Best pharmacy in the area. They know me on a first name basis and they are caring and go above and beyond all the time. I have only had a problem once and it was with a woman pharmacist I didn’t know on a Sunday morning who I assume was filing in. Otherwise, the whole team from techs to pharmacists are outstanding. Thank you for being kind when so many others these days treat you with contempt and just a number .

The staffs are friendly, store is clean and organized. My only complaint is about the pharmacy. I always fill my prescriptions here, somehow I recently discover that my prescription medications tablets were miscounted a lot. I was missing 12 tablets on the single medication. Just be aware of it.

I go here often because it’s really convenient being that I live across the street but omg the lines move so slow, there’s always only one cashier. I waited in line 20 minutes before with only 5 people in-front of me. The workers are super super super slow.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Long lines, slow service, if theres an issue they never call you or follow up with you. Always seem to be short staffed and today they gave us antibiotics for a child that wasnt even mixed. Just powder in a bottle. Unacceptable. Never going there again!

Presented three prescriptions to the pharmacist well over an hour and a half ago. I was told that my prescription would take 45 minutes to fill. When I arrived back to pick up the prescription they hadn’t filled it or completed any of the data entry. They refuse to call the phone number that was required to set up payment for it. Ultimately I took my three prescriptions and left. Absolutely useless and a waste of my time. Total poor customer service and completely incompetent

Lyssa at the RediClinic saw me right before closing on a weekend and helped out on short notice when my doctor was unavailable, she did an awesome job, very appreciative!

Store is clean, staff and items are great. This is my local pharmacy. There is a white senior male clerk who is friendly to others, but always gives me attitude. He says snarky things to me and seems bothered if I ask him questions. Its so bad that I avoid him all together now, or have to go to CVS/Walgreens. I dont know what I ever did to him, but he makes me feel awful.

You will not find a more capable, competent, or caring pharmacy staff anywhere. Each pharmasist, in our families opinion, sets the gold standard in their field. Weve used other pharmacies in the past, but this Riteaid with this staff is the best anywhere. I wont name names, but one pharmacist in particular I would give an extra star or two if i could, hes that good.

I cannot rave enough about the pharmacy staff at this Rite Aid! Theyve gone the extra mile to be courteous and help out with some confusing issues that have cropped up from time to time. The store is clean, well staffed, and everyones friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes they have the wrong sale tags up on some of the products (either up too early or down too late, not sure...)
