order and I experienced what REAL customer service looks and feels like. My family usually goes to the location in King of Prussia but in the future we will be coming to this location and giving our business to this owner! The donuts are excellent. Service not so much. Young girl stopped making our order to take a personal call with their gloves on and then didnt change them to make donuts. Same girl was also saying to other employees how she didnt feel well but doesnt ever call out. Adult supervision seemed like it was needed.

Cute little hole in the wall. Delicious, made to order donuts that melt in your mouth. A plethora of toppings from Oreo to peanut butter drizzle. Pair with rich fresh black coffee, or fancy espresso drinks like the cookie butter white mocha. They also will cater with a donut wall.

I can count on getting what I want! Other places are great if you are in a hurry you may have to go elsewhere. Each donut is made to order and worth the wait. Great for your sweet tooth, or if you do not have a tooth 😋.

Cake donuts at its sweetest. I didnt get to eat these immediately when they came out fresh (had to wait after dinner) so Im looking forward to trying them again... But I will say this. If youre doing this solo, dont order the duck dozen because thats like begging for diabetes! These are incredibly sweet donuts and Id probably come prepared with hot tea next time.

Wow. One person working. Im writing this review as Ive been waiting well over twenty minutes with just two other customers ahead of me. Finally a second employee arrived. Meanwhile, a new customer arrived about ten minutes ago... She has yet to be waited on other than to be told Ill be worth you in a minute.. .. Turns out she came in to pick up an order.That said, 35 minutes later, the donuts were delicious as always. The employees took care making them. But I think management needs to take a closer look at the scheduling! If the second employee has not arrived, I would have been cancelling my order for a refund.

Rude, not accommodating at all. Didn’t have the proper lids for milkshakes. Were too busy doing call in orders and not taking care of the customers waiting in the store first. Not coming back to this location.

This is my favorite duck donuts location. All duck donuts have been amazing, but I really like the staff here.

The donuts are great! A taste of the outer banks. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I received an apology for the wait which was not necessary but appreciated. This is not healthy eating but every now and then. We love the peanut butter donuts. You can get all kinds of crazy combinations. Enjoy!

The sausage egg and cheese doughnuts are my favorite. Tried a half of dozen doughnuts as well. Simply delightful.

Came in for the first time on Fat Tuesday! The place was wonderful- donuts superb- but be aware- theres a lot of choices on how to customize your donut, so be prepared to make decisions! They even have donuts for dogs, so my puppy was happy! Well definitely be back!

All my friends kept thinking I was saying i wanted to go to Dunkin donuts except all I kept saying was Duck donuts. Yes, after passing by this place a few times I realized I needed to look it up. When I did I was sold. We went there right before leaving town and despite never having been here before it was a one of a kind experience.The young staff that works here gives off such a nice vibe and is truly inviting. The donuts are made fresh at the moment and you have many options to choose from. Theyre so delicious and fresh!Not only are they adorable cute, have the cutest logo, but they are soooooo yummy and flavorful. The size isnt way too big but all the flavor is where its at. The perfect donut texture with enough moisture yet stays firm and doesnt fall apart. We tried different flavors and were not disappointed.Doggies get free donuts so thats a plus! Come give duck donuts some love!

Absolutely delicious donuts! I ordered two dozen for my 8-year-olds Halloween-themed birthday party, and the kids loved them. I was fairly annoyed when I picked up my order since I had specifically called ahead to request all Halloween themes in one of the two boxes, and my emailed receipt reflected these instructions; but instead I received the Spooky Box, which contains only 4 Halloween themes, and the person who gave them to me pointed out that their printed in-store receipt said Spooky Box as if that somehow made my instructions invalid. But when I told my daughter, she said, Meh, as long as theyre tasty I dont care. Lol. And they certainly were!

Hot donuts are the best. Endless combinations to experiment with. Fast and friendly service. Last time I went around 10am on a Saturday, it was not crowded.

Not all that great. Very limited choices...only plain donuts and your choice of goops/toppings. Servers very pleasant, nice and accommodating. Flavors of toppings are mediocre as well as the donut itself. Not sure it would bring me back.

Staff is very friendly and the breakfast sandwich and coffee is ok, but I’m not fond of yellow cake donuts. Deep fried but not done enough. Tasted more like dough than a donut. Must be a hit with the kids if you want to ply them with cake dipped in sugar with sprinkles on top. Not my favorite way to spend my carb allotment.
