Most appreciated was the willingness to return to move a bookcase a few inches, since I could not do it alone, and they came all the way back, eager to help. George was quite helpful in setting up a home office with an adjustable L-shaped stand-up desk, monitor stand, and office chair. The desk is awesome. I couldn’t find it elsewhere, but I was able to try it, and different chairs, at the showroom.They worked with me on timing of the delivery and set up, even though I live some distance from their location. Tyler and Matt set the equipment up quickly and pointed out that the chair pad I had ordered could be improved upon since I ordered the wrong one for the type of carpet I had. So they took it back and I will be receiving a different item.
