I had quotes for installing and replacing fence from a few companies. Either the price is too high or it will take too long to install it due to difficulty to get the materials. Finally I decided to go with the fence authority because they are very responsive and the price is reasonable. More importantly, they have the materials in their warehouse and so they can guarantee to install it on time. In the end, it has been approved to be a good decision. Im really happy about their work - very professional, high quality and easy to communicate. I highly recommend this company.

The entire Fence Authority team was fantastic. I highly recommend them! I used their service once 5 years ago at a different house and they were awesome then. Glad to see that the overall quality and dedication to customer care continues. The installation team was AWESOME! Their attention to detail and working out small nuances is to be commended. They adjusted and worked on the detail of the installation and requested our input at various phases. They really were a fantastic team. We could not be any happier with our perfect fence. This is a quality product and we are happy with the way it functions and looks. What I am not happy about is that the gates were initially installed in an improper manner and would not open. They realized one wasnt good and took it on themselves to fix it before I noticed it. They were back the next day to fix that gate. The second one I had to find and it wasnt fixed for about five weeks. Their man, Rob, who came out to fix the gate was very easy to work with to get it right.As for the warranty, there is no written warranty. I asked three different people there for the warranty after the install. They tell me that the warranty is on your sales proposal, which doesnt mention the day the fence is installed or signed by anyone from the company.Finally, if you get two estimates and the other is from Rusticraft in Malvern, be advised they are the same company. They dont try to hide that.Despite having to wait and the lack of a written warranty, I would still use this company because they have a great product and eventually they corrected initial mistakes.

I was looking for a 6 ft privacy fence for my yard that is an acre. Most companies didnt even return my call but the Fence Authority not only called me back right away but also set an appointment in a timely manner. Ed gave me a thorough estimate with recommendations, and gave me a realistic timeline of when the work could be completed. Other people I know are waiting months during the pandemic for their fences while Fence Authority had our fence completed within 2 months of our estimate and had the job done in 3 days. The Fence Authority initially installed my fence some years ago, and now several years later, I needed the two posts that support the gate replaced. Once the installation was complete, I had requested some adjustments be made, and the team of Mike and Tom responded virtually immediately and returned within one week. Fence Authority was great to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial contact, to the estimate, and especially the final product. I used them for a large spilt rail fence and an aluminum pool fence. The team completing the work was fantastic! They worked long hours, kept me informed of their progress, and even came back on memorial day to finish the project.

Fence Authority (FA) communicated great throughout the process. Helped with design and obtaining all the required permits. Installed the fence when they said they would and took less time that estimated. When weather caused some damage they jumped in and repaired at no cost. when we thought a better layout might work better after the fence was installed the CEO of FA came out, talked to use, agreed on a new design and implemented without any additional cost. This is a company that gets customer service from the most senior levels of the organization to all the various roles required to make a project successful.

Have tried to get an estimate from this company. They drove me to the web to a link that does not match my request. 3 days and no call. Very disappointed. Not sure if my need is toSmall for them or they are not organized.

Fence Authority had the best price it seemed for the work we were wanting. I appreciated how they also took care of everything. That was very convenient. One area I think could improve on is, the timing of everything. We wish they would of communicated the amount of time they were behind. We placed the order for the fence in June, and our fence didnt get installed till mid-Sept. That was a really long time to wait. Then they told us that they would be over at 7:30-8 to install the fence, and they showed up at 7am. Basically, I wish they would of communicated things better to us.

We had two fences done with Fence Authority. They have come out and fixed all the issues from our original install. So after a rough install they have handled my concerns. And have been great to work with after the original install.

Since 2017, The Fence Authority follow-up for repairs has been horrible. I had to wait for weeks and months for a callback as well as, repairs. Each time I put in a request with their West Chester, Pa office I have been patient. The only thing they havent been incompetent with is their bill, very speedy.

The scheduler had an earlier slot become available and scheduled my install2 weeks earlier. The team arrived on time and took less than 2 hours to complete the job. The area was cleaned and the fence looks terrific!

They worked all day in 90 degree heat and didnt stop until the job was finished!

The sales staff was very friendly, and worked with me through the entire process. They even gave me options that I didnt know I had, which was much appreciated. On top of that, the installation crew was met with my very unhappy, belligerent neighbor, who heckled them and attempted everything to stop the installation. They handled it with class, deferring to me (the client) and I couldnt have asked for better service from them. Everything was done to spec, by the code, and I am very happy.

John and his team created a beautiful custom-designed arbor, gate and fence for us, and removed the old fence. It is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier. After installation, they realized there were a few places that our small dog might be able to slip through, so they made a few modifications to make sure that didn’t happen. Very thoughtfully designed and installed, a pleasure to work with and a very easy installation process. Highly recommend!

My new fence is beautiful. My customer experience was somewhat unbelievable. From the initial estimate, the walk through of my property, the great suggestions they made to improve what I had in mind; these guys are clearly the best. They showed amazing internal communication with my little changes to the project; when they came out to install the team was fully ready to do the job, do it correctly and do it as I wanted it.I had Chris, Sergio and Juan on my job, and these guys were incredibly respectful and hard working. (It was a really hot day so I gave them some gatorade). It was estimated that my project would take a day and a half, but by the end of day one, they had gotten it done. And it was beautiful. Rusticraft has installed other fencing at our home so I knew they would do a quality job. This project entailed taking down 25 year old arbors and replacing it with a lattice topped cedar fence. Though Rusticraft did not do the removal work, they recommended a quality landscaper that did a great job. Rusticrafts crew arrived on time and the installation of the fence went flawlessly with the crew keeping me informed of their progress and explained their installation plans to me. I am very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the installation.

Great experience all around! We hired The Fence Authority to install a fence around an In ground pool that was being renovated. The time frame was exceptionally tight during their busiest time of year. The sales guy came out quickly, and while he warned us that rainy weather may throw off our completion date they installed two days ahead of schedule and worked smoothly around a large landscape crew that was completing the pool renovation. Our 6 Vinyl fence install was completed today for the backyard of our half acre property. They are usually booked up several weeks out and now I understand why. Kris lead our install team and he and his team did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional and worked very fast (2 day install) considering the grade of my property and multiple trees. They truly are THE FENCE AUTHORITY and I wouldnt go to anyone else! Ive used them on 2 occasions and Im about to sign a contract for a third fence installation. Theyve been phenomenal from start to finish for each project. Helped me work with a neighbor on a install and made the process smooth... even the shared billing. Replaced an existing fence at my parents home that was a difficult location and installation that other fence contractors didnt want to touch. Their service, sales, installers and products are second to none!

I have dealing with Rusticraft (the same as The Fence Authority) for over forty years.I needed to get some of the fencing they installed sixteen years ago fixed. (im fine with that, wood rots over time). HOWEVER, it shouldnt take a dozen emails, even more phone call and THREE months to get three posts replaced and a gate rehung.After all of the above, two technicians - these were very nice, hard working people - showed up without any advanced notice to do the work.The two guys that actually did the work were great.The management of these companies really need some help and reeducation on how to treat customers.it took three months to get the work done. the final invoice was sent in less than 24 hours.

They answered all our questions about the install process, problem solved some conditions/options specific to our property and were unfailingly patient and polite in their interactions with us. The sales experience and installation experience was fine. However they had the highest quote and the product they installed was inferior. The mesh wire was the same cheap stuff you get from Home Depot and the Post and Rails were thin. I called to complain about the quality of the product and never received a call back. Do yourself a favor and make sure you understand the quality and what they are really selling you.

One project was purchased and installed by their West Chester store and I found their pricing, professionalism and customer service outstanding. They were on time, cleaned up and did a great job.On a smaller project, I needed some fencing and supplies to do a self installation. I went to the Montgomeryville location and they were very helpful with explaining how to install it, and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. There was even one product they didnt have in stock, and they were nice enough to get it from the other store and drop it off at my house the next day.I would recommend The Fence Authority to anyone.

Not very happy with the fence that was installed.Its bad when after only 6 months my fence started to lean along with just about every post being loose including the ones near the gates that were supposed to be concreted down and werent. my gates were uneven as well as the fence itself it doesnt seem your quality of workmanship is what you state in your adds and on your website. and all i was told its in the warrenty time period so we will fix it. well thats all great if it was done right in the first place but it never was I didnt have the pros you say you have and I expected more than what I was given which was nothing a big 0 for my trouble not even a small gesture to say you are sorry for the inconvenience of me having to take time off a second time because the fence wasnt done right the first time. I feel in return they should of offered me something possibly back of my cost of the fence. I asked that the owner please contact me but nothing no call. Feel like I was taken advantage of.And since the second time they came to fix what was wrong they created a new problem where my gate that didnt seem to have a problem now does it leans with the wind and leaves a space between the two doors so my dogs can get out because the latch holder in the ground was left not buried properly.
