I’ve been dealing with Conway for the last 3-5 years and slowing turning over my fleet of equipment exclusively to brands they sell. Needless to say the Conway family and staff have really gone above and beyond to help keep my machines running strong with a quality parts selection as well as professional service. Mike and Bill are both very reasonable with price on new units. Service has been phenomenal, they fit us in when they can and get the work done in a timely fashion. One other thing that means a lot to me is I’m greeted by my name every time I come in. If you are a professional landscaper or homeowner I highly recommend them!!

Bought a used stand on from here. Mike was super helpful and delivered the mower to my house before I agreed to buy it as I wanted to make sure it would hold the slope by my driveway. It did, and I bought the mower. Mike also walked me through all the controls and servicing locations on the mower. Even sent me a pdf manual for the mower the next day. Overall great experience buying from Conway power equipment.

Always have a great experience here when I am dropping off or picking up equipment to be repaired. They respect the whole social distancing and ask you to wear a mask as they are wearing one as well. I highly recommend them

Had the crank seals in stock for my 23 year old husqvarna 394xp. Gentlemen who helped me gave me tips on how to replace them. I was able to install and fix my air leak and my saw is running. I’m truly grateful for the help I received at Conway today.

I recently purchase a Kobuta tractor from Conway and I am extremely pleased with the tractor and the service I received. My initial inquiry was via email and my questions were answered in a timely manner and were helpful. When I visited their shop to look at the tractor I was very happy with the time they spent with me and helping me pick the tractor and accessories that would be best for me. Finally when they dropped off the tractor I was very happy with the time they spent going over the tractor and its operation. Overall I am extremely happy with the superior service I received from Conway!

I called to get a price on a SnowEx Tailgate Spreader. I told them my business was located in Bucks County about 40 min from West Chester. The guy on the phone asked me, dont you have anyone around you?. I told him I wasnt too far from them but if he didnt want my business that was fine. He replied, Na, we really dont deal in SnowEx and hung up. Really, Buddy? Very rude. Why do you advertise SnowEx products on your website?.

When in for a chainsaw, came out with a great piece of equipment, a thorough understanding of how to use it, and all the extra things I need for good maintenance. Clearly this family run business is passionate and great about what they do.

If you go to a service center without a model number of your unit or a part number, it is more than a hassle for a counterman to find what youre looking for. Some people do that and are unpleasant when they cannot be helped.. OH WELL. Dont be butthurt because you dont have enough legible information for the gentlemen to help you. They dont have all the time in the world for people like that. The fellows over there at Conway power equipment are good men, over-weight or not. It is a good family, with good tech down at the shop in back. Sure they can be pricey, but really people, its 2015. Inflation is a thing and it isnt going away anytime soon. They do good work on good machines.

Bill and his team have always provided me with good service, I have purchased many products off of them over the last 10 years. Backpack blower, Weedwhacker, handheld blower, two cycle oil, shears, also they have installed at least 10 new plow blades on different trucks for me over the last 10 years. Not once have I ever had a problem with any of them. Ive always used the boss product which I know he is a distributor for. Conways has great hours and a very knowledgeable parts and sales staff ! Ive dealt with many local lawn equipment dealers professionally for 20 years and Conways rates up there as one of the best out there. If I need a part or some experienced advice related to the brands of equipment they carry and service, I call them up.They havent let me down yet.

Will NEVER go back here, had a snow plow and plow wiring installed on my truck, had problems with headlights after having it in their shop for the work (never had a headlight issue until they did the plow wiring). Brought it back and they CHARGED me for the work to correct the problem... Guy actually told me on the phone ...I cannot stand by 100% of the work that I do....huh? BAD BUSINESS!!!! I paid $1600 to wire the plow and for the plow undercarriage installation...I have been a customer of this place for years and spent thousands of $$$$ here...not anymore!!!!

The parts guy (his name escapes me, but he is an overweight gentleman who is usually the first face you see when you enter the building) was impolite and didnt seem very interested in gaining my business. I am a new eXmark owner and this was my first visit to Conway, with the expectation, if things went well, that Id return there for all future parts/service needs. I can tolerate a lot, since I work in a human services field and deal with rude people all the time, and I dont expect anyone to kiss my butt or bend over backwards-- but this guy was just terrible from a customer service standpoint. I will not be going back to Conway based on this - there are dealers all over the area, so why deal with less-than-polite service when I can easily choose a different business who actually appreciates me and acts like they want me to come back?The few other employees Ive dealt with have been reasonably polite and helpful. My parts arrived in 3 business days and I was called promptly. Prices were decent. Ill be going to Frames in Chester Springs next time.

The parts counter is staffed with low-grade professionals that refused to look in the back for a part, while the existing worn out part was sitting on the counter in front of them.Ive been working in a mower shop for more than 30 yearsBottom line: Find someone else to buy parts from, unless the thing jumps off the shelf and grabs the part guy as he shuffles down the aisle he wont be able to find it.

It wasnt worth this guys time to see if he had a pulley in stock. Evidently if you have no part number you are isht out of luck
